Very poor experience with the male tech I had. Went in to get my acrylics off and a gel polish manicure. First, he did not take the acrylics off correctly. He shoved a nail in between my real nail and the acrylic, and pulled the acrylics off. Did not soak in acetone or file first!! Also cut one of my nails to short and it started bleeding and was very sensitive. Also, cut my cuticle too much, which also started bleeding. The manicure itself is also very unevenly painted and bumpy looking.

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. I brought my step-grandfather here when I was getting a fill, and he decided to get a manicure and a pedicure. When he took off his shoes we all got quite a shock! My grandmother used to cut his toe nails for him, but I do not believe he had cut them since she passed away in August of 2015. Bless their hearts! They worked on him for so long and showed him so much kindness -- More kindness than he deserves. (He is not a good quality human being). I love the girls here!

I got the deluxe pedicure. they accepted my friend and I as a walk-in, and both of the nail technicians were super super nice and thorough. I accidentally touched my gel to the light not once but TWICE and I was so embarrassed for messing it up, I would have just left with it the way it was, but my technician fixed it for me and with such amazing attention to detail. The overall atmosphere of this place is wonderful. It was very relaxing, truly felt like a luxury service. ❤️❤️❤️ I will be going there again for sure.

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure. Whenever I have gotten gel polish in the past it flakes off within a week. They do such a good job here that it stays on for a month! They are very sweet ladies and they always do a great job!

No attention to detail. Left with unfinished nails.......I had a full set done on March 4, 2019 and the corners on both thumb nails broke the very next day. I came back on March 28, 2019 to have a gel fill. They were very busy and double booked my appointment. Once it was my turn, Elaine was very rushed and didnt even remove all of the previous color / glitter. Because of the corners breaking previously I asked her to apply the gel a bit thicker than the last time. She did not seem too happy about that request and said she would try. She rushed through the fill and left my nails very bumpy and uneven with some of the previous glitter still visible. I was charged $40 for a gel fill and painted tips. Upon leaving I realized how awful my nails were and felt very unsatisfied after paying $40 + tip. I came back in and was asked what was wrong. I showed Elaine and explained that I was not satisfied. She offered to fix my nails if I could wait. Which I was more than happy to do. When she called me to her station she was very defensive and said my nails look that way because I asked for only the tips with color. I showed her the bumps and unevenness, not in relation to the color tips. She said she would have to file down the whole nail to make them even. I said that would be fine. Assuming that she would repaint them, even if it was the whole nail. Once she was done filing and condescendingly asking if each nail was good. She applied a clear top coat and that was it. I left VERY unsatisfied with paint on the tips of some nails and glitter on all nails from the first experience. If you are looking for a place that is worth $40 a fill....this is not it!

I had a great experience. The girls in here were so sweet and listened to my indecisive little mind. Nails look great. I will definitely be coming back!

Sad, not one nail looked like the others in shape, the round ones all leaned in different directions and the more square ones were crooked. None were smooth and some of the edges were already separating from the old acrylic. Technician thought they looked fine so I left before allowing her to polish so I could fix them. No apology and charged me full price. :(

Cindy did a fabulous job with my mani and pedi! The salon is clean and in a good location. Prices are reasonable too!

All the ladies are very good but Kim is my favorite she is so sweet and she is the best giving you massage! Love her

Had an appointment but they made us wait because no one was available at the time. The chairs were pretty worn but worked great. We were not even offered refreshments while waiting. All in all, it wasnt bad, but it wasnt the greatest either.

I highly recommend City Nails. Every nail technician there is great. They are also some of the kindest people I know. I look forward to my visits!

I just had the worse experience in my entire life at City Nails. Not only did the lady miss ENTIRE sides my nails, when I asked her to fix them, they came other even worse. My white polish had black pieces of lint throughout it, polish on my skin, and inconsistent coats on my nails. My toes look like a 4 year old just smeared white paint over the entire toe. They look awful and Im embarrassed. I just wasted $100 dollars, because I will now be trying to fix them at home. Awful experience.UPDATE: I had to go to the doctors and am now on antibiotics, for having gotten an INFECTION from the lady painfully carving out sides of my nails and using improperly cleaned instruments.

I would not recommend this salon, they do not know how to do different shapes coffin I show them a picture and still got square shaped nails. I asked if they could make them thinner and I was told no. I walked away after paying $40, with 7 of my nails bleeding and had to ask them to stop. No polish, nailsBleeding, and couldnt go to another shop because they hurt. But the women did say sorry about that as I was leaving. First and last time!

Great place close to home to get my nails done. Walk ins welcome but they can get pretty busy so good to make an appointment if you can. My husband likes to go to and get a mani/pedi. I have seen several other men in there as well. They have always done a great job and are gentle. I got a powder dip mani last time I was there. I usually dont bother since I regularly trash my nails doing gardening, pottery and other stuff. The powder dip is nearly indestructible. Im going today because it has grown out from the nail bed but the tips look really good still. Worth the money.
