Ive been going here for years, great service and never late on well pressed dry cleaning. The people who run the place will remember your name, says a lot about the level of customer appreciation.PROS: Always on time, great customer service, cost efficient, good quality.CONS: Some days they close early I think.

I’ve been using this cleaners for a year now and have had great results. Our clothes always come back neat and clean. They know my name so I don’t have to tell them. I can tell the owner is kind as he is smiling and friendly and seems to treat his work staff with a lot of respect. Good people, quality work, good vibe!

Im pretty sure this is the best dry cleaners in the world.The family run operation has been laundering my work clothes for 90 days now since I moved to the area. Service is impeccable, and the operators are always courteous. Their prices are an excellent value for the quality of work.If this address is near you commute to work, please consider having your clothes cleaned and pressed. You wont be disappointed, and youll look much better without any wrinkles and stains.Take care out there, North Dallas / Richardson!Edit July 2019:I quit patronizing this business a few months after it was sold around 2016 and a shirt was ruined. Still looking for an excellent cleaners. I wear wrinkly shirts now.

Would give 0 stars if able to. Expect this dry cleaner to add on as many charges as possible. Dry cleaning unnecessary items and folding all your shirts for $1 extra rather than hanging them are just the ones I recently experienced. Today I realized why this cleaners had been so expensive in the past because they actually folded all of my shirts this time and when I asked why they decided to do that I was told I have always paid for my shirts to be folded. However, I have always picked up my laundry on hangers... Ultimately, I have to wait 3 more days to get my shirts because they have to press them all again due to the wrinkles caused from folding.If you decide to do business with this cleaners I would recommend to get pricing up front when you drop your clothes off.

Great place where I normally bring my shirts to be washed and pressed. Makes all the difference. Always punctual.If you bring items before 9am you can get it back at around 5pm, which is great service.Now Ive become a regular. Very recommended.

Great turnaround times. I love the fact that they de-pill all the cashmere and wool that I bring in unlike other dry-cleaners I have tried. Prices might be a little higher than I am used to, however for the quality of service I am willing to pay it. I highly recommend them.

Ive been going to this Dry Cleaners for years and they have been flawless until one recent hiccup. Their machine broke down and my clothes were not ready for pick up. The owner apologized for the delay and offered to pay for my dry cleaning! Great customer service and great quality of work!!

They do a good job with shirts but definitely overpriced and if you pay with card you dont have the option not to leave tip. Ive never been asked to tip in dry cleaners!

I found Spirit online with high ratings... I used them only 2 times... the 1st time was as expected. However, the 2nd time was a nightmare.I dropped off my clothing and gave them some verbal special instructions about things not to be done to some pieces of clothing.They told me a portion of the job would be done at a certain time next day, and the rest only the day after, which was ok for me.So I came back to pick the 1st part of the job at the time they told me itd be done. The 1st problem was that the job was not complete; the clothing was washed and dried, but not folded. They offered to give a discount if I wanted to take the clothing w/out folding it, which I accepted.Problem 2 was that they did not follow the special instructions; my dress shorts had shrunk as a result of that. Then, when I went to wear those shorts a few days later, I saw some marks as if a dirty or corroded iron had been used; hopefully those marks will get washed off next time I clean the shorts.Finally, the biggest problem was when I went to pick my the 2nd part of the job the next day, which was a silky shirt that was to be dry-cleaned. When I got there, they handed me a shirt that was not mine. They kept insisting it was and told me theyd contact me once they found the video recording of when I dropped it off (they obviously have cameras in the store - maybe because this happened before?).Later that day I got a call from them saying theyd contact me on the following day after reviewing the videos. No one contacted next day, so I called them the day after. They told me they found the video and the shirt the gave me was the right one. Instead of arguing with them, I decided to go to the store.Once there, the guy showed me the video and insisted that was my shirt. I put the shift on to prove it wasnt mine and it did not fit me... it was 2 or 3 sizes smaller than my size. I looked at the video and told him I couldnt discern colors from the video (the quality of the video was not that great). Yet, he wouldnt let it go and kept insisting it was the right one.So I asked him to show me all shirts from the carousel so I could maybe find my shift... and to my surprise, I actually found the shirt, which matched exactly the description I gave him. It was combined with another piece of female garment that obviously wasnt mine. Yet, he still thought I was trying to take someone elses shift home.After additional arguing, he let me go with my shift and confirmed my phone number from his system in case someone else complained their shirt went missing.What a nightmare! I will never go back there, and dont recommend them.

Dont go there with a stain and ask them to treat it before cleaning.....they wont do it. Manager told me they didnt do it. Then when he tried to fix the problem couldnt because stain was set in. Got an apology and sent out the door. Lesson learned, dont stain your shirt and drop it off at the cleaners untreated.
