My nephew is having troubling musical education at school and he said his feet hurt. So I said Id take you to the Good Feet store and go check out to sea what theyre all about five star in spirits from start to finish they were roasted formative knowledgeable. And yes my nephew wears those arch supports that when she was giving birth and I feel much better Id recommend the store to anyone

I walked in to the Reno Good Feet store without an appointment. The young mad greeted me pleasantly and asked how he could help me. I let him know I had lost an insert during the weekend. I change shoes frequently due to umpiring jobs depending on ages of girls, base vs. plate, type of turf, etc. I was totally expecting to have to pay full price but no! Covered under warranty! Been using Good Feet for over 12 years, The price in comparison to the inserts is well worth it, these supports in comparing, to my very expensive Titanium ones....hands down, Good Feet was and is, as far as Im concerned the best thing on the market. From the fitting to the return policy (return your used ones when they wear out, because after a couple of years they do). Its only $24.00 to return the old ones for new ones.I have flat feet, was a runner and very active...not so much anymore, but good foot wear is a must!!I have three pairs and change out as needed....no fuss no muss!Michael

I did not know exactly what they did when I went in for my appointment. I found out though. Its a very cool product. A bit pricey, but compared to a single set of orthotics from a doctor, the price is reasonable.My first fitting was very close, but not perfect. I went back after a couple weeks. Just needed a little more support on the right foot and they were able to fit me with a set that, so far, seems perfect. No hassle and friendly service.

This is a mixed review. The attention I received from the salesman was respectful and positive. He suggested all sorts of alternatives when I had some concerns. I broke my own rules of purchasing something so expensive without a warranty. Typically I would research and consider further, but at the moment in the store, I felt like I was getting relief. I’ve had the orthotic for a few days now and it really is not providing the relief I thought it would. I’m mad at myself for breaking protocol and not considering the purchase longer. I am hopeful that the “guarantee” offered to exchange the orthotic for something else in the store within 60 days is valid.

I felt the difference immediately! For the last few months I have been suffering with plantar fascists and it is painful to walk most days. Since I have had these the pain has lessened and the pain is almost gone by the end of the day vs. being in more pain. I dont suggest waiting until you are in so much pain before investing in these, I wish I had done this last year before I developed plantar fascists, I probably would have avoided it all together. The staff is know and patient in explaining and educating the foot.

The Assistant Manager was very helpful and explained everything about the system to me. After putting in the first set of inserts my back felt a little better. Since I have been wearing them for a couple of days my back continues to feel better. I am glad that I decided to get these orthotics to help me heal.

Edit after more time with the productTLDR: customer service is still great, but Ive given up for it helping meThe first day and a half were much improved compared to before trying the supports, however after 5 days I had to take them out. The pain was better in the front/back, but the supports were giving way too much pain in the arch for me to handle. I went back and they exchanged them for a smaller size.This was an improvement, but after 6-7 days it seems these supports aren’t the solution to my problem. Ive tried putting a regular insole back on top of the support instead of the super thin one they gave me, otherwise i would have had to take these smaller supports out after 2 days.I’ve been using these in addition to stretching/massaging/ice baths etc whatever professionals have told me to try.Sucks that it costs a ton of money but they seem to work for many people. I 100% highly recommend this company to anyone who stands on there feet all day. I stand up to 12 hours a day. I am not even in my 30s yet, but before I got these I felt like I was in my 60s. I was constantly fatigue all day. I was really skeptical over this whole thing. Marcie made the whole experience so comfortable. I cant thank her enough for getting my life back. As soon as I walked in the sales person walked up and started talking prices. Good feet is expensive. I was insulted. She wanted to make sure I could afford it. That wasnt a problem, but how can you trust a company that is really only interested in how much money you have? I can spend $100 on different shoe inserts and feel more confident in whom Im doing business with, and still save hundreds and solve the problem.

We had a very positive experience when visiting the Good Feet store in Reno.Stephen was friendly and professional. He explained how the supports work and let us try them in shoes ourself. He was thorough in explaining how the supports work and how to insert them into our shoes. He let 5ge product sell itself.After putting on my own shoes with the supports in them I immediately felt the difference in my feet and hips. They felt much better than other supports I tried in the past, including those made by an orthopedic.

I had extra bones in both my feet. After having surgery to have one removed, my feet continued to ache. After getting fitted and finding the right insoles, and shoes for me, my feet no longer are in pain from either bone!

I am not satisfied at all, and they do not let you know that you can not get a refund until after you pay. They only offer store credit. I do not need store credit.These are not custom made or fitted to your feet. These are plastic insoles that should not cost more that $20. I had to stop using them after 2 days because I had more back pain and pain in my feet than ever before. Not worth $1100.

Ive had walking issues for years and decided to give it a chance.The money is worth it when you look at how long you are on your feet.Not only was my feet affected but I hip movement and back. Very disappointed. “The arch support experts” well the gal who helped us was no expert. She took our imprints to the back room and came back with supports obviously from some preset formula. She couldn’t tell us what was wrong let alone how severe just that the supports would keep everything lined up.Way too much money for little more than self help.

My Podiatrist from the VA hospital sent me two get two pairs of shoes. One walking and one street pair. First the young man that waited on me asked what the difference was. I figured he should be the one to know. After all he does work in a shoe store. Second he tells my I am no longer a size 10 but now a size 11. I could live with the fact a most peoples feet get bigger with age as he explained . I walked out with almost $400 worth of shoes. Yes! Two pair. I wore them both for a couple of weeks and went back to my Dr. as instructed. He asked how they felt. I told him kinda bulky . He looked at my shoes and they were size12 EE. What? No wonder they were ill fitting! My Dr. Had to make some special inserts to make them fit. At least till I am eligible for more shoes. Buyer be ware and trust your gut if shopping here!

Good Feet has a great reputation. I know its expensive, but I only have one pair of feet and I have to keep them on shape! Well worth it!

I am a 65 year old very active woman. I’m a chef & caterer & on my feet for long periods most days. For many years I purchased inserts for foot comfort over the counter.As my feet & I got older, it got harder & harder to be comfortable. I just became a cna and my feet,ankles knees,hips always hurts, went to the GOOD FEET STORE as a last resort.Best thing I could ever due,yea it was pricey but absolutely worth it!!!! 3yrs later still very happy

The rep at the store was great. Listened to me and addressed my concerns. However, the inserts are not so great. Made my back and knee pain MUCH worse! It got so bad that I just removed them and put my old orthotics back in to my shoes.

Stopped in the good feet store in Reno because my feet were hurting all the time just like before I had got arch supports almost 8 months prior. Exchanged my inserts plus $19.95. My feet are happy again. My arches in my feet had gotten so much stronger, I need new inserts.

Ok. Here is a real review for you. I went into this store about 5 years ago....because I had given up hope on doctors and therapy and everything else, and it was a last ditch effort kind of thing. I couldnt walk in the mornings because my heels felt like I was walking on nails, or glass or something. Not cool.Anyways, I went in. Heard the price of these and thought, WHAT???!!! Who would pay that? Well, I did, just because I was grouchy.Anyways, five years later, I am telling you that I use these every day in every single shoe I wear. Lifesavers. Not kidding. Lifesavers. It got me from not able to do anything back to regular life....without searing pain in my feet and heels. Not a joke, they really worked. and..........Bonus. So, when I bought them, I was told they had a warranty. My pain had started coming back, because after 5 years of everyday walking all over, and being a 200lb plus guy....ya, things are going to get flattened a little. Anyways, I went in yesterday, they didnt even flinch. Pulled out new insoles, smiled, and I was out the door.If you have feet pain, get over to these guys and at least hear them out. I am not selling anything, but sincerely was helped by this product and hope it can help others.

I had minor bunion ache, in short twinges a few times each day. I decided to try the Good Feet Store, after hearing all the commercials. The 4 arches were explained, I was fitted and as soon as the orthotic was inserted, I felt I was standing up straighter. It felt slightly odd at first, but after a few steps, it was fine. No recurring bunion pain. Very helpful staff, very good experience.

I went to the Good Feet store when it was on Plumb Lane several years ago. There was only one clerk and I wasn’t able to get her attention. I wasn’t able to get the arch supports that day but it was in the back of my mind for several years. I tried other foot beds with questionable results. Last week, I went to the new Good Feet store on S. Virginia and I was promptly greeted, waited upon and had the new arch supports in less than 45 minutes. The clerk was knowledgeable and friendly, the store experience was much better than the Plumb Lane store. The arch supports and the new boots were rather expensive but I am happy with the whole experience.

These things have changed my life, literally. 30 years of being over weight with flat feet had me considering surgery to fix the terrible pain I went through on a daily basis. And then I got the system from The Good Feet Store. I am far more active now, can work my 12hr a day, 5 day a week job without issue (10-20,000 steps a day), and feel almost no pain! Not to mention the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly! This product is worth every penny, and the Reno store could not have left a better impression on me. Id give 6 stars if I could.

Not really impressed I called to check if they were open today and the clerk said they may close at 3pm I asked if they sold really wide shoes she assured me they do. We arrived at the store only to be told they sell wide tennis shoes I asked if they sold wide socks and was told they would be too long. We were never shown any shoes or socks. The clerk did suggest we try Amazon, I agree with her anything I need I will go to Amazon.

Ive had my new inserts from the good feet store for almost 2 weeks now and Im really seeing progress on the way my feet feel. It takes time to get used to them but once you do you really start feeling the effects.

Went in because I was having feet pain. Bought the arch supports. After almost a month I was unhappy and felt ripped off since the day I left the store. $450 dollars. Actually lost sleep over it. No refunds only store credit if unhappy. So I used the store credit. Got Brooks shoes. Felt comfortable as soon as I put them on, and even after wearing them them out to ugly they still are. Even worked in them on roofs. They were so ugly I couldnt wear them for anything but work. So I put back on my new balance I havent worn since I got the Brooks. Walked my dog and had to turn around because my feet hurt so bad. Last week I was in Reno. I stopped in the good feet store and picked me up a pair of the only shoes Ill ever wear again. So 4 stars for them putting these shoes on my feet. Im happy now.

I’ve had numerous injections on both my feet.Finally after 5 years of excruciating pain I decided to try the good feet store. I’m not going to lie it took a few try’s to find the right support but now a year later I’m pain free and after work I can walk my dog again or go to the grocery store without being completely miserable.It was the best decision I ever made.

Great place for pain relief. My feet were killing me from working on concrete floors all day. I went into the store and they did a couple of tests, took my footprint then fitted me with three pairs of arch supports fitted to my feet. Its been two weeks and my feet are better.

This place is TERRIBLE!!!! Do not buy anything from these crooks! I went in looking for a pair of black non slip shoes for work. The lady assured me they were non slip. I wore them to work for 1 hour and realized they were NOT non slip, so I took them back for a refund or exchange. The man was very rude, telling me I could do neither of those things because I wore them. I told him I had to wear at work to see if they would work and he wouldnt do anything. Now I am out $130 on a pair of shoes I will never wear.

Thorough assessment of my podiatric issues

I would rate your customer service with Marcy a 10, the Brook shoes I would rate as an 8. However; the overly expensive shoe inserts darn near crippled me. They would rate as a minus 10. I went to the store at a recommendation from some one at work. I am working 10 hour shifts standing on my feet all day, putting in 40 to 60 hour weeks. I can not afford to be crippled by your product.i felt the inserts were quite painful not messaging as promoted. Felt like my feet had been beaten with a bamboo cane.

I am 100% genuinely amazed in these arch supports. I have done track and field since 7th grade and starting in 8th grade I got shin splints every single year. I am now a sophomore in college. Eventually, my junior year after I got a stress fracture, I had tried absolutely everything from taping, icing, strengthening, acupuncture and more. I went to GoodFeet around January and at the time my shin splints we’re starting to happen. I thought hopefully the arch supports will just keep them in their state and not make them worse. Somehow someway they completely made my shin splints go away. I never ever thought this would happen in 1 million years! I am so thankful that I am finally able to be in the middle of my season with no shin pain. Over half of the athletes on my team have shin splints as well and nothing has changed in my training plan. It’s all the arch supports. Thank you so much GoodFeet! I will swear by these for the rest of my life!

About 3 years ago I suffered with plantar fasciitis for a whole year. I tried everything I could including physical therapy because I didnt want to have surgery. I ended up giving in and having surgery. Fast forward to 4 months ago, my left foot has started with the same symptoms. I heard an advertisement for good feet and thought I would give it a try. I have been wearing the inserts for the past week and can tell a huge difference. While it has not cured my plantar fasciitis, it has definatley helped ease the pain. My pain level has went from a 7 or 8 down to a 2 or 3 at the end of the day. I am hoping with a little more time I will be able to avoid having the surgery on my left foot.The salesman at good feet was not pushy at all. I had read reviews about how expensive the inserts were so I asked up front what the price was. He told me the price and did not pressure me at all to make a decision on if I wanted to purchase. If Im honest, if any of us are honest, $899 is more than I want to spend on my feet. But let me clarify that this is an expense that is worth it for an incalculable number of reasons.The staff at The Good Feet Store are knowledgeable and helpful, and the afternoon I spent there was a friendly and informative time.I was previously under the impression that they took a form of your feet and made a custom insole from scratch that had to be ordered. This is not the case, although Im not sure if it used to be. Stephan walked into the back room and came back immediately with three sets of prefab insoles to match the shape of my feet. They were the strengtheners, maintainers and relaxers, a three part system. At any time, I can exchange one set for another type, or get refitted for a different shape if needed.Fortunately I was able to set up financing, which I think is a relatively new thing through something called CareCredit. So I get 18 months same as cash, after which the interest rate goes up to CRAZY, but I should have no problem paying it off on time, especially since the insoles are whats helping me stay on my feet fora full-time job.So, to give you an idea what to expect, the first day I was able to wear the strengtheners a couple of hours, then switched to the maintainers. After a couple of hours I switched back to the strengtheners, and again at my next break switched to the maintainers. I work in a very, VERY hot environment, and my feet sweat profusely there, so airing out my socks and feet seemed to help a lot, and by the end of the second day my feet were really loving the maintainers.The third day, I was able to wear the strengtheners for the first 5 hours of my shift, then switched to maintainers for the rest of the day. Id also figured out that putting some Gold Bond baby powder in my socks helped a lot with the moisture and let me really focus on the comfort of the insoles. By the end of the day, my feet had really settled in and, despite being sore from a long day at work, they were a whole lot better.The only setback I really experienced was that the relaxers initially didnt work with my slippers. I wear Haflinger slippers, which are very firm with cork footbeds and boiled wool uppers. The first relaxers I tried were not a good fit for these slippers at all, and made my feet ache and messed up my balance.No problem! I took them right back to the store and Stephan hooked me up with a different set that seems to fit my slippers like they were made for them! A perfect fit, and I thought nothing could make these slippers more comfortable than they already were.Im confident that their service and product make this very expensive purchase worth it on innumerable levels. Ill have less feet and back problems, Ill be able to hold onto a hard-working job, and Ill have more quality time with my family because Ill feel better. Plus the ability to change the insoles when they break down, or when my body changes, that kind of peace of mind is very comforting.Everything worked exactly as stated. A high priced scam. Go to your Dr and get stretching exercises. You can cure it yourself doing the stretching.

These salespeople are trained to sell the product..they are NOT licensed podiatris. The orthopedic inserts they assured me were right for my pronation actually caused more harm then good and they could care less when I went back. Bad product when you have real medical issues!!
