I have been hesitant to review my experience, however have been advised to at least warn people.I had worked with Infovision for a while, all feedback was positive and no one had anything negative to say performance wise. I worked with every department and got to know all the staff as their I.T. guy. That was until I stopped being buddies with my boss, stopped installing toilets in his rental homes on company time and doing so many favors for him. Soon a new guy started who I thought was support for a under staffed team. After being told not to worry about my job and that he is meant to help, I was let go due to COVID which was handled to protect the higher ups and throw disposable to the fray. I had became sick multiple times after being pushed to work as an essential worker with a fever, doctors appointments and multiple signs of being sick. Multiple attempts to communicate with my boss to no avail, usually not even a response because he was too busy meaning he was out taking care of his rental homes.My concern is if people seek a career, look elsewhere. There is a lot of drama, misogynistic to the point I recorded conversations out of an attempt to present to H.R. some concerns which were ignored. Technology wise, they seemed to be catching up, however that is not good for a I.T. consultant company. During my time, I had attempted to improve certain systems, again ignored, being pushed to use outdated technology with generally relied on manual input for systems that should be automated. Causing many issues of data entry, issues easily fixed.I would say its a good temporary place to work, however better is out there. Better atmosphere and better quality of staff. Reception that attends to their desk, employees that dont hate their life, management that are attentive to more than only their big money makers, and modern technology.

Recently joined the company and must say it was flawless and the top management is supportive with a great work culture. Its a growing company and a must to learn and expand the horizon.

Once you apply for a job they make you sign on a non-compete and block you .they just gather resumes and block you.

Nice company, cooperating staff, can plan long term carriers here.
