Really helpful people. I am pretty new at this broken windshield and insurance thing and they helped me through it all. The cost of my windshield was mostly covered by my insurance minus a $100 deductible which A-1 paid for me! They have a key drop off too in case you have to come by when closed. They are very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what smart windshield my middle of car had. Definitely go by and have them give you a bid to fix your windshield.

Great service. I needed my windshield replaced, but I was a little skeptical about the quality of service and if the windshield would look as good as the one before. Fortunately I was wrong and they did a terrific job for a great price. Cost me $260 while other places I had looked at were double that. My windshield looks great and they even had it done earlier for me since I was going out of town. Definitely recommend this place.

They deliver quality. Best part is their scheduling. They gave me a 1 pm install time. I dropped off at 8 am that day and they called back at 11 am for me to come get my car and repaired windshield.

Had my windshield replaced twice because of wind noise that was coming through in the driver side top corner. Ryan is a man of his word that he would make it right, however, the problem never got fixed and now I live too far away to take it back. I appreciate A-1 willing to work with me and give free replacementsehile I could physically go to them, but the problem was not fixed.

Super amazing service at A-1. I had two huge chunks of asphalt completely smash the windshield on my brand new vehicle. Other places told me it would take two or more months before they could track down a replacement for my vehicle because there werent many windshields available and they were in high demand. They were able to get me in first thing the Monday after I called and replace my windshield. I needed to drop my vehicle off before they opened, and the owner came in early to make sure we got everything taken care of beforehand. I will definitely take my vehicles back here in the future. Their service is the best!

Had a windshield replacement done through Progressive. Everyone was extremely helpful and incredibly polite.I was sat waiting for a little over an hour because my insurance company were being a little uncooperative, but everyone was really hospitable able let me know exactly what was going on.Ill be going here for any glass works on any of my vehicles in the future.

I really appreciate A-1! I needed a windshield replacement asap, but they were all booked. The receptionist told me that if I bring it in early, that they could work on it through out the day. They got it done for me, and at a good price! Missed the 5th star because there was a lot of little shards of glass left in the car. Overall, would recommend!

These guys are by far the best for chips and windshield replacement. They take most insurances, and even without insurance they are cheap. Theyre quick too. We have come in for chip repair without an appointment many times and we are always done in 20 minutes or less.

I am from out of town and hit a deer in the Teton Valley. I have had to go into A-1 windshield several times (stupid flying rocks) to get my windshield fixed and every time they have been so nice. I thought it would take 30 min-an hour to fill my cracks but they are so fast! It took maybe 10-15 minutes! I wouldnt go anywhere else to get my windshield fixed-I have an zero problems with the service. 5/5 stars for sure they really know what they are doing over there. Awesome.

I couldnt say enough good things about A-1 Windshield. They have always got my car right in and the wait time was very fast to repair things. My rock chips stay filled and if I need a replacement windshield from cracks etc. they ask all the right questions to make sure I am getting the correct windshield that matches up with all the sensors on my car. They are also a preferred windshield repair shop through Allstate Insurance so it didnt cost me a thing! I will continue to take all of my vehicles to them when I need a chip filled or a replacement windshield because I know I can be in and out quickly and yet still get great quality work done on my vehicles.

I went in yesterday to fix a rock chip in my window. The office was closed but I saw a number to call after hours. I explained my situation and that I couldnt come to their office during regular office hours and so Ryan offered for me to come in right after my work finished. They were awesome! I have a $50 deductible and they took care of my entire deductible. How sweet is that?!?! Plus I dropped it off for a complete windshield replacement and he did it in less than an hour. I highly recommend them to everyone. In fact, Im taking my other car in some time in next few weeks too. Im not expecting them to take the deductible off again, but if they do, thatd be sweet!

Went to A-1 Windshield to get a small rock chip fixed, Ryan was exceptionally helpful. They fixed my window quick and it cost me absolutely nothing. Most insurances cover rock chips so this was great. It took about 15 - 20 minutes total for everything to be finished. I will be using them in the future for sure.

Have replaced a windshield here and repaired multiple chips. The windshield was very competitively priced and took less than 30 min to install. The rock chip repairs were also very reasonably priced and service was very quick. Friendly service and a good deal...hard to beat.

While on vacation from Mississippi, I was travelling a gravel road under construction. A car coming toward me sprayed my windshield with gravel. Since we had just purchased this 2012 Ford pickup, I immediately asked a local person where I could take my vehicle to have the windshield repaired. Helpful staff and AMAZING customer service!!! We purchased a new car and when the weather turned cold the windshield had a terrible whistle. The windshield did not come from A-1 Windshield, but the staff was more then willing to get me fixed up and driving again without the terrible sound!! Ryan was great. The weather stripping on my windshield had been peeling off and I was recommended to go to A-1. Within five minutes of showing up the stripping had been resealed and I was on my way. Since the windshield hadnt been installed properly originally Ryan didnt charge me for this fix. Its great service, quick, and friendly. What more could you want?

A-1s ad says they will rebate or waive $100 of cost of the glass. When I called and asked for the discount, the young lady answering the phone asked who my insurance carrier was and said it didnt apply in all cases. She put my on hold and returned to say that they would only waive $50, not $100. Im in the insurance industry and havent had to pay a glass deductible ever...theyve lost my business. False advertising.
