I would never return to this store. I went in with two of my friends to add them to my verizon family plan and purchase phones for them using their bogo offers. They told me that we are getting two phones for the price of one. After a couple of months when I didnt receive the discounted payments I contacted verizon customer service and they told me that there is no such thing on my account. It took me more than two months to sort this out and the people from the store and their supervisor werent that helpful. The amount of time I spent on the phone with verizon costed me way more than the 250 dollars I supposedly saved. What a nightmare.Dont go in there, period.
Wouldnt return to this store. There isnt much in there but accessories and unprofessional sales guys that dont know much. Youre better off shopping online or going into a real Verizon store.

Got a Motorola Edge Plus, I find out after only days that they have screen Issues. (By the way, Motorola says a software update fixes the issues. It does not! No software update can fix their major hardware issues in the Edge Plus.) I couldnt even I took it back and they replaced it with another Motorola Edge Plus, saying it had to be same brand but if this one acts up too, we can switch it out for another brand. Guess what, this has screen Issues too now Im getting the run around. You need to talk to this person... Hes in Friday( 3 days from now) or our manager doesnt usually come in, hes all over the area...) You need to call Verizon... Etc etc. How about you honor your word and replace it with another brand like you said you would?I cant even type correctly because Im having screen Issues writing this.
Came into this store to swap out my phone and worked with three different employees because they ran into an issue (which means all three of them had my login info) and had most of the apps on my phone hacked in the days following. Never been compromised until now and this exchange was the o oh change to my routine. They had the pin to everything. Not saying correlation equals causation but maybe reset your codes after coming here.

At the time of my visit and purchase, I was very pleased with the experience and Ezra who helped. I purchased a phone on 12/20. Since then, everything has went downhill and I feel that I was taken advantage of. I had a promo for $400 off my phone and asked to make sure this was applied and was applicable, I was told it definitely was and that he would apply it to my account. I didn’t see the promo initially on the receipt and he said it would take 1-2 cycles to show up. Comes to find out, that promo was never applied to my account. With this location not being an independent Verizon store, Verizon Customer Service couldn’t see the full details of my transaction and was unable to find the promo. So now I am paying full price for a phone that I had an incredible discount offer for.I also was told it was $100 “start up” fee for case and screen. I thought that meant that I paid $100 for the phone to be set up and I was receiving a discount on a case and screen. Lol. I should have know.$50 case$40 screen protector (no discount just came straight off their wall for normal price)$35 “set up fee” - when all he did was give me the new phone and I spent two hours at home that night setting it up and starting it my self.I was told the screen protector had lifetime warranty. On 1/17 I went into the store because the screen had already cracked. I asked for a replacement and a different rep simply said “ohhh that stinks, we can’t do anything. You have to register the item within 7 days of purchase and then you have to send the screen to the manufacture and get the replacement. We don’t do it here”I said “so you can’t help me at all? No discount? It hasn’t even been 30 days? And no one gave me the information about registering the screen protector?”He just shrugged and looked at the door.I RARELY leave negative reviews. I rather be positive. I have been with Verizon for 15 years. This is my first time ever having a poor experience, and it was awful.I’m now paying full price for a phone with a broken case and protector (because now it’s been two months and both are broken. Junk products)Also was told my RN employee discount would be applied to the account so “I basically wouldn’t even be paying for this new phone!”Should have guessed, discount doesn’t apply to my plan. Wish he would have told me any and/or all of these details.All I’m saying is make sure you look into the small details and do your own research because they will just tell you what you want to hear just so they can receive your purchase.

Aa charged for set up fees due to this location being a franchise and not an actual Verizon store. I was under the impression at this was the activation fees for the 2 new phones I purchased. Surprise when I saw my 1st bill and see an 2 activation fees. Turns out the 2 chsrges I paid instore were not activation fees but set up fees charged because they are a franchise. I can see paying $40 to activate a phone but to be charge $160 for 2 phones is ridiculous. This was clearly not explained and had I been told this clearly at the store I would have walked out and gone to an actual Verizon store and not a franchise.Clearly they need to better communicate the charges and what to expect on the 1st billing cycle.

Jason took his time explaining a new phone model for my husbands upcoming upgrade. He also did a great job transferring data from my old phone to new. I liked it was quiet, not the heavy traffic you get at other Verizon stores; definitely more intimate of a setting. The only negative is that they charge $25 to transfer data from an old phone to new if you bought your phone elsewhere whereas the other Verizon stores never charged me for this up in Frisco since Ive been a Verizon customer a number of years. Overall, great experience.
This guy is very kind and smart. We had a language gap because we both come from different countries but he still helped me and my wife out with a bunch of things! Highly recommend them!!
Josh was our salesperson here and was beyond accommodating. My fiance and I were both transferring over from T-Mobile and he made the transition smooth. Not only did he get us a solid deal with amazing data speeds, he also helped me trade in the first phone I got two weeks later because the Note 4 was too big! I was so impressed with Fonya Bradford customer service. When I walked in she attended to my needs before I sat down. She was working with another customer and me at the same time. I loved her presentation of showing me the phones and how great of a service Verizon would be if I switched. I walked in just to make a payment for my kids cell. She talked me into leaving sprint and joining Verizon where the best service is. She took her time and switched over my phone in a timely matter. Fonya deserves a raise and promotion, she is very professional and self efficient she knew everything I need before I asked. Would say decent service the only thing is they took my account to write a review for their own store when I got my phone set upped here after purchasing it online, the man did decent and my phone works well as he did not follow exact directions given by the man over the phone that was indeed a professional I was a bit perturbed but other than that decent service. I hence want to even consider this probably worse as they invaded my privacy. Thus 1 star but still good service ngl.
The gentleman who assisted me in exchanging my phone went above and beyond excellent customer service!! My phone was purchased out of state and hit some obstacles in getting exchanged. Kevin was immensely helpful, answered all my questions, was so courteous to ensure my exchange and account was handled smoothly with the store I originally purchased the phone from. He graciously handled all this even though he was about to close when I arrived and took the time to transfer all of my contacts and info to my new phone flawlessly. If you go to this store, Kevin is the man to ask for. Great store, excellent professional people, and I would highly recommend going specifically to this store for its customer service.

When I walked into the Verizon Store in Richardson one morning, I was looking for help with some problems. I got way more than I would ever anticipated. The gentleman who helped me is Josh Harrison, He helped me in ways I would never have expected. I am extremely grateful for all of his assistance. He is a treasure: thoughtful, caring, and going way beyond I would ever expected anyone to do to help me. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is honest, reliable and caring. It has been an experience I’ll never forget.
I’d pass on this place. The cost for f their phones are higher than other stores (at least it was for the iPhone 8 that I was gonna to buy). I went to the best store and got the phone for the regular price. Also the cost out the door was twice as high (120) as the best store (60). Shop around people. When I asked the guys why the phone is 710 and not 699, he said, “The cost on the website is different than the one in the store.” I’ll pass!!!
Josh was very helpful and patient. He walked me through everything on my phone, my family plan etc. . Its not easy to get someone like me, a musician, to understand all the information I wanted to know about the plan options and smart phone technology. Josh simplified everything for me. He even got me set up on an easy mode for my phone, which really took a lot of stress off me thanks for all the help in getting set up!

Go to a Verizon company store. I was not given truthful information when I came in to add my daughter to my plan. They told me I would need to at least have an iPhone 8 to work on their system and they only had iphoneX. They also told me my iPhone 6 from Sprint would not work on the network. Well surprisingly I went to the Verizon company store on 75-Plano Parkway and got my iPhone 6 added to my plan just fine.
Worked with Pablo Albarran today to help set up my new phone. He was very professional and kind. He answered all of our questions and showed us some new phones that might be beneficial to us. We decided not to buy anything at this time, but look forward to working with him in the future. Thank you for having someone like him to represent your company.
Christian Herrera is a lifesaver. Came in with a broken phone, screen not working. I work from my phone and I hadnt backed up!! He got me into a new phone and it took almost 2 hours he was patient with me but somehow recovered all my information!!!!! I had stopped at an other place they didnt even try and told me Nothing we can do but Christian did it! I dont know how I dont care how all I know is he saved my life! If I could give him and this store more than 5 stars I would! Best experience ever.

I have always had issues with Verizon not being able to set up my phone the way I want it but Umair helped me out and made my switch just as seamless as anyone could want. This is the BEST Verizon store in the DFW area. Edgar was so helpful and knowledgeable at this Verizon location. In the course of a week, we had been to 2 other Verizon locations and the Apple Store and they had no idea what they were doing. My husband I went to this location with intention of switching carriers and buying new phones. The man who greeted us, working Wednesday 7/24 at about 6:45pm, was extremely rude on a few occasions, to the point we left and went to a different location up the street. He seemed disinterested in helping from the start, when we asked if we could see the phone we wanted to buy (iPhone XR), he said “we don’t have that on display” then seemed agitated when we requested for the 2nd time that we wanted to see the phone we were intending to buy. He brought the phone out, my husband notes that the phone was off, and the man said “yeah it’s not going to be turned on.” My husband asked if they have any 512GB phones in stock. The man replied, rudely, “we don’t have those and why would you need 513gb anyways?” At the next store we went to, we were told Verizon did in fact have 512GB. This man hardly looked up from his computer for the 10 minutes we were there. I don’t know his name because he did not greet us or introduce himself. Bad customer service all around. Go to a different location.

I came to this location this morning to switch the SIM card on my phone--moving from a Samsung Galaxy S4 to a new HTC 626 Desire--and I could not be happier with the service and quality of this store. Two gentlemen helped me with what I needed--Johnny Faustino and Hector Reyes. Both were very professional, amiable, and knowledgeable. The process took very little time and every step was explained carefully and with detail. Furthermore, both Johnny and Hector were honest and upfront about how much they were going to charge and what exactly for, which was very fair.I strongly recommend this location to anyone in need of cellphone service specifically for contracts under Verizon, and Id like to commend both Johnny and Hector for being so helpful and patient. It appears that Verizon puts customer service first, both online and in-store, which Im very thankful for!

This IS NOT a Verizon store. Do not make the same mistake I did. They cannot make account changes and charge exorbitant fees to do anything regarding Verizon products. Save yourself $200 and go to an actual Verizon store (which wont say authorized retailer -- thats your tip off).2 stars because the store is clean, I suppose. The associates are not particularly helpful, but thats mostly because they arent Verizon employees and know next to nothing about actual Verizon...stuff.Kicking myself.

I went to this Verizon store to purchase a screen protector for my newly purchase iPad. In the past I have applied them myself with mixed results and decided to have one of their representatives, Johnny Faustino, do it for me. He did an outstanding job...took a lot of time to make sure it was perfectly applied, and it was. Additionally Verizon doesnt charge a fee for the application while Best Buy charged me $8 for an iphone application last month.
