Ive been renting a private office at The Drawing Board for almost 6 months and cant say enough good things about this place. The building is spacious and beautiful, the WiFi and coffee are excellent, and the membership options are very reasonable + flexible. And I absolutely love the staff! You can tell they genuinely care about their members and the local community and will do anything they can to support you + your business. Ive worked from a few coworking spaces in the past and have never found a place that matches the charm and friendly atmosphere of The Drawing Board. It really is the ideal environment for startups, solopreneurs and anyone looking to grow their business in a supportive environment. I cant recommend this place enough!

I had a great experience my first time renting a space at this facility. I was greeted when I walked in the door and they were expecting me. The IT person was super friendly and helped me sync my computer for printer access. The receptionist walked my guest back. Refreshments were available for my guest and everyone was friendly.

My company has been leasing a private office here for over a month now and my networking group has our weekly meetings in the conference room and its been fantastic being here! Fast internet, good coffee, really nice comfy furniture, and lots of business and networking opportunities make this the place to be if youre looking for a truly collaborative workspace. I just wish I was better at ping pong.

I am grateful to Cam, and The Drawing Board for offering to show and sell my paintings. Im also teaching watercolor lessons thanks to Cams help. The office building is comfortable and situated in a nice, central business location in Richardson.

The Drawing Board is great. It is conveniently located just east of Central Expressway in Richardson. I run a small business and The Drawing Board is very responsive and created a membership and usage plan that made sense for my needs. They have been great during the pandemic with cleaning protocols, etc. Great space that I highly recommend!

The Drawing Board is unparalleled. We reserved a conference room for a group meeting and presentation. The place was spacious, clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed including a whiteboard, 84 TV, HDMI cable, and more! I can go on about the amenities, but I highly recommend The Drawing Board for a meeting space or as a co-working space. Im going to be booking our meetings here moving forward!

We had a great event at the Drawing board in Richardson. Cam was amazing to work with and she ensured that we had everything we needed. She was super flexible with out group as we had some crazy requests and was always willing to help. The event team over there were also very nice and accommodating and even jumped in to help us with the setup. The Drawing board is a very beautiful and unique venue that can accommodate any type of event. I will be using them again soon.

Hip, trendy space with aspiring entrepreneurs, artists, engineers, and administrators working towards their next big thing. Contains great art, temperature, services; considering taking advantage of it, Ive only visited to tour, but felt the need to 5star anyway because it just had a charm to it.

We had the pleasure of hosting a CEO event at the Drawing Board earlier this month. Working with the Drawing Board team was amazing! This co-working office space is creative, exciting and inspiring. Open concept, unlimited coffee, CLEAN and bright. The perfect place to get creative, network as there are many other businesses here as well (Staffing, Marketing, Payroll,IT, Nail, Medical billing, Advertising to name a few). I have made both connections and friends every day which is vital for my business. Hands down the best place to work!

Went to some other coworking spaces in the area before deciding on this one. It’s spacious with plenty of open desks offices. It’s clean, has a great atmosphere, and the prices are good.

They thrive on team work and hospitality. The owner doesnt treat his occupants like tenants, but rather like family. I enjoyed being at this place, and watched some true development take place. This co-working space is a great environment to be productive, has a modern feel to it, and the staff here is wonderful. We used the space as a party venue as well, it was perfect for our staff/volunteer party.

Absolutely love working here. Staff is great and it provides me with everything I need in a work environment plus more! The IT guy, Jonn, is hilarious and always gets my stuff working when I seem to break all my technology by looking at it. Even the receptionist, Ly, is always warm and welcoming when I come in. The entire staff knows everyone by name and art work is amazing!

This is a great place for events. I love the setup and how open the common area floor plan is. I also love that they added glass garage doors in that area so that it is much brighter.

Tried the free day pass - Great team, friendly co-working cos, excellent internet speed, great price with a lot included and no hidden fees or long term contract, very clean and modern. And the resident artist’s work is gallery worthy!! Definitely check it out if your considering co-working space.

They definitely thought of everything when they built this place. Its the most customizable coworking space Ive seen. You never have to feel like you have to whisper here because the ceilings are so high. Doubles as an event center.
