Very disappointed. My daughter turned 15 on Saturday and said all she wanted to do was go to a spa like a princess with one of her friends and get a facial. I said no problem. I went online and found a special that lime was running for facials and thought perfect. You can schedule online so you can see the estheticians available appointments but I couldnt figure out how to schedule 3 so I called. When the young lady answered the phone I told her I would like to schedule 3 of the facial specials for Saturday and she said that she had no openings for Saturday and I stated that I thought that was weird because I was just online and could see the openings. She said let me check and put me on hold. She came back to the phone and said she could get us in at 2:00. Perfect explained it was my daughters birthday and set it up. Called my daughter told her she was all set. She was very excited. Saturday A.M. The owner calls and says sorry she had to cancel because all her estheticians are sick I told her it was my daughters birthday and she could have cared less offered no option or solutions. I run a business in town here and I will never refer anyone to this establishment. Horrible customer service and only cares about large sales. Smart business is lifetime customers not one time sales.
