I replied about the number didnt work when I put it into the prompts? She said only the last 4 came through gave her the rest said could you hold while I look this up. Then someone else was all of a sudden saying what do you need. I said I was on hold with someone else and now I have been transferred? Yes what is it you need. Well to tell someone that they are billing for my mother in law who died back in August. She was is their any money from her estate. Any spouse. And I said no. She just was fine we will note this. And I called all her debtors to fax her death certificate andAny other information. So not even sure why this went to a debt collector. This women was rude and insesitive.
I cannot actually speak to how it is to work there, but I have interviewed there many times. The process takes forever, they do not offer great pay and this mysterious person that you have to have the second interview with is never available. They probably lose a lot of good candidates because there hiring process is just too slow and cumbersome. They are always hiring too so they must have trouble retaining people. The receptionist is great and nice--I have been there so many times that I feel like we are friends. lol
Been here 13+ years and looking forward to many more. I love my job and the company. Great benefits, they truly care for their employees and I highly recommend this company!
I called regarding a medical account balance and they were trying to sell me something and give me a free gift. I hung up since I think is a scam.
