Very reliable!! Tech was on time. He actually called before his arrival which I really appreciate. He was amiable even gave some tips to prevent the washer from not spinning again. He did a good job, my washer is spinning like new. Renton appliance repair made me happy. Thanks a lot!!

No doubt one of the best repair companies out there. They knew very well my Bosch washer’s issue and how to repair it.

When I called them they have the cheapest trip charge in the area so I got excited to try them out and I am happy that I did! They were okay! Technician was on time and was able to fix the freezer in no time and he even offered to check the door of my oven. He charged me a reasonable price and made sure that everything is working well before leaving. I am happy with their service and will recommend.

We scheduled an appointment with them to have a wine fridge repair then our appointment window came and went. When we called they said someone called us to cancel the appointment cause they are understaffed and dont have anyone who can work on our appliance. Use a company that is organized enough to know what they can and cannot work on. Oh did I mention we never got that cancel call so sat at home after taking a day off work waiting for them to find this out. There has to be better organized companies.

Their hours state open 24 hours but they dont actually have technicians available 24/7...A technician came to our home to repair our french door fridge the day after I called to schedule an appointment. (It wasnt cooling properly.) He took apart our freezer to dethaw and replace the thermostat. Total cost was about $300. He was at my house for over THREE HOURS and, come to find out, did not put it all back properly. The fridge seems to be working fine, BUT now our ice maker isnt working, which it was working perfectly fine BEFORE they messed with it.I called first thing this morning regarding the ice maker. After being transferred I left a voice message. Their voicemail says I am guaranteed a call back in five minutes. A HALF AN HOUR goes by - no call. I call back. I finally speak with someone, after being transferred, and am told that the technician is in class but they texted him that he needed to call me and come back to my house to fix the ice maker.Eventually the technician calls me. He says he is too busy to come out today. I asked if they could send another tech then because this wasnt an issue before they touched my fridge and I need it repaired TODAY. He said they generally only send out the same technician. I told him if Sunday is my only option then what other choice do I have? So, I accepted his Sunday appointment window.I called the office back and requested a different technician since the original tech cannot come out TODAY. She argued with me about not being able to force the tech to come to my house. (Um, he messed up/didnt complete the job from yesterday, so yes you can... or find someone who will.)Im incredibly disappointed. We paid these people $300 and our fridge/freezer is still not working properly. We will NEVER use this business again for anything and will recommend to all our neighbors NOT to use them for their appliance repairs either.

Terrible service provided. The guy that came in to install my dishwasher made me do 70% of the job. He was lazy, rude and disrespectful.

Called this company and on the same day they sent out a technician, he was awesome. My Refrigerator is working as new!

Scheduled me for an appointment when no technician was actually available. Then when they called to changed that first appointment for a different time, there was no technician available at that second sechedule time! Very unprofessional of them and a waste of time. Would definitely not recommend this company.
