My first contact with Sylvan was with Samantha. The second we spoke I could tell that this tutor experience would be great for my daughter. Sam is kind, professional, and extremely efficient. My daughter excelled and gained confidence with sylvan and we will never forget our experience! I will definitely be coming back when its time for college testing. The other staff members are also kind and professional and everyone makes sure that your children are safe and happy!

My family LOVES the team at Sylvan Learning Richardson. I have a high school student who missed a few weeks of school (during online learning) and I had NO IDEA who to turn to when figuring out how get support for them to get caught up. Pre-pandemic, I always encouraged my kids to go to tutoring with their teacher before/after school, but that obviously is a beating for everyone during online learning (more screen time!). Their high school didnt even have a recommendation for me! Sylvan ended up being my first call, and Im so thankful it was. Every employee at this location has been so kind, helpful and gracious, and my teenager LOVES their tutor. Its been very easy for us to get an appointment when we have a need, and theres always a friendly voice answering the phone. Definitely give them a call, you wont regret it :)

Sylvan has been such an incredible experience for my son. I enrolled my 1st grader into Sylvan Learning of West Richardson the staff are very helpful and accommodating to my sons needs. Their evaluation did an excellent job of identifying the areas that my son is struggling with. I highly recommend this learning center. I am very pleased. Elijah looks forward to his tutoring sessions, and its honestly building his confidence in his own abilities which is amazing to continue to watch him grow and tackle obstacles with a can do attitude.

Sylvan has a pleasant atmosphere with a very professional staff. The staff is very flexible when it comes to rescheduling and they are great with communication. Ive noticed a huge difference in my sons confidence in Reading since attending Sylvan.

I appreciate how thorough Sylvan has been in working with us to help my kids reach their goals and potential. 2 of my kids have learning differences (dyslexia, ADHD)and the instructors are equipped to handle their issues and help them to become stronger in math and English.

I like the programs, teachers and especially how the directors as always helpful to my child’s learning needs and schedule.

So impressed by EVERYONE here! We struggled with distance learning at home, and have found this program to really help our child get caught up.
