However, I needed additional information and an official prescription before my knee braces could be made as well as my insurance needed that additional information for my braces to be covered under my insurance plan.After an additional month of waiting to get in to see my doctor for the prescription Ortho Pro requires I finally got My prescription and went back to Ortho pro to submit my prescription to have my braces made.When I came into the office on 10/28/2020 the receptionist took my paper work, looked at it for only a moment before saying “this will not work we need more information, we need the notes from your doctor saying you need these braces”. I then proceeded to read the detailed prescription that describes in detail the extent of the injuries to my knees and the required supports that would be Provided by The knee braces. The receptionist was still refuting the legitimacy and detailed information they asked for from the beginning before another assistant stepped in and said, “what you have there should be fine, it looks like your doctor gave a you a detailed prescription above and beyond what was needed, if we need any additional information we can call your doctor and request it”.So in summary, my prescription was not only sufficient but more than enough, had I excepted the rude, short reply from the receptionist I would have left with no recourse in getting my braces after months of trying to obtain the prescription Ortho pro required in the first place.Avoid this place, there are plenty of orthotic firms that would live to work with you to earn your business here In town and these folks seem to have forgotten that along with manners and Acceptable customer service .

I went to Orthopro for a brace for my back. They knew what I needed, went to great lengths to make sure it fit and even called me afterword to made sure I was o.k. This place has a new owner, he was great!
