Trusted Plumbing & HeatingThe plumber came to my condo on 5/19/2021 because a new toilet had to be installed and the shower tub spout had a heavy dripping (almost running water). So, I asked the plumber if I really needed to have the shower valve replaced (the pipes). The plumber said no, but told me that the cartridge inside of the shower valve had to be replaced. The plumber replaced two parts of the cartridge (outside and inside), but did not replace the middle part of it. With an old middle part inside of the cartridge, the problem was not solved. The plumber came back to reopen the cartridge, and that was when I saw that there was an old part in the middle of the two new parts. Then, I asked him why he had two new parts in the outside of the cartridge and one old part in middle of it. I am not plumber, but it is obvious if a part of any mechanics/electronics has three pieces, all three pieces should be replaced together so that such part can function well. The plumber realized that he needed to have the middle part new as well. Then, he purchased the third part and reinstalled the cartridge. Unfortunately, the problem was solved only for a few weeks. Then, the tub spout started leaking again although not as bad as before.The kitchen faucet was so badly installed by the plumber provided by Trusted Plumbing & Heating that could have become a serious water leak. The plumber had to come back to fix the problem. I have attached a video and a picture, but you cannot see it, I was able to make a screenshot of the worst part of the installation. However, if you cannot see the video and would like to see it, please contact me.When I spoke with the manager/owner about the water in the toilet running once a while, he told me that if the water was not running at the time the plumber would be in my condominium, I was going to be charged for the call. I also told the manager/owner that in my opinion Trusted Plumbing & Heating should return the payment I made for the installation and parts I paid for the cartridge installation as the problem was not solved. He told me that he was not going to return any money.The manager did not want to speak with me anymore and hung up.Ask yourself, do you want to have a plumber that will not do a good job in the first time? Do you want a plumber that will have to come back two, three times, and it does not fix the problem you have in your home?

Had water back up in my dishwasher. Grant W. came out and was able to tell me the p-trap for the sink was too high and my contractor messed up. Contractor is fixing the problem. Great job on explaining the problem and the solution needed. He even found a cheaper work around only plumbers would know. Will call them again if I need plumbing work.

I had a gas pipe stubbed off and capped. The whole process took about one and a quarter hours. I was given an estimate of $250 but wound up getting charged for $425 plus tax. There were no materials charges. It worked out to about $340 per hour. I have never used a plumber before. I have always done my own work. I only used a commercial plumber because it involved working on a gas pipe instead of a water pipe. I am not very experienced at hiring someone. But I think I got overcharged.

Called for clogged sewer pipe in my office building. Came out right away and fixed everything up quickly. They also cleaned the bathroom after they were done! Price was fair, especially for the stellar, prompt service.

We had a clogged drain and they came over quickly and fixed the problem and did not overcharge us. They were fast and professional. I would recommend them. To often many of us complain but dont tkae the time to leave compliments or positive feedback. These guys did a great job. Very happy with our working sewer. Its amazing how we dont appreciate the simple things like a dishwasher until we cant use it.

I had Nathan C out to inspect and diagnose our drainage issues. Toilets were gurgling and eventually stopped flushing. Nathan flushed a few times, got on the roof, and claimed the work to be completed. The bill was $400! We paid it, and 33 days later, it got worse. Toilet leaking, washing machine won’t drain, shower, the works. I called them back for assistance and the lady said I have to pay another $50 to diagnose the issue. Fool me once shame on me.... Please look elsewhere before calling this business. Ironically, I don’t trust them to properly diagnose or stand behind their work. Trust me, stay away.

My overall experience was just right! Jim came out, looked around to attempt to give me a better deal on the price and unfortunately didnt find one. So I had to do the more expensive option, but we got the problem fixed quickly and everything done.

We had a leak in our front yard and they were able to come the next day and make the repair. They were recommended to me by a friend, and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them as well.

Owner Jim Cunningham responded and followed-through when other companies did not. He rearranged his work schedule to accommodate our needs, sent out a great crew who solved the problem and provided additional information that was critical for us to move forward. Tanner came out to scope out a sewer line, he called 20 minutes before arriving. +1 in my mind so I can expect him. We talked about scope of work which included sewer scope on a smaller structure and getting estimates for my bigger plumbing project. He was easy to talk to and understood quickly what I was trying to accomplish. Along the way, hed tell me what he will do next.Tanner was detail oriented and thorough with the sewer scope. We had a long line and luckily not many issues. Whenever he sees something, hed back up and revisit that area multiple times while explaining what he thought it was. He also took the time to locate the issue area so that we can talk about possible solution options.Finally, he is respectful, to me, to the property and friendly to my kids.Id recommend Trusted Plumbing based on my experience with them. Ask for Tanner to do your sewer scope.

There were several units in my hydronic heating/ radiant heating system not working. James from Trusted Plumbing came in. fixed things quickly. Someone had turned off the black little switches under the King thermostat units. James was able to identify right away. All working really well. Thanks a lot guys. You are one of the honest companies i have worked with.

There arent many times one can say they enjoyed having the plumber out to fix leaky plumbing and a clogged drain, but I sure did enjoy having Don and Kai out last week. Very personable and knowledgeable! Don explained what was causing my issues and the various ways to go about solving them. Then he let me decide! Kai figured the estimate and then they were right to fixing things! Honest, trustworthy, thoughtful, efficient, skilled, knowledgeable are just a few of the word to describe these men. I had some plumbing issues needing addressed. A clean and friendly gentleman name James was sent out to my home to take care of my plumbing needs, he was on time clean and very courteous. When it came to my plumbing he was very knowledgeable and didnt sell me on anything I didnt absolutely need.

I will definitely call these guys again for plumbing problems. The owner is very straightforward. Most importantly, the invoice presented after everything was draining again was reasonable.

Can’t thank these guys enough! We had another plumbing service come out..four hours later with a hole in our wall they quoted us $10,000 to fix our plugged bathtub. We called trusted plumbing and heating for a second opinion and James had it unclogged in ten minutes. Definitely our go to for any other issues we might have in the future!

Called Trusted Plumbing & Heating for a second opinion on our furnace that wouldnt turn on. The first company quoted us up to $8,000. James, our service tech, was great. He was honest and gave us a totally different diagnosis from the first company, which ended up only costing $800. They were done with the job in less than 2 hours. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Love these guys! Ive hired Trusted Plumbing twice for two separate projects and both times have been surprised at how far they go to meet the customers needs. In one instance, both the owner and his son were involved to help me resolve an issue as quickly as possible (the son came to my house on his day off). Shoty workmanship and horrible customer service! Due to their lack of follow through and attention to detail our finished basement flooded. When I contacted them to discuss the situation I was met with total sarcasm and dismissal. The tech who worked on our house laughed at me and said good luck buddy. I highly recommend looking for a more qualified plumber than these guys!

I worked as an operations manager for a rooter company and hired Trusted Plumbing and Heating. The service was excellent! Their equipment was top-of-the-line with their hot water Hydro jetting equipment. They were able to clear all the grease from the commercial kitchen in our church. We highly recommend their services.

Ive hired Trusted Plumbing twice and both times they have been excellent. The first time they came out they changed out an old water heater on the spot. Recently they moved some Plumbing and installed a new drain. These guys are high quality and I couldnt be happier with their service. I highly recommend and will use them again for any other Plumbing needs.

Trusted Plumbing are great sometimes. They came earlier than scheduled but called 1/2 hour before arrival to let me know. They snaked the drain for my kitchen sink. They were courteous and efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after.On another occasion the tub fill for my shower was broken. They had the part on order for two months then called me to say they were it was no longer available. My neighbor was able to fix it in a day. He is a painter. Go figure?I will not continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

We came home Thursday afternoon to find we have no water coming to the house. Our well pump was installed in 1973 down to 187 feet. Located Trusted Plumbing & Heating via Home Advisor Friday morning. They said they will be out between 12-3, but showed up to my surprise at 9am. James and Tom did a fantastic job in carefully raising the pipe. I watched and was impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work. Their integrity showed. Also, I had them replace my 20 year old hot water tank. Being without water I was impressed how well they responded and the quality of work they did. I highly recommend them.

I love this company. Best plumber Ive ever used. James has helped us with four different issues over the past few months since we bought our house. (Its a 100-year old house in Magnolia.) Hes been super responsive, skilled, and clean. I will continue to use him whenever a plumbing issue comes up!

They were professional and courteous. The cost was pretty industry standard. I thought it was reasonable for the work they performed. I highly recommend this company.

I needed a plumber to inspect my water heater same day to help the sale of my house. I called Several companys but no one was able to help. When I called Trusted Plumbing I spoke to Jim and and explained the situation. He said he was able to do the inspection same day. Our hot water heater needed to be replaced so I called a local business, Trusted Plumbing and Heating. Corey answered the phone, he was polite and courteous even when I said I was going to call around for different estimates. After calling one other business and getting their voicemail, I called Corey back and told him I was going out on a whim and going with my gut and scheduled for them to come out.Day of, I was out shopping and James called and said he was en route to the house. He beat me there! He was on time at beginning of the 1 hr window they told me theyd come. James was knowledgeable and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently even while I watched and asked questions. I was pleased with their work and will keep their card on file to use in the future.

FYI, it seems like this company has been similarly challenging low-star, negative, detailed reviews of other former customers. Instead of trying to hush up truthful albeit reviews they dont like, perhaps Trusted Heating & Plumbing would do better to re-examine its policies, rates, practices and etc. and work on just HOW to improve and REMEDY their wrongs.This company was hired Summer-Fall of 2016** for a replacement of just two pipe complement/joint parts, made out of plastic PVC, underneath a sink. The service person was in and out in approximately 30 minutes. Imagine our unpleasant surprise when we were to pay a total amounting to several hundreds of dollars for such a quick, simple repair.They didnt even bother with a properly itemized invoice first. In addition, some of the contact information was posted incorrectly on their website (I do hope they fixed it by now after I told them), and the (trade?) license number listed as part of their official business heading is so small and almost illegible on the invoice/bill. No business license number was listed on that paper or their website, so I took the pains to go through the local** government to get that myself.After some exchange of communications across various channels such as over the phone and emails a good amount of time, this company explained away their practices and costs on account of being a Flat rate company, but after consulting few other local professionals in this service area, it rather feels like** this business is clearly pushing stuff on and overcharging their unknowing customers and getting away with it. I/my reviews does not seem to be alone, as** echoed by several other reviews I have now seen and read across various review sites. So I recommend to prospective customers just be aware and be careful.** May 2017 corrections and clarifications

Came on time when scheduled, did above and beyond to make sure every thing was taken care of .

My furnace has been not coming on when it should as its 60°s in my house downstairs atm... it comes on for like 20 mins and then goes off..Called these guys out to figure out a problem with my furnace. Guy came out 45 mins late and said there was nothing wrong with it (it was working when he got there)...They left saying nothing was wrong with it and to keep an eye on it. I called them back about an hour after he left and booked an apt for following Monday. Today rolled on and they missed their apt time. I called the company and asked what was happening and they said they couldnt make it today. I asked why I wasnt called and was met with nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I was talking to him (Jim) and he was also the guy who came out...He said they would not make it today and he didnt see the point as everything was working fine. I asked him what he meant and he pretty much told me I need to find a new HVAC guy...I hung up and did just that.I will say they didnt charge me for coming out, which was nice but still terrible customer service and what an attitude. :(Stay away from these guys.

Im a DIY type so when our kitchen drain started gushing sudsy dishwasher water into the garden outside our kitchen I dug up the leaking pipe and discovered it was not draining. I tried flushing it out with pressure from the garden hose but the water only seemed to come back up into the hole I dug.I decided to call for professional help and since the other outfit I called was unable to get here for a week I made an appointment with Trusted Plumbing and Heating in only two days.Since our blockage turned out to be hardened grease their heated high pressure water jet made quick work of clearing out the grease. Then they ran a camera down the line to verify that it was clean, and to identify some problems that need to be fixed. We had a low spot that holds water all the time and a section of our 76 year old sewer line had no bottom.Now for the best part: They used a locator device to identify the exact location of the needed repairs, just two feet down from right here.Those two guys, James and David, really know what theyre doing! I need some more plumbing work to be done and now I know who to call.
