If I could provide 0 stars I would. Absolute worst case management and claim assistance, given the industry of which they serve. Kathleen specifically has made this process incredibly frustrating, has set no expectations, and waited two months after the life claim started to request documents that we could have provided from the beginning. Elusive communication that feels incredibly misleading. I’ve spent 3 months going between this office and the regional call center to get answers, clarification and understanding of the process. It’s intentionally confusing and unethical. Take your business to another agency if you want to spare your loved ones the additional heartache of dealing with a wretched process and people who don’t care.

Called in to give customer information to help out a customer with her vehicle. Receptionist was very rude and did not want to help. I have been a long time state farm customer and if my agent spoke to me like this i would sure find another insurance company to do business with.

Customer Service is horrible! Agent “Donna” is extremely rude, and refuses to answer direct questions. She told me there are NO supervisors or an up line person in which I could speak to. When I called back and spoke to someone else, they stated that Tom Murray was the up line person. I then was accused of cursing (calls are recorded) and I did not use profanity one time! I have been with the company 3+ years, until today! If this is the way good standing, long term customers are treated, it has been my pleasure to cancel and go with Progressive instead! I have never missed a payment nor have been late, and I can not believe that a place of business will allow their staff to conduct in such a way. Lying to customer and being RUDE is NOT good business practice! DO NOT give them business!!!
