In my opinion this company is one of if not the worst company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. In my case, one of our circuits went down once a week every week for the first month. In fact almost every service has had major issues. If you try and leave them no matter how terrible they are, they will sue you if you try and leave them. I would HIGHLY recommend you avoid them at all costs.

If you are looking for a reliable, and professional ISP, Do not make a internet service contract with this company. I have been paying $178 for 5M speed of internet per month. The internet service fee is expensive compared to other internet providers. I had no choice of internet service at my location as this was our only option in my area. Whenever I have an internet issue, the customer service never tried to solve my issue right away. Since yesterday morning(10am), we didnt have internet service so I contacted customer service because my business can not run without internet service but they said that the technician can come tomorrow morning. Eventually, the technician came to check and said the issue can be fixed next Tuesday. So I was so mad because I cannot do my business for 5 days. I yelled at them to fix it immediately, after I was done yelling at them they fixed the internet. I was so frustrated because I had to keep calling them nonstop since yesterday. Whenever I call the custom service this always happens. I will try to find other ISP providers in my area if possible.

Im stuck in a contract and there have been multiple issues from day one. Theyre never willing to help and whenever there is a problem, they send an email saying we didnt find an issue so basically theyve left me out on a limb not willing to help and to cancel my service, they want to charge me thousands of dollars. Worse company Ive ever dealt with even the owners and supervisors have absolutely zero care for their customers. I do NOT recommend one ring networks to anyone.

Thats interesting because they had this review deleted so I had to re post it. I guess the company does not accept constructive criticism. Ive had hands down the worst experience with one ring networks. I’ve been with them for less than a year now and since the beginning I’ve had multiple issues from slow speed to multiple disconnections. I’ve contacted them every time and after leaving me hanging for weeks they come back with absolutely no solution. My emails have also been ignored a few times. They charge way more than other reliable internet companies and their customer service is the worse. They simply don’t care about their customer satisfaction. All they’re after is your money for less than mediocre internet. Avoid at all costs. They also keep you hostage under their contract no matter how horrible they’ve taken care of you as a customer... In conclusion, I would give them negative starts if I could...

Have really good service with OneRing Network. Customer Service has been excellent and price is great.
