Im giving Christensens Body Shop a three star because although the staff is very kind I wish they would have communicated better with me during the 5 week process of reparing my vehicle. Also they were unable to deliver their services on time.However, Jeff offered to give me a rental car for free since I did not have any other means of transportation.Overall, they are great but could do a better job with professionalism.

Totaled our truck up on a camping trip near West Yellowstone on a Saturday (black ice and a tree, luckily no injuries), this was the nearest body shop that also had rental cars available so we could drive our gear back home. Shop was closed but owner Jeff answered emergency line and came into the shop to take care of the rental, he was also able to work with our insurance company as a State Farm certified shop. We were obviously a bit shaken up and stressed out, he got everything taken care of for us which was a huge relief. Even mailed us the garage door opener we forgot to grab. Clean shop, super professional, highly recommend!

My car came out looking fantastic. They were super friendly and helpful, and when the insurance situation got complicated Jeff knew exactly how to sort it out so no extra money had to come out of my pocket. Not to mention how quickly they were able to get the job done, and Holly was incredibly helpful in keeping me updated on the timeline and exactly what was going on as the car was being worked on. The best auto repair experience Ive ever had, its the only shop Ill consider next time I need body work done.

I have had Christensen Body Shop work on my vehicles several times, and each time I was pleased with the quality and value received. In this instance, the right side step came partially off, and I was concerned it might completely fall off, and in the process damage the body of my pickup. Troy was able to work me in to their busy schedule and get me back on the road. Very reasonable cost too!

I hit a deer and these guys made it as painless as possible! Had my car done in a few weeks and gave me a clean and fun to drive rental. My car looks better than it did before.

They did a good job when picked up everything looked really good they pushed to have genuine parts and not off brand put on the truck. It would be five stars but they kept vehicle week and a half longer than expected. And didn’t keep me in the loop of when it would be done. Had to call them twice to see when I needed to get vehicle.

We were involved in a car accident, our vehicle was side swiped. The other insurance company asked us to take our vehicle to an auto body shop to have it looked over and give an estimate for repairs. They recommended a shop in Idaho falls but we live in Rexburg and preferred local, so we brought it to Christensen body shop. The employee was very quiet and seemed bothered by us being there. He didnt ask any questions and wouldnt make small talk or even make eye contact. It was weird. He just walked out, took a picture of the obvious cosmetic damage while ignoring our concerns of other possible damage. The insurance company even sounded surprised when given the estimate. They warned that there may be other damage given the impact from the accident. Its frustrating that they just hurried through the motions and didnt inspect anything professionally. We recommend anywhere but here.

I was impressed at how fast they got the work done, and at the work ethic they provided. They went above and beyond by cleaning the interior of my car, throwing out the garbage, cleaning the windows and making it smell great. The original work to be done was a bumper replacement, mind you, so I was impressed that they cleaned up the interior at all.

My one and only experience with Christensen Body Shop was less than ideal. After my wife’s VW Beetle suffered an impact from behind, the rear bumper had a nasty gouge in it with one of the two license plate lights being knocked inside the bumper. After getting the car back from Christensen’s, the bumper looked wonderful. The problem was the car was now missing both license plate lights, the passenger side rear marker light no longer worked, and the TDI badge on the rear hatch was damaged. When I shared with Jeff Christensen the nature of how my car was returned to me, there was a decent amount of push-back before he finally agreed to fix everything at no charge. A week later, the car was returned to me with everything working. The only reason I give this review 2 Stars is because the rental they gave me for the first round was nice.I will not be returning to Christensen’s for future business.

I rarely write raving reviews, but these guys are easily the best auto repair shop in all Madison County. Perhaps in all of Southern Idaho. Theyre genuine, good, knowledgeable people.

They repaired our car after we had been rear ended. 10 months down the road there seemed to be some issues with the bumper repair but ultimately all issues were made whole. Christensen body shop is an honest shop that will work with you to get a job done. I am overall pleased with our decision in choosing this body shop and would return for more work.

I have used Christensens for auto body repair far more than the average person should have to and they are always great. Jeff and Troy always take the time to go over the the best options to fix the vehicle and are patient with me when I ask what are probably stupid questions. Their prices are very fair and their work is excellent. I will continue to use them and feel comfortable referring my family and friends to them as well.

They were able to do both also they got my car done in an appropriate amount of time. They also took the time to touch up other small areas of my car, free of charge! We moved from FL last year to Rexburg and it took a few months to ship our car. In the meantime I would rent a car every other weekend or so from A+ and was never disappointed! Their prices are the best and the vehicles are always clean and reliable. The customer service they provide was fenomenal as well. I will definitely rent from them again when I need it.

Very satisfied with their help and service. I had to replace my bumper and a few months later the paint started to peel. I called them and sent a few pictures and they helped me get it taken care of through the warenty. They were very willing to work with my situation and the fact that I live in Logan and would have a hard time taking my car all the way to Rexburg. Honest and easy to work with. It would be great if everyone could see what I see.I dont know who Jhon Mazkusi is. There is no record of him in the data base and every estimate for repairs gets a name and address. It is a shame that there is no way the issues he raised can be addressed. To put such a review is an interesting choice when customer service and satisfaction is the number one goal. Any questions or issues would have been addressed thoroughly by the owner, since it is the owner he claims to have dealt with. That happens to be my husband.That he brought up what the employees are paid is laughable. He has no idea! True, one employee is paid within the rate he mentioned, but that is a part time position that is usually given to students, not our full time body techs and painter. To barrow a line from one of my favorite books, some people will always choose war, or in this case, some people will choose exaggerated ignorance rather than allow the truth to be told. It can be challenging to meet every customers needs, but these men do their very best with courtesy and respect for the customers.

Unethical people to work with. Will talk bad about another businesses to cover their butt !, Body work is poor quality but based on them it is the best in town so they can rip off people all day long !. Body filler makes miracles on their cars and based in the owner they Only do Quality body work ! I gave one star because I can not go lower but I wouldnt even rate them 1 star. Do not trust them. I have been doing body work since I was 8 years old with my grandpa and I know how this is. Besides all of these... they will charge you extremely high prices of $3000 to repaint a side of the vehicle when their employees only make $9.00 to 12.00 hr an hour !........ that tell you their are very dishonest !

I called and reserved a mini van for the weekend, the rates are great!! But then I found out that I wasnt able to use the mini van and I called to cancel and they were so understanding and did not charge me a fee for canceling I will use Christensens when I want to rent a car again!!!
