I am a senior citizen who had lived in her home for 34 years. Moving at this age is a true experience.to say the least. However, Lisa made things so much easier for me. She is very friendly and she knows her stuff. She made me feel at ease and gave me confidence that the storage unit would fit my needs. She explained everything that I needed to know about having a storage unit. I am happy with my choice to use CubeSmart.

Lisa phoned me within an hour of the time I vacated my unit to ensure I had vacated the unit and that it was not a burglary. Very impressive! Thank you.

Bad experience altogether! I was given the wrong size unit, truck wasnt available right away, the male employee has a really nasty attitude. I will no longer continue my business with this company after my month is up.

Was a good location and it was easy to access.

Easy to pay the bill and it’s low maintenance. The storage was in a good spot easy to get to and had no issues with anything regarding it.

Worst customer service of all times. Wouldn’t give me any info over the phone or help me on answer questions or nothing!!!!!! I understand privacy information but due to covid you think if someone is calling in for a reason, it’s them!!!! So glad we are moving out of this unit this year!

Very professional, storage units were secure and clean.

I didnt have my lock on correctly and they called to let me know. Any loser thief could have gotten in my unit. Their security really made me feel safe and comfortable about having my things at their storage facility.

Initially the staff was helpful, however the code written on the info card to access my unit was not correct. I was told someone lived on site but no one responded to help so I had to call a call center and after about a half hour they were able to give me the correct access code.

I loved how (I m sorry I forgot her name), gave me a call to let me know that the lock was off my unit checking to see if I took my furniture out.

I liked this location at first. Then the longer Ive been there the more Im thinking about going elsewhere. Their rates went up for what? I have to walk through a foot of dead leaves just to get to my unit. And there is no lighting and its spider infested!!! And your going to increase my rates!!! Trust me, Im going to look around because its pretty bad when i have to watch myself from bei g attacked by spiders dropping down from the doors and watching spiders crawling out of my belongings. We pay to store our things so it would be nice to trust that our things will remain safe and cleanliness would be nice to. When people have to move piles of leaves out the way and broken branches from the trees overhanging the units, and dealing with no lights in the units, and infestations, its time to leave the company especially when they want to increase the rates?? Wth!!

Be careful dealing with this location.... They say they will send a notification of your up coming bill...when indeed they do not..they did this to me just so my bill would lapse and charge late fees.. I will NEVER used cube smart again.

I rented a 10 X 15 storage unit, for a year and a half, until I had enough storage shelves at home. The only thing I didnt like is there was no light in the unit, and I could only move things in and out during daylight.

Great check in experience. We arrived just at closing. The 2 young ladies let us in and made arrangements to get set up with my unit after hours. Had they not done that I would have been in a big jam. Their help an assistance made it happen for me. Great staff. Their help was incredible. Thanks

Gate codes instructions were confusing and I had some trouble finding my unit, but the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout. Storage unit is exactly what it should be. Empty 5x10 garage.Would recommend.

There is no security here fence is broken industrial trash from company next door wood pallets mattress tires etc my rv was broken into think before u signing

Betsy was so helpful and personable and made us feel at home. She even stayed late because we showed up close to the time you close (sorry!) Also, the price was unbeatable! We felt very welcomed and comfortable leaving our belongings at the secure property! It is easy to get in and out to drop off items. We would highly recommend for excellent service and price!

To pay my bill on line cubesmart charges $4.95. This is a rip off. Be happy you have customers that pay your salary and profits. Other places I dont know those fees.

Clean space and wonderful staff

The lady Ms Thomas that helped me out in Reynoldsburg, OH was wondering. She was under the weather but that didnt hold her back. Her customer service was great she explained everything in detail and she even cleared out some weeds that had grown in front of the storage box. Im pleased to have had her help me!

The attendant at the front was very rude. Not impressed.

We chose this place to store our camper due to its proximity to our home and affordable price. The gate was broken for a while but they did finally have it fixed. Quite a few emails and calls later. It is an ok place and it is in our price range. Just hope our camper stays safe.

The staff at this cube smart location are friendly and efficient! They gave helpful advice on moving and made the process of storage rental seem seamless. The unit we have was clean and ready on the day of rental. Highly recommend this business.

I had a cooler of frozen food i left in my storage because I was moving was going to come back they ACCIDENTALLY put a lock on my storage I was told to wait 20 minutes and the lady never came because she was too busy with a PERSONAL phone call and forgot and told me Id get my next month free. Come to find out she is NEW and I still dont get reimbursed for my stuff my

This is the second time Ive use this facility. The process was very easy and prices are great. Melinda is very pleasant and helpful. Very good experience both times so far.

The initial process was great, however late fees and pricing changes after the initial deal was up were not explained at all. Also, online payment was made one month, and on the same day when I tried to make payment the same day the next month online it said I was unable to make payment because it was past due. Extremely inconvenient due to being in another state and no way to take a payment in. Last time we were in the unit we saw several dead bugs.

The staff in Reynoldsburg are very friendly. I think the price is great. The place is always clean.

The price is reasonable, the staff have been very helpful over the whole course of my moving process and the facility seems secure and well-maintained. If youre looking for safe, easy-access self-storage in the Reynoldburg area, its worth your time to check these folks out.

The facility staff are polite and professional. The facility is clean and easily accessible. I was in and out with a full storage unit in under an hour.

Failed to mention needing insurance on the unit during call and also failed to mention free truck available to help you move stuff to the unit. Overall still pleasant experience. Right size storage unit I needed with a price that fit my budget.

Of all storage facilities I have used throughout the years (which there are quite a few), by far, this Reynoldsburg Cubesmart has the best customer service. Highly recommended.

Went in looking for a storage unit 10 by 25 was Shown a nice unit concrete ceiling as I had problems with the storage unit I am in now having metal ceilings and leaking. The unit I was shown was clean and in good shape. I signed up for a 10 x 25 unit when taking to see the unit was taking a crossed Main Street to another set of storage Bays the one I was shown had a bent door was rusted out at the bottom on each side there was trash everywhere. There was a small refrigerator tools trash tarps, had to sweep up myself screws, bolts and nail inside and out of the bay. I was told there had been a white van parked there and then it was gone does not sound like a secure location to me no one cleaned up the messes. Went back to the main office to see if there was another bay available there was not I took the Bay but have second thoughts and went back to cancel due to the fact I would be storing thousands of dollars worth of tools and did not feel secure in the area. I only signed the papers and the bay a couple of days asked for the prorated refund was told they dont do that. I do not recommend CubeSmart as I feel they are very deceptive in their policies.if you go there make sure to ask to see the actual bay you will be renting.also be sure to read all reveiws.

My storage area have been broken into twice this year. CUBESMART IS FALSELY advertising secure surveillance, Its not working at all. I was informed by management that my storage was broken into earlier this year in March and was also told that the surveillance wasnt working then, and now I notice the lock that they have provided to me from previous break in that is was blow torch open, which whoever went through my thing again. I was told by the police on 9/15/18 that management inform her the surveillance is still not working.I have also notice riding by storage previously that the Secured Gate was up and I had called cubesmart and advised them that I had noticed the gate was up late at night, which it should not have been opened. I was advised by phone later that they had a malfunction with gate and that they had fixed it. I HAD TO MOVE ALL MY THINGS OUT OF WHAT WAS LEFT AND MOVED IT SOME PLACE ELSE...THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AREA IN REYNOLDBURGS, OHIO TO NO ONE. YOUR BELONGINGS IS NOT SAFE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF MAIN STREET BEHIND AUTOZONE....

BEWARE! Coming or calling after 5;30 will get you serious attitude from the girl thats there! They close at 6pm and theres lengthy paperwork that needs to be done when you first get a storage unit. So I called to say Id be a little late because I went to the wrong facility since I was new in town. She huffed and puffed on the phone and told me she needed to be at her other job by a certain time! She asked me where I was! She had the worst customer service EVER! I was so upset by the things she said to me and had the nerve to ask me that I hung up in her face! I arrived and she was naturally a bit reserved. She did eventually warm up and do her job, Heres the kicker though, she was complaining about leaving on time and making it to her other job and the computer sysytem at the facility was more than turtle slow! It was raining and the process took double the time it normally should. I actually was going to have to come back in the AM because nothing was going through! All I could think was hade I come in earlier it still wouldve taken forever! It was indeed Karma! She thought I was inconviencing her, yet her system was inconviencing me, the customer!
