Elena and her staff are incredibly professional. They worked on my alterations until it was right in their opinion as much as my own. I judge a business mostly on their customer interaction and honesty; and they exceeded.My first experience with them was significant at over $1,100 in alterations on more than a dozen garments (suits, slacks, sport coats, tuxedo) so I have become very familiar with Elena and her team. Sure their service may cost a little more than others, but I won’t be going anywhere else.I had someone ask me if a store-bought suit they tailored for me was custom made. Great job Elena!

Wasnt happy with alterations on my suit. She tried to blame my posture then says if I want it fixed I will have to pay again. If it is my posture what is there to fix? Will not return.

Called to ask if she could alter my Kilt to have the hem taken up. She had no idea what a Kilt was. Really? If you dont know what it is, Im not letting you alter it.
