Its our first time buying a home and Texas Title was there for us. Lamya was beyond amazing and worked until 9:00 pm every night to close us asap! I couldnt be happier with the professionalism, friendliness, & kindness. You will love this title company.

This is/was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. They were 3days behind on closing we signed @ 1030pm on a Friday because they could not get it together. It should have been funded today and at 5pm still NOTHING.... from start to finish and still not finished it has been a complete nightmare. DO NOT use this title company you have much better option out there. I would give them zero stars but it doesnt let you.

One of the best experiences I have had with a title company. If it were not for Lamya, then we would have not closed. This title company does not give up. There are so many parties involved in a transaction and she made sure everyone involved was doing their due diligence. They think outside of the box and where others would say, Im sorry, we cant- they make it their mission to find a solution and get us to the closing table. All hands were on deck. Thank you to Lamya and the entire team for your help, constant communication, and unprecedented knowledge from the time of contract until closing day. Will definitely recommend them.

By Far one of the best title companies I have used. Always closed on time, and responsive to emails and addresses issues with urgency.I have clients that wouldnt use any other title company but with Lamya.
