They only have good reviews because they ask you to post one. Honestly all of these agency’s are the same. Soul draining warehouse work. I guess it’s okay if you are in a pinch and really need the cash. I’ll just wait until I get a job from my actual career field before I waste my time. Also the people that work here are very unprofessional and they never answer the phone

BelFlex is the best staffing agency by far! The hiring process was easy, they asked about my skill set and what interests me, and they got me out to work the very next day. It’s been a great experience so far and the $18/hr ain’t bad either.

In the past I called and had to cancel a job because of government issues before starting the new job The next day and they completely closed my account told me I can’t work through their agency at all anymore . This is a temp agency they don’t have the right to deny giving people work especially when I gave them a call and let them know the situation very unprofessional. Should not look for jobs through this agency at all.

This place is a trashy temp service, they dont answer their phones. They have terrible staffers, and if you keep ending your assignment because the jobs dont work out they say you did something wrong and then close your account. Lol what a joke temp service. Dont hurt me theres temp services all around Columbus.

Decent to an extent ! just quick placement when you have warehouse experience or forklift experience, DO NOT LIE on your application with them saying you HAVE SKILLS YOU DONT. That Will Lead To Your DownFall. I Like The Quality of Care They Have For Us! But They Need To Respond To Clients Emails BETTER

Where to start with this company. It’s not worth wasting your time working with them. They will screw up your check, it’s just a matter of time. Then when you call to tell them that you’re resigning from a position they put it as a no call no show and say you can no longer work through their company. Oh and after they mark you as a no call no show, even though you called, they will lower your pay down to minimum wage for your last check. This company is complete garbage and there is a reason they have such a lower rating, I would put 0 stars if I could.

The open interview process went really well. Its been over two weeks and I still dont have a job through them. Ive called multiple times to get updates on open jobs but I cannot ever get through to anyone. Im always told to leave a message and that someone will get back with me but they never do. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is the worst! Would not help people who of of a different culture who couldnt wright in English and help the, dude was not personally friendly and more demanding! They wouldnt even except my OREGON LEAGEL ID!!! SUCKS!!!!!
