I used this company to repair my washer and dryer front loaders. While they did make it out to come do the repair, I was less than impressed with the customer service aspect of this company. Our first email correspondence said they would make it out in a couple days, then that turned into over a week. Our repair man was very short and rude. Upon entering our home he looked at my teenage daughter and said if she doesnt put a mask on Im Leaving. I felt this couldve been approached in so many other positive ways instead of being rude to us in our own home. and to a child of all things.I felt the pricing to unclog the washer was very steep, they charged $160 to pull stuff out of the drain. The dryer needed a special order part which did take longer and require more attention, so I had no arguments with the cost of that repair. But to unclog it was about half of the price of the dryer.All in all.. They did repair both and they are in good working condition again, so Im very thankful for that, but as a business owner myself I was very displeased with the customer service on both visits to my home. I would not recommend them to anyone I personally know.
Craig was awesome! He knew exactly what was wrong and had my refrigerator working correctly right away. Craig was on time and very polite. We will use Rob’s Appliance Service in the future. Great customer service and I didn’t have to wait a long time for an appointment.

Prompt, knowledgeable and professional service from setting up my appointment to fixing my built-in microwave oven. This is the third time I’ve used this company (refrigerator and dryer repair previously) and am able to extend the life of my appliances for the fraction of the cost of replacement. Robs Appliance was one of the best appliance repair vendors I have ever worked with. My biggest issue with most vendors is lack of communication and Robs Appliance went above and beyond in their communication throughout our repair process, making it so much less stressful and more smooth than we were anticipating.We moved into our house and within less than two weeks noticed our dishwasher was leaking and because we had just moved in, we were concerned there may be more than one issue causing the leak or as a result of the leak.I worked with Carol to schedule and she was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She was very prompt in calling and texting me back every time I reached out and was able to get us on their schedule within a couple of days. She followed up with me the day of service to give me an ETA for Craig who would be looking at our dishwasher. Craig called when he was on his way, he was on time, he was extremely helpful and ensured to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. He even offered other general advice in regards to our dishwasher make and model and the the types of water valves we had under the sink. Unlike another place we called, Robs called back quickly, scheduled our appointment and Craig, the technician, arrived exactly when they said they would. Craig diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part we needed on hand, and installed it promptly. He was polite, professional, and very helpful. Weve used Robs before and will do so again when necessary.

Our dryer went out in the middle of a load. We called Robs in the morning and he was there in the afternoon. He showed up at the right time and completed the service quickly. I highly recommend.
Our clothes dryer started making a most terrible screeching sound that was worse than fingernails on a blackboard. We have had Robs Appliance out in the past and have always been happy with their service. But due to the COVID we had to wait for them to get back in operation. The day that happened I called and two days later they were out here to fix the problem - had the necessary part in his truck and replaced it quickly. On time, good service, polite and professional service man. Couldnt ask for more. They are our go-to appliance repair service.
Robs Appliance was great for us today. Our dryer stopped heating, so we called them this morning. They came by this afternoon and quickly spotted and fixed the problem. Great service.
Dryer quit. Receptionist said 95% chance its the ignitor and can be fixed. Tech came out a week later, I paid $99 for We cant fix this. Lesson learned...if its old dont bother and buy new.

I called Robs Appliance because my Whirlpool refrigerator was leaking, I was told to shut off my refrigerator/freezer and it was suggested that I get dry ice for the upper portion (refrigerator) and then the freezer can be defrosted without affecting the food in upper portion. They arrived the next day with the part according to my model number that I provided them. Replaced my drain tube kit for the bottom freezer and I have not had anymore leaks. Efficient, kind, and courteous.
I have had two service call experiences with Service Tech Craig of Robs Appliance Service. Craig is now 2 for 2 for solving my problems efficiently and effectively. Recently he fixed my clogged dishwasher in under 15 min. My first service call was when Craig quickly diagnosed the problem to my downdraft vent hood issue and helped me order the parts for the lowest cost to me. I appreciate Craigs politeness, personable nature and punctuality. I feel like I can be at ease to rely on their services for my future appliance service needs. Craig was the person who serviced our refrigerator. He was able to quickly diagnose the fridges primary problem, while also finding other issues we werent aware of. The necessary parts were promptly ordered and the fridge was completely fixed. Hes a friendly and knowledgeable guy who clearly has a well of experience that allows him to excel at his job.
The technician is good at his tech, he was able to find out the issue of my refrigerator very soon and he offered to look for the part in his van and offered to fix it (replace the Defrost Bimetal). Then he mentioned the price of $165 + tax before he fix it. I had the impression that the lady took my reservation said it will be $79 for the diagnose and it will be toward the labor. So I feel it may be a little bit too expensive. I asked the price breakdown, then the technician get really unhappy and stating Im the person who decide the price, not you. I insisted the price breakdown and he finally said the part cost $30 and the rest is the labor. I was surprised for the price and decided to replace it myself, since it is pretty straight forward. I paid the $79 + tax. Then I got a call from them reminding me to turn on the refrigerator, which the technician turned off. I feed good for that and decided to still work with them although it is a little bit expensive. So I called again and asked if I can get the service again and make up the difference. I was told yes and set up the appointment for the next day. Due to the earlier miscommunication, I decided to be cautious and called back to confirm that, then I was told they will charge me another $165 + tax. OK, I am done with them.
Rude and unhelpful. I bought a house with an electric stove. I was use to natural gas. I kept under-cooking or burning food. I couldnt get the new oven or the stove down. I considered that the stove might be broken. We call Robs to take a look. Rob was rude from the second he showed up. This off-putting attitude made me want him out of my house before he even looked at the stove. He took a few minutes to check our the stove and said it was normal and that I had to get use to it. $100 please. I sure couldnt pay him fast enough to get him out.1-17-19 I am just now seeing the owner response. I am 100% sure of the review posted for Robs because I live in the same neighborhood. Rob did charge me $100 and Im pretty sure I could find the cleared check. The review was posted long after the service because I really didnt want a person like Rob seeing a bad review and knowing exactly where I live. Is it really so difficult to believe this poor review? Your Yelp reviews paint a pretty clear picture of how unhappy your customers are.
Great customer service. On time and very professional. He not only fixed the issue with my microwave, he troubleshot and diagnosed another problem caused by a stripped grounding screw. In, out, done, Microwave works great.
Robs appliance company is sub contracted by Fidelity Home warranty services and it seems they have made deal with each other on how to avoid any claims. I was assigned this company for my microwave investigation which was installed by original builder and it worked well for many many years. Technician was so old that he was not able to lift microwave and took my wifes help and started advising to buy new rather than spending time looking into. They charged me service fee and didnt even bother to inform me about issue. Finally after my followup they didnt want to fix it and gave all excuses that it was not fitted well . This microwave was originally fit by builder and it worked well for many years. They are totally unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone to take services from these folks as they just know how to make customers unhappy by giving bad service. I also confirmed from store that they made false reasoning for bad fitting.
Highly reccomend these fellas. He couldnt fix my old fridge, but for $85 dollars it was worth a try.

CALL THESE GUYS FIRST!Robs came out exactly as scheduled to diagnose my double wall oven that another repair company couldnt fix, and they also had disabled my upper oven in the process.Craig fixed the other guys mess-up on my upper oven, and fixed the original problem on my lower oven in less than an hour. He just happened to have the part I needed in his truck.Like I said, call Robs first.
