The screen on my wifes phone suddenly went blank. Do not let this shop fool you with its fair price of phone screen replacement. The first time I had my screen fixed here, iPhone 8+, the screen protector peeled off within a few days and while in my pocket, minimal impact from my keys etc caused the screen to crack again. The cracking process continued so rapidly that my phone ended up non functional after less than two weeks of being fixed. I took it back and after explaining my issues, I was met with hostility from the man running the shop. I was only given a discount on the 2nd screen, and within a day of it being fixed and having it back, my home button was no longer functional, and my phone now gets stuck on the reboot screen for 12+ hours if it dies. Very displeased this craftsman ship exists in our town and I highly do not recomend.

I first purchased a used phone from code red and its been two years and no problems. Today I called to see about replacing a speaker in a Samsung S10+ that was rattling bad. Salesperson told me that it was highly unlikely for hardware to go bad in 7 months, and trying cleaning it with an alcohol swab. I actually used compressed air but problem was fixed immediately. I appreciated the tip and will continue my business.

Great place to get your device Fixed for a great price!!!! The vibration piece on my IPhone had come loose from dropping it many times and I called UBreak IFix and some other stores and they were gonna charge me 50$ just to tighten the screws and an extra 60$ if anything needed replaced but a friend recommended Code red and I called and they said they’d only charge 15$ to tighten and 30$ to replace anything so I I took the heck of a deal and they do great work and have many devices in the store on sale. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Went there to get a surface pro repaired. It was quick and very reasonable priced. I definitely recommend this place.

While I was hesitant to drop my phone off in a small storefront, the service was honest and cost effective. They quoted a price that included a replacement part, but turns out I just needed a part cleaned up inside, they could have easily charged twice as much. Either way, it was reasonably priced and better yet was half of what I expected. The service was very fast, less than 30 minutes but I could see where they may be busier at other times. The place was recommended as reliable by the Verizon Wireless Rep across the street.

My son and I bought an Iphone from CRW about 6 weeks ago. The man who helped us was very informative and provided excellent guidance in selecting a phone. Needed my Service Port replaced on my S5. Same Day Service, and very reasonable fee. However, my screen was not reattached properly. It works, but was not resealed properly, and almost immediately I noticed bubbles on the edge of screen. The phone is older, and the price was cheap so I didnt make a big deal out of it.

These guys are great!! I knew what I was looking for (Galaxy Note 5) and what my budget was. I had searched online for months and didnt see it in my range. My plan was just to wait, but decided to check out Code Red. If they had one in stock, I would be able to physically hold and touch and make sure this was the phone I wanted when I went to purchase online. Mo, asked my budget and wanted to see me walk away happy with the phone I wanted. I paid a little over my intended budget, but walked away with so much more than if I had waited and purchased online. Got the phone I wanted, with a screen protector and a case and with absolute respect for the workers at this establishment. I have had to use code red several times now. If you find yourself in the need for a repair of your cell, while you wait(go get dinner) then this is defiantly the place to go in the Columbus market!! the staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable on the equipment and the means to make the repairs. I like that I do not feel pressured by up-selling. I wish that I would not need a service like this, lol, but life happens and so I drop or damage my phone often... I got water damage to my phone. Phone was working for 2wks then shut off on me wouldnt charge or anything. Bought it to Code Red Wireless and they do miracles. The feeling was a good price. They have fixed phones of mine over the past few years and have always done an awesome job.I brought my phone in to get repaired the other day and for whatever reason the phone turned on while they were doing a diagnostic on it and didn’t charge me a dime. That shows me that this is a place I can trust. They could have came up with some story about how they had to do this or that and charge me like a lot of places try to do they just handed me my phone and told me to have a good day. You can’t beat their service either. Really great people that run the place. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs a repairs done to their phone.

Ive bought multiple phones here, used and in box. Only once did I have an issue, it was same day I bought the phone and they replaced the battery completely right away when I brought it back in, which resolved the issue. Positive experience, friendly and very good value on the phones.

I had the screen on my iPhone 6 + replaced at Code Red and I will definitely go back if I need another screen replaced in the future.I ran into some traffic on the way there and arrived just before they closed. It wasnt easy for me to get out of work early enough to make it there and I was worried they werent going to have time to fix it that day. The owner said he had to take his kid to soccer but that he would come right back to help me. I was relieved but kind of dreaded how long I might be there. He was back in 10 minutes, replaced the screen in under 5, charged me less than any of the other places wanted, and I was out the door.Very good company. Super nice guys. Professional.
