They did the work on my laptop I asked them to do, they just gave very unrealistic expectations. I asked upfront if I could set up an appointment time to drop my laptop off so I would be missing it for a short a time as possible. I didnt want my laptop just sitting there in line to be worked on for days. I was told to just drop it off. I checked in on it every 2 days by calling In asking if they had gotten to it yet, just to be told to give them another day. They finally got to it a week later and told me I could pick it up at a specific time before work. I arrived and no one was there. I finally got it back later that day. All I needed was a simple diagnostic on what the issue was and if they could find or fix the problem. I would have been more than happy to set up an appointment a week later and just drop it off the day before they could work on it. So, in the end they did the job, I just was given a very unrealistic time frame.

We had to go here when we were in a jam due to a computer not booting up. They were very patient and able to figure out how to get everything working again. He advised that we would probably need to buy a new computer soon, but we now have enough time to back up our pictures and personal files to make sure everything is safe. Great place!

Took my daughters laptop in because it was running very slowly. Jeff, the owner, did a tune-up on it and now it runs beautifully. He explained what he had to do and his price was fair.Id recommend this place to anyone who needs computer work done.

Jeff has fixed all my computers and did a great job every time. Today I went there in panic because I had not been able to use my email in my iPhone, so i was about to go to the Apple store, but decided to go to Jeff first, and viola, he fixed my problem in no time.
