I just want to give a huge shout out to Team 9 (Leslie and Maria). They are hands down the best cleaners I have ever had. They come bi-weekly and they go above and beyond every time when it comes to cleaning. They organize and even sometimes do the dishes (if I remember to clean out the dish washer!). Couldnt speak more highly of a cleaning crew! If youre looking for a cleaner, highly, highly recommend them!

Team #9 did Great! I used them before the COVID outbreak and paused for several months. They did a deep clean that was really needed!! We will continue to use them at least once every other week.

They brought there own cleaning supplies and went wright to work, my house had not been cleaned since October, and it showed. grate attention to detail, I will be calling them again soon. All three women were delightful, efficient, and verified what I had wanted cleaned. They went above and beyond and did an impeccable job! I had NEVER seen my place so clean, not even when I moved in. Big shout out to TEAM 11 (Cynthia, Sandra & Maydis) for the excellent job they did cleaning my apartment before i got all the furniture moved in. Being new to the area was looking for a professional firm that could come in and get the new apartment ready for Move In and this was the firm i chose. The team arrived on time and set to work and within 2 hours had exceed my expectations on what i was hoping for. In fact was so impressed i am having them come back each week now to do the weekly cleaning for me. You cant go wrong by engaging with them and remember to ask for TEAM 11 since those girls know exactly what has to be done and do it right the first time.

Team #5 did an incredible job on our home! We are very happy we found a quality service and will be starting a monthly visit plan! We thought we would need it more but they do such a good job once a month is really all we need! I would absolutely recommend them and their services! If you get Team #5 you are in luck! Great work by Rocio and Nancy (team12). Full one time 2/2 bed/bath apartment clean. They cleaned everything from the floors to the ceiling fans. Kitchen is cleaner than it has ever been since moving in. Very satisfied and will be considering calling again for a regular schedule cleaning.

We began using the service the past six weeks. We had the deep clean which was incredible. We have had 3 different teams and all have been good. Yesterday, 8/12 we had Team 6, Maria and Paulina and they were terrific. The house was sparkling clean and I am hoping we will be able to have Team 6 on our regular every two week service.

In my years with Molly Maid, every team that has cleaned my home has done an amazing job. But Rocio and Nancy are especially good! From the reminder call the day before, to the call to tell me they are on their way, to the extremely thorough job of cleaning, its all wonderful. I tell everybody. Do you not have Molly Maid? GET ON THAT MAID LIFE. I tried, and my parents before me, use rando personal recommendations and making deals with maids directly, inter-personally. In my experience, that always ends you up with someone who is doing it part time that makes mistakes, no formal training, and has no real management. With Molly Maid, you get a different team every time, and they all answer to a manager. If you have a problem, you can call their manager. Each maid is given a formal professional training before they start going out on the field. If you like a particular team (I had Team 9 the other day and they were the absolute BOMB - more on that in a second). They also work in teams of two so there is accountability. They come prepared - you dont have to supply anything. They can come once a month (I have mine coming once a month for $129 - I have a medium sized single bedroom apartment - they determine price by hours to clean and floor size). It takes the team of two a little over an hour to do my place.And lets talk professionalism. People, how long does it take you to clean space? Your bathroom, your sink, the counter, your toilets, your shower, mop the floor, your kitchen, the counters, the sink, mop the floor, the living and bedrooms, beat the pillows, vacuum, dust, wipe off any surfaces. For me, thats a 4 hour job, and I usually end up taking a break so 5. These women do it in 2, with 2 people working so theyre in and out in 1. And how do they do it?Honestly, theyre perfect. Now, I had Team 9 come do mine the other day - I want to say, this was the best maid experience Ive ever received in my life. Most times, I say my experience is a 9-9.5/10. This was a 10/10. The floors smelled good after they left. The floors. The manager told me this team liked to put extra dryer sheets in the vacuum. Two weeks after they came? The floors still smell good.They put some kind of product on my wood table surface to give it a nice clean and strong look. They wipe everything down perfectly. They even organize the pillows on my bed or couch. They. Are. Perfect.
