I have too many good things to say about Beetlesmith. The repair quality is first-rate. Ive never had to get anything they fixed repaired again. But beyond that, this is an incredible business. These guys are awesome. I needed my college sons A/C fixed before he headed off to Boise in the sweltering heat we were having at the time. They were super busy, but I begged them to try and help because he was leaving in a few days. They agreed to look at it and Im sure they had to move appointments around to do this as every auto A/C repair place was swamped and booked way out. Long story short: they got into the cars A/C and cooling system, figured out what it needed and repaired it within a day! And he was off to school in 100 degree plus temps with no issues. Thats pretty amazing for an auto repair place anywhere to do something like that. Awesome service, kindness and courtesy...thats not easy to find these days. I spend more than $500 to fix a misfire problem and as soon as I got my “fixed” car back the problem immediately appear on the dashboard. They don’t know what they are doing, don’t spend your money with them, they only read codes and guess what is the best move to fix the issue. You should close the store and open a Thai restaurant, your service is trash.

I really like these guys. They are helpful and thorough and just good people. They arent just trying to add on extra charges or services. They took care of my car and when it wasnt exactly as we discussed, they fixed it. They did routine maintenance and also body work. Easy to work with and they let me know what needed to be done and what could wait.

I have always been nervous about taking my car to a shop and having some work done to it. In the past I have had my uncle always be the one to do the work on my vehicle as he is a certified mechanic. Unfortunately due to his health he had to stop working on vehicles. I have been to a few places to get a oil change on my car I have now but have been unsatisfied with there customer service. A friend of mine at work suggested Beetlesmith Valley Auto. I had my husband call to get price quote for oil change, he talked with a guy name Jerry who was amazing and friendly. Jerry gave me a awesome quote. We called next day and scheduled an appointment to have oil change. Keep in mind at this time I am still really nervous about going. Day of my appointment I arrive and am greeted by this guy behind counter name Richard. He was so amazing with customer service, really friendly. Richard seems like a great employee and made me really feel comfortable with my car being worked on here at the shop. While waiting for the car the owner Jerry came in was just as wonderful as Richard. They also gave us some coupons for next few times we come. Thank you Richard and Jerry I will definitely be back...

I recently started to get my oil change at Beetlesmith. They had provided me great customer service and car services - this prompted me to go back. I am not a car guru by a long stretch however I did not feel intimidated by them - instead I felt welcomed. By the third visit, they recognize me by simply providing the make and model over the phone. They also value a good review. At the first and second visit, they politely ask if I would be willing to leave a review. Often, I would forget. At the third visit, I noticed they did not ask. I appreciated that they did not hassle me for a review. Beetlesmith is truly connected with their customer, value the customer rapport, and respectful.

I’ve been doing business with valley auto for years. Their very professional and honest. They give me a estimate on my repairs and always are spot on. Their very accommodating and friendly. I came here for an oil change and service was great. I bought my used car about a year ago and want to get her running in good condition. They were extremely friendly and informative about things my car will need in the future. We were able to prioritize some maintenance items so that I can schedule them. It is nice to find an independent mechanic that knows German cars. I appreciate getting to hang out for a little bit and learn more about my car.

Poor customer service. Once they realized I wanted to install the glow plug myself they started giving me the run around...didn’t want to point me in the right direction to obtain the correct glow plug. I understand that they are a parts and labor shop but it would have taken the same amount of time or less to tell me where to purchase them. Their only advice was to go to the dealer. That’s great at the dealer they charge 2 to 3 times the actual cost of parts.So essentially because they wouldn’t be the ones installing my single glow plug and charging me an hour plus of labor and markup on the glow plug they have now lost a customer for life. Pretty typical of American business practices.

The guys at Beetlesmith are great! They are honest and timely. Ive dropped my truck off a few times in the past for some minor fixes and major fixes. The best part about their services (other than keeping my truck running smoothly) is the shuttle services to my next destination after dropping off my truck. It made it hassle free when I needed it.

Beetlesmith’s Valley Auto is the only place I take my car! They are amazingly friendly and helpful in every way! I have gone multiple times and never had any issues. They always call if anything changes prior to doing so, and walk my through the process each time. I love that I can schedule an appointment online through their website when I don’t have the time to make a call. They call and text regarding any appointments and also remind when it’s time for an oil change. They’re involved in every part of it to make sure you are in good hands!

Originally took vehicle in for a faulty chassis. They could not fix the issue, but repaired valves and gaskets. Afterwards, check engine light and smoke under hood occurred. Took back so they could fix, they repaired a leak in the washer fluid at no charge, but smoke continued and check engine light stayed on.Had to take to Arrows Automotive to address. Cost me an additional $500, but part was only $42. This shouldve been recommended in first place and wasnt. I would only recommend this shop for basic needs like oil changes. And definitely not for high end luxury vehicles.

Needed a brake repair while traveling and found this on AAA approved repair site. Richard & Jerry were helpful and got me back on the road promptly and were responsive after the service to help with followup.Update: The brake booster installed in 8/2019 turned out to be defective and failed and they replaced it under warranty recently with great service all around. Honest and accommodating service.

This is a business that clearly knows what its doing, for better and for worse. I had a mirror replaced and painted, plus some general maintenance done, and I was very happy with the overall result. That being said, their prices are a bit on the expensive side.I had to decline work being done on my brake pads because the asking price was far too much compared to what I could afford. Their suggestion was to apply for their credit card, but its hardly a practical solution in the long term. I was left with little choice but to either find someplace else or wait until my next paycheck, hoping my cars brakes dont give out before then.All in all, though, these guys do a great job and you will be happy with their service. Just be prepared to spend more than you might expect.

First of all, I made a call to the shop on a Saturday when they were closed. I didnt leave a message but a very nice gentleman returned my call and offered to help me with my situation. I was totally blown away, how helpful he was and for returning my call. Once they received my 1988 560sel Mercedes, they stayed in constant contact with me during the diagnostic and repair process. They were very professional and honest about everything and Richard was a GREAT BIG help (Wow). $1000 For a ball joint.....you tell me....would you go here?? RIP. OFF. You guys should be ashamed. Let me guess, you arent going to find me in your database.My car blew a lower ball joint on my way home. I knew it wasnt any big deal since I was practically stopped in a parking lot when it happened. Towed it to this place (unfortunately) where it took the guy TWO DAYS to assess the damage...and when he finally called back....he wanted $2200!!!!!!! For a 30 dollar part install!!! He was trying to tell me I needed a whole new steering rack and everything....I told him to put it together and let me come pick it up. 1000 dollars later, I have a new ball joint, and new trans axel seal ($65 in parts) and a 1000 dollar bill. This place sucks, and I feel took advantage of me in a vulnerable position. I will never go here again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone ever. In fact, I will go out of my way to tell people NOT to go here.

100% Happy with the work and the service. Jerry fitted me in for a buyers inspection at the last minute. They even gave me a ride to and back from Ikea, so I could shop while I waited. They checked over everything and gave me a very clear report how everything checked out and highlighted the things they thought I should get taken care of if I purchased the car. They even ran the car fax and downloaded they blue book information about the car, even though I didnt ask for them to do this. They took their time to talk to me about the report to make sure I understood it. They even went over the car fax and blue book. Really went above and beyond. They were done early and charged me exactly what they said they would. Read some of the bad reviews, sometimes car repairs are going to be expensive. It is not the mechanics fault. These guys are great. I am completely confident in taking my car in for repair or service.

Literally dropped my car off expecting about a one to two day turn around. Took 5 days. All they did was take my car apart and tell me what I already knew then pushed my car back into their lot without putting it back together and made me pay for a tow truck. Also charged me just so they could tell me what I already knew. Will never visit again or recommend for anyone.

My car died right on Hwy 167 and I was able to get my car to Beetlesmiths, I had already gone to the dealership service center to try and repair the car and they couldnt find what was wrong. Beetlesmiths took my car, checked that I had a way home from their shop and was able to find the problem and repair it even though I didnt have a scheduled visit. As a mom of 3 very busy kids having my car back fairly quickly and with a smile was great. Thank you!

I bought a pair of 20 inch rims and they got me a smoking deal on tires. Fred Ham is a great friend, great guy and the people working their are very friendly and super helpful. They are always straight forward with telling you what is wrong and how they can fix it. My experience with this place has always been a good one.

I am extremely satisfied with the work that they did on my 2015 Acura MDX. They took care of getting me a rental vehicle after my insurance hit its limit. You would never even know their had ever been damage. The paint is expertly matched the bodywork smooth like new and the mechanical portion brakes, axles and drive-train run smooth as can be.. Had to take a truck in for some body damage and they fixed it up in a timely manner. They were also the best price between a few other companies. As a business owner, I highly recommend them and look forward to using them in the future.

Did the work in a reasonable amount of time. Be aware they charge 110% mark up on parts which is ridiculous. Called them about it and they told me the price they get the part for was $70 each and charged $150 each and that it was normal for a shop to charge that much mark up. And yes i believe a lot of these 5 star reviews are fake. Not going here again

Well im very disappointed...I use to deal with beetlesmiths back in high school...i had a burnt orange jetta... they took care of my car outstandingly! Last week caught a bad oil leak... I just bought the car...I asked them if to fix the leak they did..... they told me everything look. Fine..ummm ok... fine... all my fluids were topped off....supposedly.... wow 725 dollars... service light is on..I had no power steering fluid... I feel let down...I trusted you gise....

Please stay away from this scam shop and disrespectful people!!!I dropped off my car to be diagnosed with a speed sensor light on, and told them that the sensors already have been replaced but the light is still on.After FOUR hours, they told me this nonsense “we have worked on your vehicle, the sensors are ok but still coding- will need additional diagnostics”. I was like it doesn’t make any sense I already told you guys that the sensors have been replaced recently off course the are OK!!??I told them I’m not going to pay unless you find out what is going on with the car.In four they just did a test drive on the car, I don’t believe they have done any work because they were very busy.And then Brad was very disrespectful and said we have worked on your car and we don’t want to work on it anymore, you need to pay $165 and take your car to somewhere else.So, I paid $165 for nothing at this scam shop. Very disappointing.

Poor service. Came back to the service tech cussing and hitting the car because he couldn’t figure out what was going on with the car. Lied about the fees and over charged. When confronted I was called a liar. Don’t go here. Update: My girlfriend originally dropped off the car so it’s in her name. Not to mention I had to buy new rear tires 3 months after service because the rear alignment got knocked out. Also when you tried to jump start the car you burnt out the chip in the key. This happens to Honda civics. Not only did I pay you $600 for a starter I had to pay another $1000 to fix the damage done.

For inserting screws to my bumper & reposition “as best as possible” this dude quoted me $300. That’s inserting screws not replacing the bumper. Worst place.

Just moved here from California and one week later my wifes car broke down. The owner Mr smith and the mechanic Brad were excellent. They both went over what they found wrong with the car and admited when they could not find the problem with another issue with the car. Excellent service. If I could give more stars I would. Car is now running and wife is happy :-)

Lousy customer service! I felt disrespected. These guys are very too busy for customers. I made an appointment through their own web site. But when I came over there were no records of my existence! And on top of that, they wanted entire day to do the diagnostics on my car. As the result I took my money to a better car service: they diagnosed my problem within an hour and fixed it in 4 hours.

Ive been going to this mechanic for over 5 yrs they perform solid work and frequently do their best to be cost effective. In the event of any mistakes they have gone above and beyond what was expected to repair my vehicle and trust.
