I have been using The Cleaning Authority for years now and they have been doing a reasonably good job for the price point. However, I wanted to give a shout out to both Veronica R. and Erika C. for the clean they did yesterday (8-27-2021). It was outstanding! The attention to detail was excellent. I hope we get both of these women again in the future.

As a first time customer of any cleaning service I have been very happy with The Cleaning Authority. The initial consult with the owner was thorough and also not too time consuming. Specific questions as to what I was looking for were asked and I did not feel pressured to book. Communication is easy as emails are responded to quickly by Sandra. Pricing is fair and competitive. Martha and Jennifer have done a fabulous job leaving me stress free able to spend my spare time not cleaning! It is so awesome coming home from work to a clean, fresh home. And the app is great! Very convenient payment and scheduling.

Ive tried many different options in the area and The Cleaning Authority is by far the best option for your home. Maura and Cristy have been coming to my house for over a year, and the quality of the clean only seems to get better. Theyre super considerate when youre home so not to interrupt whatever youre doing. This may be a slightly pricier option, but I promise its worth every penny.

Oh my goodness! I cannot say enough about TCA, especially Maricela and Ana who performed my first deep clean yesterday! You know how it feels when you hire someone and they only hit the high spots (like you already do when you clean)? Well, TCA is not that! I couldnt find anything they did not clean. Just had my initial clean with TCA and Im wondering why I didnt hire them sooner! Aita R. and Yaneth M. did an amazing job. They were very detailed and thorough and helped us tidy up our counter space in the bathrooms and kitchen. The app makes everything super easy and you even get notifications when theyre on their way and had finished their clean! Veronica & Lucia were the cleaning team from The Cleaning Authority who cleaned my house on November 11, 2020. They did an excellent job and I now have a clean home.

We decided on a monthly clean with Cleaning Authority after moving into a larger home that was more than we were used to taking care of. The owner came out to the house and went through the options in person. Communication was good prior to the first visit through text, my preferred method. I couldnt be more impressed with the first clean. After Miriam and Griselda came, I arrived home to a spotless house. Literally. Even the coffee pot was cleaned with the grounds tossed from the mornings coffee and the filter cleaned. We try to keep up with the basic day to day cleaning ourselves, but as a busy family its so nice to know that well have a monthly big clean so things dont get too far away from us! Its definitely worth the cost.

Dorca and Jennifer were great! It is amazing how thorough they are for routines. Nothing gets missed.
