Brent and Seth are an excellent team. Our basement became somewhat flooded with lots of damage. They dried it out and brought it up to code, and the construction co. Brent recommended put it back together. Btw, I reviewed this many months ago.

When I called these guys I didnt expect the service I got. They responded faster than I imagined, they were nicer than I could have even expected, and they knew exactly what they were doing. They took charge of our disaster situation and got everything handled like professionals. This was the smartest call I ever made!

We appreciated Brent and Seths work. We had a significant amount of water leaked into our finished basement in mid January (Monsoon-type rain). They had to remove our berber wtw carpet just for starters. Some mildew removal then mold prevention, and many big fans and at least one large humidifier; these ran steady for 3 days. Dry as a bone now. And at a reasonable price.

This company in and of itself gets 5 stars easily. We had an urgent need for water restoration, and First Response was the one company who was able to get out immediately. Seth was friendly, professional, and reliable. I trusted him implicitly. Communication was wonderful. The only reason for the 4 stars versus 5 is due to the contractor they referred for the demo and repairs. This contractor was horrible in just about every definition of the word, including putting more work on First Response.Aside from my advise to ask for a different referral if they recommend using VM Construction for demo/repair needs, Id highly recommend First Response.

The sink on the second floor laundry room oveflowed onto the floor through the ceiling to the man floor and then through the ceiling to the lower level. the hardwood floors on the main level had to be completely refinished.

These guys were awesome. They arrived quickly and attacked the water issue with professionalism and speed. Plus, they already had a relationship with my insurance company so that part was smooth. I highly recommend!

We had a pipe burst in our wall, and First Response Water Damage was recommended by our plumber. We called and they came out within a couple hours. They came back every day evaluating the moisture level in our house. They very professional and I would recommend them to anyone who has water damage in their home or business. 5 stars!!

I had water damage in my house a year ago. My wife and I had never experienced water damage before; we had no idea of what to do. After struggling for 4 hours, we decided to call a contractor. Fortunately, we found First Response. It was 11:00 p.m.; we left a message to them, and received the first response within an hour! Their staff, Seth showed up at our front door around 7:30 next day morning. After investigating the damage, he step-by-step guided us through what to do next, how to talk to the insurance company, etc. We were feeling so relieved after Seths first visit. Since the damage was huge, both Seth and Brent visited our house several times. Their services are pretty good; and they gave us a lot of useful advices. After they dried our house, I had to hire another contractor to repair the walls; thus, I was unable to pay First Response immediately. Brent is quite reasonable, patiently waiting for the check from insurance company. I think Im so lucky to have First Response handle the water damage!

Brent was fantastic to work with. He came in and provided me with a lot of information as a homeowner who had never had water damage before. He walked me through the whole process and what would happen next. He filed a claim with Progressive/Homesite and followed through to get checks issued with all the supporting evidence needed. I would recommend Brent and First Response in a heartbeat.

This company and their services are top notch. Attention to detail and cost effective. These guys really know what they are doing and have all the best machines to do the job right -- even a pair of generator/HVAC trailers that are self contained in case the no power is available to dry/heat a large house. My house got crawlspace water damage early this year. I contacted Brent. He not only helped me fixed the issue, he also educated me the processes to fix water issues. I had a hard time fighting with my insurance company to get coverages. Brent helped go through the pain. When I told him that my insurance company wont cover the repair since it was long term damage. He told me he will reduce the charge for his part of the repair contract. Overall my experience with Brent was the best experience I ever had when working with different contractors. Although I dont want to have water damage again in the future, I still want to see Brent again as a very good friend

First Response Water Damage as it name, is a efficient, fast service when you do have water damage. I did work with them a couple of times and were very satisfy with the results!!!

My basement flooded and I reached out to a few contractors for water removal. Brent was the first to respond (within an hour!) and was on-site not shortly after. He immediately got to work and guided me through the process of addressing the flood to prevent further damage. He is experienced, works fast, knows what he is doing and has access to a broader network of contractors to address a wide range of needs to support him as needed.
