I live in Mustang Lakes. While beautiful, the experience in this division has not been what I had hoped for when I purchased two years ago. One of the reason I chose this community was for the amenities, including pool, gym and tennis.I’m very disappointed that despite the vast majority of residents calling for the amenities to be reopened, the hoa still refuses. We’ve agreed to sign ups and restrictions, but yet they still claim they don’t have enough insurance. Well then buy the dang insurance like you have for the sister property, Light Farms!!If Insight doesn’t have the authority, then who does? They keep passing the buck, and it’s gotten really really old! They’ve lied to us, they’ve made excuses, and while the rest of Texas is striving to find normalcy, ML HOA is going the other direction.Yes, we are having to learn to live in a new world... Kids are in school but yet we can’t even sign up for an hour at the gym!?! Come on! This is absolutely the most absurd group of individuals ever! And then they host a meeting with residents that gets NOWHERE!Come live here for the great people and the landscape, but don’t buy if you think you will want to use the gym or pool anytime soon....

The care and attention to detail that we receive from our Community Manager with Insight Association Management is unprecedented. She treats our community as if it were her own and has been great about communicating the good, bad and ugly with all of us. I highly recommend Insight!

Insight Association Management is completely disrespectful and turning one of their nicest neighborhoods into a complete nightmare all out of petty decisions and power struggles. They should be ashamed of the way they have treated residents and taken what could be an easily fixable problem into a full out war. Shame on you, your paying customers deserve so much better.

I live in Lantana, TX and have found this HOA management company to be competent and responsive to homeowners requests and questions (even if you dont always get the answer youre hoping for). 5 stars from me and will update later if anything changes.

This company, the board/ HOA and employees related to Mustang Lakes are completely unprofessional and are lacking any kind of customer service. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the way this company is handling our neighborhood and treating us residents who live within the community. If you are considering buying a home managed by this company, I urge you not to.

I live in Bar C Ranch and with many of the planned improvements being funded by DR Horton Im just wondering where exactly is our money going? A few flowers in the entrance next to dying bushes? How about all the rotting pumpkins that were being removed as xmas lights were going up near the end of December. Maybe the money is going to the landscape in the two grass areas between mesa view and high desert.. no wait that area is nothing but rocks and weeds..How about the supposed wall replacement? Isnt DR Horton paying for that? Is the money going to the pool that still isnt open? Still waiting on a clear answer to if it will be open at all this year. I love driving past the neighborhood next to ours with its open pool full of people enjoying summer. But hey at least the tiny playground with its one crooked bench is open for our enjoyment. Maybe the money is just going into the pockets of whoever writes the best excuse to feed us.

Our HOA recently made a switch in our management company and we immediately saw a difference upon hiring Insight Association Management. My calls actually get answered by a person and not an auto attendant, and my email was responded to the same day I sent it from our community manager. I would have to wait for days/weeks to get any type of response from our prior management company!

The HOA and insight Management of Mustang lakes is TERRIBLE. They don’t listen to the home owners at all. They constantly give excuses or flat out lie about things. They are not transparent and do not like when you question them about important information.We have had 2 zoom calls (over the past 3 months) in which they talk at us and not with us. They will not allow us to speak and keep us on mute the whole time........just ridiculous! They ignore questions or comments when they don’t feel like addressing, its becoming extremely childish.Beware!!! We love our neighborhood, but the HOA/“the board” and insight management is making us regret our decision to move here!It’s a shame because Mustang lakes is a beautiful neighborhood with amazing people who live here!

The community manager for my association was very pleasant to speak with and her response time to my concerns were extremely quick.

I live in Mustang Lakes and the HOA and board are just absurd. There is no accountability from these people and our community manager is beyond incompetent. They lie to the residents about opening up the amenities and pick and chose which rules and to whom they will be enforced.

5 star review is highly inflated. Live in bar c ranch, the rules here are enforced without uniformity and the company doesnt follow their own policies. Makes up rules that arent posted. Want to move definitely not a place Id want to live for a long time.

Heard very good reviews about the community through our friends during our new home search and now we are part of the community. So far having good feel. Only just a little request is to have few more play parks for kids to play, at least one for each block to avoid driving every day to get to play ground.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Insight! They took over management of our community in February and quickly turned things around for our HOA. Our community manager is incredibly helpful and easy to get in contact with. Five stars are definitely earned!!

I am so pleased that Insight Association Management was available and willing to take over management of The Meadows Condominiums in Irving. They knew going in that we are not an easy community to manage due to age and a myriad of other things. Our family moved into the Sunnyvale community a year ago. This was our first home owners association purchase and didnt know what to expect. My manager Kristi Bruening has made the entire process seamless. Her communications has been on point and has the best attitude of most people I have met. She takes the time to stop by our house and makes sure we have what we need. Thank you to Kristi and all her employees that have helped make our move to Texas a good one. I love living in Lantana, an Insight neighborhood. I am thankful for all the events they do for us all year. Ive never lived anywhere with such attention to everything and so much offered for the residents. The upcoming Fall Festival is just one example. Every year the lights in the center of the neighborhood are beautiful. We love the two garage sales each year, music on the green, the annual car show. So thankful to live in Lantana! #thankful

If I can give this company a zero I would. Ive been a homeowner in Bar C Ranch for the past year and am appalled by your company and our HOA manager. No timelines are ever met and apparently from homeowners that have lived here for the past 10+ years nothing has improved. Our voices are not heard and we feel like we are being taken advantage of especially this holiday season when our fall decorations sat out rotting until we complained again this past Saturday and our manager told me she was unaware of the rotting pumpkins which was clearly a lie. Also at this time we had no Christmas decorations up, all other communities around us looked great except for ours. We finally got decorations up yesterday on the 8th of December.Im just so disappointed.

Lantana is the Perfect Place to live and to raise your family! The community has amazing amenities and many outstanding community events all year long! The schools are Fantastic and you have everything you need close enough for convenience but not too close to take away from the neighborhoods! The Forever place to live!!!

The difference between Insight and the Lakes of Prosper’s previous management group is truly as different as Night & Day. Insight has proven to be a proactive management group that listens to their customers. In my experiences they have even taken a common sense approach to the issues that affect the community!....mostly unheard of in the HOA management industry. Great balance between ensuring the community is cared for and not over-reaching with enforcement. Much credit goes to Pamela Anderson with Insight for staying engaged with the community.

Our HOA has been outstanding in planning frequent fun, family-friendly events in the for residents of Light Farms in the community Barnyard. There is always something fun to do!

The Parkside community in Celina is the perfect place to live and raise your family. It is small enough that you get to meet all your neighbors. This is our fifth HOA community that we have lived in and I have to say, it is one of the best, if not the best of all. We hope that Insight Association Management continues to do a great job.

I have an HOA manager who is evidently overworked due to her timeliness issues with responses to direct calls and emails on top of requests on the websites forum. There are budget issues and the lack of explanation of how they hire different companies for our common areas upkeep, the community continues to be in poor shape despite the fact our dues go to pay top dollar for these maintenance duties to be taken care of timely, professionally, and with quality.BarC RanchThink twice about moving to this community; beware of strict HOA bylaws with little response to concerns voiced in many different mediums, and has poorly maintained entrances and common areas.Also- you WILL see many 5 star ratings due to there being a contest for a 100$ giftcard if you leave a 5star review. Good luck getting honest reviews.

Ive got to tell you, the professionals at Insight Association are very helpful, nice, and expeditious. They are only a phone call or email away to address any of your issues or concerns. They respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible. I live in the Timber Ridge Tail division Mckinney, TX. We have a great HOA that is willing to work with you in any way possible. They have quick response to phone calls, emails and correspondence. Definitely put the homeowners first.I am thankful for, the community is beautiful and every attempt is made to keep the community beautiful, safe and family oriented. The people.in the community are friendly and it has the feel of a family environment. I have lived here for 10 years and would not trade a thing.The community and HOA is family and kid friendly, this is very important for people living in the area. Safety is portant to me, and I definitely feel the love by the HOA and citizens living in the communication.The community continues to grow and I am grateful for that.
