I honestly wouldnt leave a bad review but too many things went wrong.1) When booking an appointment online you can see a Ladies Haircut is $25, I was charged $40 and when I asked why not $25 she said thats the price for children (if thats the case call it that, dont misled your customers).2) Service said it included a shampooing and she did not wash my hair, minor but again misleading.3) She asked me if I wanted her to thin out my hair, I EXPLICITLY asked her not to and she did it anyway.4) I ultimately didnt like the haircut, I asked for layers and in some places the hair on the same layer isnt the same length (tried to show in the pictures but kind of hard to capture).Would NOT recommend this place for womens haircuts, however giving two stars because I would still recommend for mens.

I have been here for the last 9 months, and after their first mistake I decided to give them another chance but with a different barber. Usually they will reply for appointments within an hour or so, but can sometimes take up to two days. I have been using the same gentlemen by the name of Daniel for most of my time going here until he recently left. He was phenomenal and he always did it the same way. Recently he left the business to go on his own, or so the owner told me. I asked if I could have his phone number so I could visit him and he said no. He wasnt going to give me his personal info so I asked him if I could get the name of the place he went to, then here he took 2 days to respond. I gave them one more chance and asked today if they had any openings and if he could recommend another Barber at his shop and he said he would have someone waiting. Most times I get there, there really isnt a wait time at all, whereas a few times, I would show up and I would have to wait almost half an hour for someone to arrive to cut my hair. But today I went in, and he showed me over to someone, and though he spoke broken english, he was delighted to help through assistance from the owner being a translator. I told him not to cut my top, trim the sides, trim my beard but not go below the natural beard line. He obviously didnt listen. Not only did he butcher my bangs, to which half of them are missing, but he also trimmed my beard down to the point it looks like I have a strap across my neckline. He barely slipped off my eyebrows because he wasnt being careful, and he proceeded to finish without doing the normal hot shave and straight razor. I will never go back here again, and it is the first time I have ever been disgusted with the way my hair looked after a haircut. The lining isnt straight and its downright horrible. What aggravates me the most is that he will not tell me where his prior employee has gone off to, and he was quite literally the best barber he had working there.

Had to go here because it was the only barbershop open at that time and i had to get a haircut for a party and i think thats how they make money knowing the client can’t go anywhere else. Comparing them with my regular barber they are really unprofessional and try to get it done as soon as they can instead of making sure its perfect. My barber think of haircuts as an art and I believe they do it for just the money which can be seen in the work they do. In short it was not the service i expected for the price i paid. Never coming here again even if need a haircut at night.

This is the SECOND TIME I’ve been over charged for a haircut. Before I sat down I confirmed the 30$ price with the barber. I told him I’ve wanted a fade and a lineup, I understand a beard lineup is a little extra but he took it upon himself to use a hot towel and tried to tell me the cut total came out to $45 because of it. I asked for a fade and line up, I HAVE DREADS BTW, SO THERE ISNT MUCH TO FADE. And you said 30$. So because YOU decided to use a hot towel before telling me about an up charge.. I’m required to pay that fee? That’s bad business, tell someone about an extra charge BEFORE you throw something on their face. You’re wrong, admit it

Wow, where do I start off by, I originally found out about this place through facebook and schedule an appointment. The person I thought I had the appointment with (owner spouse) was already working on two other persons who had foils on their hair already and ask me to wait so I waited and was handed off to a gentlemen who was a beginner and normally every other place discloses this information to the client which neither of them did leaving me to find out for myself half way through the process when she would stop by and question him on what he did. The specific hair dye I went in for takes anywhere between 5-6 hours which is nowhere near the 9 hours I spend at this place totally un acceptable. To add to this un pleasant experience the owner left before the gentlemen was done with my hair stating to him (never acknowledging me) her ride was taking off so she had to go. Yes The poor guy had no clue on what he was doing and thank god there was another female stylist who bless her heart was there to help him and avoided my hair from looking a mess. I went in for a hair cut and hair dye but walked out with only my hair dyed since the gentleman was ready to go and in a hurry to just dry up my hair.Spending 9 hours at this place and being handed off to a non experience hair stylist who was left alone by the actual owner is not a professional way of doing business. This place is a barbershop/beauty salon and boy do they just talk mess about each others work made me feel like I was was back in high school. Better management is needed at this place for sure and a good cleaning crew because hair pieces were everywhere as well as wet floors, wouldn’t doubt someone taking advantage and filing workers comp.

I’ve had a lifetime of experience with going to barbershops, but when it comes down to service and Quality cuts my Go to is this shop. When I come here in the mornings I usually get a different price normally around 40 today it was 45 and I didnt ask for a towel or anything like that. So the haircut is 30 and the beard trim is 15?? Im confused on why Im getting different prices but in any case I wont be returning here

Been coming here for almost a year since I moved back into town. These guys are master barbers. Everyone of them is talented. From their fades, to their hot towel shaves and competitive prices. For me, my main concern was finding someone who can shape a beard really well and they never disappoint.

These guys definitely know what theyre doing, love what they do, and are great at it. Comfortable recliners for those who wait, even though Ive never waited its always cmon in bro, I got you If you dont know the barber Lingo bring a picture or different pictures of what you want and theyre sure to deliver. $25 for my haircut but depending on what you want it can vary.

Barber shop is usually busy when I come in with my son in the evenings. Polite staff, great barbers, always try and do what ideas you bring in. They offer straight razor shaves, clipper cuts, color services, eyebrow waxing, and even facials.

I came into this establishment around 1 in the afternoon noon. When i walked in there was no line no people waiting, just 2 guys that worked there that looked very bored, this place is very dirty and in bad shape, they could of been cleaning or something. One of them told the other one to get up and cut my hair. The barber asked me what will i liked to get, i explained it to him and he started cutting. 30minutes into him cutting my hair he was acting very odd going around looking just passing the machine on my head like if he didnt know what he was doing. I was being positive and thoug maybe he is being really detailed with my hair. About a good solid hour and 10 minutes passed and he said my hair was ready. During all that time he was being obnoxious asking me personal questions. Dude i just want a hair cut, get it over with. I sand up and my hair is a mess the cut he gave me was horrible and he destroyed my hair look. He hasthe audacity to tell me that i didnt explained well enough what i wanted and that the reason he cut it like that was because my hair looked like it was cut like that previously. If he didnt understand what i had told him why will he beggin cutting, why didnt he asked me to explain better instead of going off what he though and messing up my hair. I was very frustrated and had to go get my hair fix at a different establishment. I will definitely not recommend this place and will definitely not be back! I have attached a picture so you can see how horrible he left my hair.

I’ve never written a review on google, but this place was so good it deserves one. Chris did an absolute phenomenal job. Perfect fade, knew how to work the blades perfectly, professional, and extremely friendly. I went here just for a quick cut, but honestly think I found my new barber. From what I’ve seen everyone here does a great job and is such a kind, friendly environment. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a fresh cut.

Initially was booked here, but due to power issues I had to go to the Garland location, which doesn’t have a page. Same franchise so wanted to share my experience. I was there for two hours and had to go through two barbers because the first one left me with a “moms chili bowl” haircut. I felt bad for the second barber that had to come clean it up because my hair was already ruined. I was desperate since I’ve been quarantined...but I should’ve waited on my own barber. If you’re desperate just WAIT IT OUT!!!

Booked an appointment two weeks in advance and when we get there they state we didn’t specify when we clearly have emails who the appointment was with. When we talked to the person who the appointment was with he was not concerned with what we had to say, saying he had other appointments. We left without getting a haircut, won’t be back.

I moved here new and I was checking for a good place and found this Salon and thought will give it a try, booked Ricardo as he was available. Oh God I have never had such worst experience in my life, he cut as if he had to catch a running train, nothing like what I asked for no attention to detail, used a blade on my bear skin without a foam and my skin is burning with pain, not a smile on his face and ZERO concern on customer, I am utterly disappointed and god knows how having him they still have such high ratings. They say shampoo service and Styling included, Dont even think about it.

Very clean cut. Barber follows instructions and asks clear and precise questions. I am very satisfied with not only with my haircut but with the customer service that I was provided. The salon was also clean and had nice tunes while I waited for my turn. This is by far, one the best barbershops I’ve been too and will keep coming for more in the near future.

My past experiences at this place was great until this one. The gentlemen with the chair by the door cut my hair. I came in and asked for a low fade and half inch off the top. Simple, quick and easy. My end result was nothing from what I asked! He cut off more than half inch off my top and my sides aren’t even close to resembling a fade. A simple trim on the top should not leave me with 2 inches of hair left. I come to Juarez because this is one of the few barber shops around here that can fade, and driving 30 mins out just to get a hair cut I’m not happy about is not worth my time. If I wanted a trash haircut, I would have gone elsewhere. I’m very displeased of how my haircut turned out and I will not be returning.

I found my barber. The only barber in the area open until midnight daily. They always offer you water or a drink from their mini bar. The staff are all very experienced and know their way with the blade. Real barber experience without breaking the bank.

Great guys. I was in Texas for two months and would show up every week or so for a touch up and all of them took care of me in a great way. Very easy to get along with, down to earth guys who know their craft well. Will definitely be my go-to when I return to Texas in the future.

As a busy man was very impressed with the flexibility in hours of operation, but sadly after confirming those hours (10am-midnight/12pm) with a representative of the establishment, my arrival time @1045pm they were locked up and gone with the open sign still lit...

Brandon did a terrific job as he spent a good 40 minutes on my hair. Sharp edge up and a great number one mid-fade. Brandon did every little thing to make my cut as comfortable as possible. Solid experience overall.

I have been getting fades for over 30 years. Brandon gives one of the tightest fades i have ever had. He has laser precision with the straight razor and edge ups. They are never too busy and the wait is short if any. It also helps they stay open later than normal barbers so they can make you look good before you go out for the night. Walked in, and had received the worse hairhair I have had in a while. I asked for a fade. No technique, and low skill resulted in unsatisfactory results. My fade was sloppy, and uneven. My tape line was also done unevenly. Did not let them touch the top nor my beard. I just wanted to leave that place, and find a barber to fix a poor job done by this barbershop.

The fade I received was fine but my beard line up was too high up on my neck and they gave me a pencil mustache (was never asked how I wanted it styled) . And the back of my neck is butchered from the straight razor . I’ll give them a 2nd chance but only for a fade .

In fact my last haircut was really bad. I didnt realize how bad until the next day when I washed it. I may give them another chance but I consider them talented but inconsistent.

Set up an appointment for 7:30pm after work, which is super convenient since they close at 9:00pm. They have free soda, water and beer while you wait! I didnt sit in the chair until 8pm since he was still working on another customer. It kind of bothered me a little but since I did set an appointment. Nathan was awesome and he cut it EXACTLY how I asked it to be done, if not better! Once I we were done with the haircut I was glad I waited. He went above and beyond what I expected!

Appointments are meaningless. I dont mean that in terms of slow service. I arrived at my appointment time and waited 30 minutes before asking the one barber what was going on. He said he didnt know anything about the online appointments. He just took people in order. He was at least another 30 minutes from getting to me so I left.

Terrible experience. Completely blown away at the alleged 4.5 stars on Google. No way are they legit. Screaming unattended children, blaring music and television competing against each other. Called ahead and yet still waiting for an hour. Couldnt be more dissatisfied.
