I used to love going to this nail salon. The pricing was great and they always did an amazing job. I went for months and really enjoyed how nice they all were. The first problem that I let slide was that they were never on time with their scheduling. I’d make an appointment for 3:30 and wouldn’t be worked on until after 4. I only let it slide because they really did great work.The reason I stopped going and decided to write a review was because of how unprofessional my last appointment was. My appointment was set for 4 pm, and like always I was taken late since she was working on someone else and didn’t finish on time. While in the middle of working on me, another customer walked in and asked for a manicure, so the girl decided to stop IN THE MIDDLE of working on me to start on someone else. I literally couldn’t believe it. I sat there for about an hour waiting, and didn’t leave until after closing time, which was around 8 pm.I was so angry and felt like it was unprofessional of her to stop working on me and take someone else. I wanted to walk out—and I wish I did, but she was already halfway done with me so there was no point in leaving.It’s one thing to make me wait a half hour past my scheduled appointment, but to make me sit there for about an hour when I was already being worked on, was it for me.

Such polite and helpful service, my new favorite spot to be completely honest. Great prices and an even better ambiance I am in love thank you again !!

Best nails in town Vien is the sweetest and very talented at her job. Her mother does really good pedicures. I showed Vien a picture of what I wanted, and they came out exactly like the picture. A MUST GO TOO.

Ive been going to Vien for years. She is the best with nails. Im really hard on my nails and I can go 4 weeks in between sets. She really pays attention to detail and preps the nail so well that they last a long time. Quality is great. Ive had fills at other places that are terrible. I only go to her.

I was a walk in looking for a full set manicure and I was taken in quickly which I cant complain about. But, before hand, the woman I first spoke to was actually pretty rude to me and had told me word for word We dont have time for you now or later in a rude tone and kinda laughed about it. But when I started to say OOkay... Well...If you dont have time for me I can go somewhere else she inturrupted me and told me to sit down and wait to see if her next appointment was going to show up or not and if not, she would do my set. But the second woman who did my set was polite and took me in no problem after a finished appointment and did an amazing job with my nails. The only thing that I was a little upset about with her was, the lack of conversation with me until she was finished and I was walking out to pay, and, in the beginning she was using the phone while doing my nails which I dont find very professional in the least. I dont know if Id like to go back but I am really satisfied with my nails given I got exactly what I asked for and would have to say that the price was pretty spot on for what I had gotten. Being a walk in on the weekend and close to the holidays I completely understand not having time and Im thankful they did have the time. But, I would have preferred to be treated like, as a customer, my business is valued and appreciated. Instead of being a nuisance and annoying because they prefer appointments over walk ins. Over all its a decent place. But i think the customer service could be better.

Best manicure since I moved to Reno! Technicians are friendly and efficient, and attend to detail. I got a pedicure and gel manicure, and both have lasted well past my expectations. You may want to call ahead...they are busy...because they are the BEST!!
