Servpro of Renton was great. Super easy to work with. We found black mold on a Saturday, they were there Monday morning to test the sheetrock and their team showed up Tuesday to do the demo. Paige, our rep, was super responsive and helpful.The demo team on Tuesday of Alonzo, Anthony, and Shiraz were super great. Very friendly, kind, and respectful. They had no problem with our specific requests (taking the debris out through the large exterior windows instead of coming through the house with, extra removal of some additional debris in the room, etc.) and performed great work. They communicated directly with me about what they found and what they thought next steps would be for me (getting a contractor to replace the rotted wood in certain areas). And they left the room very clean and ready for the next phase of work.Hopefully we wont have any further water damage or mold problems, but if we do we will happily use Servpro of Renton again!

Where do I start.... the people who came to the home and did the work did a really nice job. The office and coordinating and following up on things was absolutely terrible. There are many instances lacking follow up, but the worst is with our custom coffee tables. Servpro broke a piece of stone, matched others. I picked out the replacement, they didn’t like the price and made me go to a company of their choosing. I received the tops back, 2 had major finish issues, one had a crack right in the middle across the large table top. Back they went. It is now three weeks past the time I looked at the new stone and I still have no tables. Mind you, I haven’t been able to use my living room in 6 months. Now here I am having to follow up and make multiple phone calls. This is simply ridiculous.

ServePro PM Jeremy Kennard was quick and easy to work with.They responded to my request to come out very quickly.He was also straightforward and honest, saying he couldnt do anything for me, as my damage was too great. He even volunteered to talk to my insurance company about it.He also answered a phone call for information about another expert, even though I wasnt a client. I really appreciate this.If I ever have need of this service again, I know whom Im calling first!

The people who cleaned my house were wonderful. They were so nice during this trying time. The house was very clean when they left. This team was so nice.

David and Leshaun were very professional and helpful .I appreciate all the work the Servpro guys did to get my apartment dried out .Amelia has been very proactive about getting appointment times that work for me. I cant remember everyones name that came out byt Toby was out twice too. They were all great.
