Republic Title in Richardson is absolutely the best!!! They are so organized, responsive and helpful to both realtors and their clients - home buyers and sellers! I never have to worry about things slipping through the cracks when I use Republic Title Richardson! Melissa White, Christina Garza and the rest of the team are amazing! They exceed expectations! The building is also nice and decor comfortable and the location is convenient just off George Bush and Jupiter. You will not be disappointed!!!

Republic Title is AMAZING!! Before becoming a REALTOR, I worked in the mortgage industry as a Closer during the refi boom of the early 2000s. Each day brought huge stacks of files to close and fund. Selection of a title company for any given file was made before it got to me--but I always breathed a sigh of relief when I picked up a file and saw it was closing at Republic Title because I knew it was going to be a smooth transaction. They have high standards of practice and retain quality talent. Many of their staff whom I dealt with all those years ago are still with Republic. They go out of their way to get the job done and get it done correctly. I cannot say enough good things about them!!

Ive been in real estate for 20 years and have been involved in transactions with Republic Title Richardson numerous times. Their service with our clients and communications with all parties involved has been exemplary.

I can see why so many people speak so highly of Republic Title. I had a wonderful experience buying my first home and will be back for the second home.

I would not recommend this title company. I purchased a house and the Realtor had inserted in the sales contract that the closing would take place at this particular Republic Title. I know that different title companies charge different fees and buyers and sellers are free to shop around for the lowest title company fees. They do not have to close at the title company that a Realtor has selected. Many Realtors will select a title company close to their office so they dont have to drive too far.I had emailed an assistant, Karri Armstrong, asking for a list of their fees as I wanted to compare their fees to another title company that I had used on a previous purchase. Karri emailed me back with an attachment that she said was a list of their fees but it was just an attachment that had their company log on it (two times she sent this).Next I emailed another employee,Tammy Smalley, requesting a list of their fees and she never replied to my email. Finally I called and spoke with manager Melissa Nelson and requested she sent me a list of their fees and even she refused to send them to me.I finally gave up and went ahead and closed at this title company and that is when I found the reason they refused to send me a list of their fees; they were substantially higher than the other title company I was considering using. I was of course very upset that they had pulled this act of deceipt on me.I would advise buyers and sellers to shop around different title companies because their fees vary and to avoid this Republic Title because of their unethical business practices. I will be filing a complaint against them with the Texas Department of Insurance for deceiving me.
