I visited the site next door. Lovely ladies and clean site. Any of their locations are great for me and I visit them often like when ever I can. I also visit other places within the Reno Town Mall as well. I also enjoy the galleries across the cordials.

My mom and I have been coming to Yen and Kim for years. The pedicures are great. The women here are very nice. I usually have a problem with ingrown toes nail but they always leave my feet feeling soft, smooth and painfree. Plus they are super cute. They charge less than most salons too

Took my girlfriend here today, she didnt have an appointment but they got her in fast, any issues she had she simply voiced them and they were fixed and she loves her nails! She doesnt remember the ladys name who started her nails but both her and Suzy worked on her and they were both amazing and friendly!

Worst place !!! Please don’t go !they were bad. I asked for French style, and the tip had bubbles and the line was not straight. I told her that it was not good but she told me that it looked nice and that no one was going to Notice the Imperfections. Now I know why they have 3 starts .

Very rude. When I walked in there the lady didn’t even say hi and just kept looking at me until I said something. There were only two staffs in there and the other lady wasn’t even doing anything and told me to wait 2 hours. She gave me her card then I walked out. And when I turned around I caught the lady staring straight at me. When she saw I was looking she still kept staring at me. I was very creeped out by this. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I got my nails done here in October. I just wanted basic nail polish painted nails. The quality of the painted nails were terrible and sloppy. I probably could have done a better job myself. No worth your money or time.

Wonderful salon. They enjoy their work and it shows.

Sooo slow and never available. Had to go back a second time just to fix the Bubbles on my nails from the old nail polish.

If I could give less than one star I would!! I went over to simply see if they had any openings and there was only one lady working who got very snide and snotty with me. I would NOT recommend going there. I’ll take my business somewhere else!!

Awesome place with amazing character!! Came in last minute with another person not only did they make time for us but they had SUPERB customer service, the two women carried a great conversation with us and had us laughing the entire time, I loved the service and would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

I stopped by to get a pedicure when I was staying across the street at the Atlantis . The people were friendly and their service was excellent .

I just moved to the reno area from cali and my mother in law took me to this place and i had the worse pediatric of my life. She used a cheese grader on the bottom of my feet. I have had thousands of pediatrics over my life and not one have they ever did that. And to top it off she made me bleed when she cut my toe nails she also refused to do any thing to my nails but paint them she said she was to old to do anything else. I was not worth what i pay.

I believe in Hong Kong Nail Salon because of their 25-year experience in making nail. Although their service is not as much as the other salon, they always care about your customer. They know exactly what you need and what will suit for you. That is the reason why I have been choosing Hong Kong Nail Salon whe my fingers and toes need fixxing and spa pericure. This salon clean nicely decorated, the staff are friendly.

Lady’s are nice but horrible job . Maniger works on two people at a time . I went and asked for a simple set and one hand is one shape and the other is another . Had to go in next day to get them fixed but still wasn’t happy with the result

I made a appointment at this place showed up for my appointment on time they do not know how to do gelato nails so I said its okay I just want to round anyway then she looked at my nails and said all well I cant do your nails is $30 and itll be way too much I told her I have the money Im not worried about the money and then I went to go make a call to see if another nail place was open and I came back and tell her Im ready and then she ends up saying well because you have two broken Nails we dont have enough time to do the nails Im sorry Im sorry I had told her that I had to Nails thats broken these people are very rude I waited to my appointment I could have went to someone else I would never recommend this place to anyone
