Very professional guys, great service. Highly recommended, reasonable prices.They helped me a lot and explain everything to me about the tax stuff because it is a first time i do Tax.

Be careful when you do business with these people, first they will never answer your calls, second they will charge you more money than agreed without letting you know.I was trying to fix my tax file with them, and I provided all the information he ask, we agreed on the amount for that and started working. They send the wrong form to the IRS and there every thing started, again they send the requested form, but they charge me extra for that (even it’s their mistake) so I ask them to give me a copy of my file to send it to the IRS but no you need to pay otherwise they will not give anything, so I paid what they ask, then the accountant told me we will send it, I asked her to send me a copy where again I found more mistakes!!!!! I called the office so many times but no answer.so I went to the office several times but no one care, i was really upset so I told the lady that it’s really not the way to treat customers!!! The next day the owner called me and he was talking in a very rude way so I explained to him what happened and his answer was I DO THINGS THE WAY I LIKE !!!!!!!This my reply to your reply:-First I don’t think that you are allowed to expose and publish what was the issues I’m trying to fix with the IRS!!!!!!! On that I need to ask my lawyer, I believe you are supposed to keep the client confidentiality number 1 priority on your business, and by writing that on public you have breach my confidentiality.Second you know that I came to you to file a misconduct complaint against the previous accountant for whatever mistakes on my file, and for the fees they charged me !!! So you can’t use this against me.Third we have agreed on certain amount which later you have charged me more than what we have agreed.Take a look into the small piece of paper stick on my file and you will know that you changed the amount was agreed on the beginning.I came to do a professional business with you and I have paid the amount you asked for. If I were happy with the previous accountant I won’t come to you. Moreover I don’t know what or which form I need to submit to the IRS !! So when you send the wrong form it will your responsibility to fix that mistake not mine and you are not supposed to charge me for that.!!!!!!! Plus your employee refused to give the paperwork without paying the amount as if I’m running away!!!!!! And because of that I became frustrated on that day ( it was the last day to send the paperwork)While all of this was happening, I tried to call you so many times on your cellphone and on the office but you never answer or call back, but when your employee told that I came to your office and was frustrated you called the very next day talking to me in very rude way to till me that I can’t be frustrated!!!!!!I will never ask you to do anything against the rules and regulations or the law of the IRS!!! So doing the things the way you like is not related to that!!! It’s how you treat your clients and customer!!!!!So please don’t give fake and misleading answers to my review.
