I looked at a unit and Amanda was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable about the facility.

I havent received the level of customer service Pam has given me in a long time. Hamilton high energy and very easy to work with, she was flexible and enjoy to talk to cant wait to talk to her again I highly recommend this location.

Pam was very nice explaining the policy and contract details. I was a little concerned However why the space I rented, a 5 x 7 unit is advertised for $29 on the website, yet I am paying $37 a month. Why? I believe you owe me a credit for the rest of the year at the advertised rate. It is only goes business to take care of your customers and treat them fairly. Please correct this asap. TY

Had a locker for almost 1 year and had no damage to any of our things. Security is great and making payments was easy.

Pass PM she made it her business to insure my personal needs by asking me if I wanted to get a unit not but she said dont worry about doing it online that she can help me right away I was so pleased with her going out way to see that I had unit I liked her customer service support she was awesome and great to the company

The woman at the service desk is really nice and helpful. However what was advertised and what I am actually being charged seems to be a $20 dollar difference and shows on my billing statement as other. The storage unit I am renting from the day I began renting it the light was blown out, the lady on duty went and got another light bulb, it worked while moving in items but it must’ve some type of electrical problem because I’ve went in and out the unit a total of 3 times in the several months I have had it. Just sharing my experience this is at the 2995 gender rd. Location I can’t say anything about the other location on gender road just sharing my experience because I personally depend on reviews prior to doing business with a company.

Pam was very friendly and thorough. She made sure I got the correct size storage for my needs and she explained everything in detail. It was nice to speak with someone that had great customer service skills.

However, I still havent heard back from them after I left a message and asked for paperwork to show that my first rental fee covers 2 months, (with the second month being free.) The second month free is part of an online promotion on my unit. I guess theyre really busy.

This site is very caring of their customers and situations. I applaud the owner and the staff especially Ms. Brenda. She goes out of her way to assist customers and their needs. This Public Storage location is very clean and well kept. I feel my items are truly secure and safe at this location. Please try this location and you will see what I mean!

Stored items there for 4 years. Moving and cleared out storage unit today and was advised they no longer provide refunds for the unused paid time. Very disappointed.

Would never use this storage facility or company ever again. Went up on my rates twice in only a few months! The monthly rent for my storage size was advertised at $90/mo. But they added $10 for monthly “insurance” and another $10 for other fees. So the unit came to $110/mo - which was okay. And you also have to buy one of their “special locks” before getting your unit. Since renting, my unit went from $110 to $160! With no explanation - no upgrades to the units or outdated entrance keypads, no improvements in the uneven pavement and crumbling gravel, nothing! The unit I was given has a huge dent in the side wall near the ceiling, allowing air, dust and insects to pass through easily into my unit. Some of my property has become weather-damaged due to this. You also don’t get access to your property whenever you want and entrance hours vary. Highly do not recommend!

I have rented storage units in the past but I have to say this location is unrivaled!!!!! The property manager Brenda and her staff works hard to accommodate their customers while still maintaining the integrity of the company. I had a unit at this location while living in another state and you would think communication and/or interactions would be very hard but instead I have nothing but great things to say! I definitely recommend this location! Brenda, keep up the good work!

I had read the reviews and everyone said Brenda was great and they were absolutely correct... Brenda was helpful with any question I had for her and she made the transaction very easy. I knew ahead of time by going to the website that I could reserve a storage unit online and save some money. So I went in to look at the unit to make sure that it would be sufficient and it was. So I advised her I would go home and go online to reserve and then I went back to sign for the unit and pay. I was so happy that Brenda was the one there to help. So if you need a storage unit and live close to Reynoldsburg by Brice Rd right before Gender Road I highly recommend this location. I went in to get some things out of my storage space this morning and I had gotten stuck in the snow on the lot. I couldnt get out and Brenda helped me out by shoveling snow from under my car. Brenda was a GEM!!!! Was in a crunch to get a place and the public storage place 3 miles down the road was rude and didnt really care if I rented from her or not, Rude to say the least. Brenda was able to take care of me at closing time and was not concerned about the time at all. I would def. recommend this storage place based on her alone. Customer service is so important now a days and it is heart warming to find someone who actually cares for people as well as her job!! I certainly hope that the company appreciates the great employee they have with Brenda!!

I recently went online and made a reservation online and promptly received a call from Brenda to set up an appointment. Close to to the set up day I stopped in to see if i was able to move the day up and both Daric and Brenda accommodated the move and walked me through the process. Daric walked me through and explained all of the policies and explained what to expect with ease. They worked very well together and made the move in process a breeze.

The property was very well kept and the customer service given by Brenda was awesome! Shes a very pleasant person and seemed to care about all customers that was in the office at the time my father and I were there. We would recommend this location to anyone.

I went to this public storage and Brenda was very busy with other people but she was very friend and professional. After I submitted my request to reserve a space, Mindi was very prompt in calling me back. I went over right away and she showed me around, the unit was just what I needed and we were able to complete the transaction without any problem. What I liked the most is not only is the storage just off the road, but it is safely off the road. There is easy access on and off the property and with Gender Road being a high traffic area, this was a definite plus for this Storage Place. Yes, I would recommend this place to others.
