Today was my third time going to Mr. Bubbles and it is absolutely clean I mad two different ladies that work there and theyre very very very nice and for our duration of our stay here in Reno Nevada if its fish or three months could be longer depending on them Hospital would be here longer and I will continue going to Mr. Bubbles thank you so much

Mr. Bubbles has no restroom for public use. I was doing my laundry there, and needed a restroom. If using this location, be advised the area is not good. Lots of stuff going on. It was frightening. It has a 7 11 next door, which is nice, I guess to grab a drink.The facility was clean, however.

I was pleasantly surprised when I used Mr. Bubbles at 2nd and Wells. Given the area it is in, and the reputation for that area, I couldnt have been more wrong. I found this laundromat to be sparkling clean. It has an attendant there during the entire workday. The machines are clean and well taken care of. The only recommendation I can make to the owner would be to open up the rest room for paying customers and turn on the a/c to cool it down while people melt doing their laundry. Spend your money here and support this local business!

The customer service at this place is outstanding! Even though they were going thru tough times with employees the manager was on point. She was very attentive to my question and concerns and promptly handled my needs. Not only will I be using them again and again and again I will be recommending them to everyone. When you walk in you notice the good music playing and go find yourself a machine, they have many machines to choose all easy to operate and the best part affordable! Any questions and someone is actually there to help you and the staff is great.

Well its clean. Inside. However its located in a terrible spot. Constantly riff raff outside the 7eleven next door. On a brighter note, there are ample big machines and the dryers work well. They have fair prices and offer laundry services. Or used to b4 March 2020 anyway. Cant say for sure now tho. Still its where I go 9 outta 10 times.

I like this place always clean close to home but when I go its usually between 7 and 830 which 830 is last load often they have half the place shut down I like to use alot of dryers its guicker and cant a couple times I got there before 830 and was told I couldnt wash and I dont want to hear how tired or that they want to go home I want consistency and availability during hours posted

A very clean environment with on hand staff to answer queries, the machines are fairly priced & range from small loads to XXL loads; most definitely will continue to use & recommend their services. They close at 10 p.m - I forgot when they open, my bad 🥰

The people here are Mein in is says here that close at 10:00pm in they close at 9:45

I used the wash and fold service. This was done quickly at a fairly reasonable price. I was very impressed with how well Natalie folded the laundry.

It is usually not too full but the customer service sucks, employees are extremely rude. They covered all the outlets so you cannot charge your phone while waiting for your laundry and they do not allow customers to use the restroom. I prefer the laundromat on Virginia and plum lane. It has free dry if you wash there so each load only costs 2.50.

Have to say this is one of the cleanest laundromats I have ever been in my life. They seem to take great and how their business is portrayed to the public both inside and out. The service is phenomenal, the machines are new and well-maintained and their prices are very reasonable. I was told by the clerk they have four different locations throughout the immediate area.I will most definitely be back and will recommend this establishment to everyone that I come in contact with needing their services.I would add pictures to this review but I would recommend taking a look at their website... You seem to have a pretty good managing theyre online presence & SEO...

Great service! We have been using 2nd and Wells Launderlands Wash Dry Fold service for years and they are a great group of people. The launder mat is clean, the attendants are nice, and they are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. If you are looking for a Wash Dry Fold service in Reno, or even just a clean well maintained launder mat these are the folks that will do it right and provide the right equipment. Any issue I have is always resolved immediately and to our satisfaction.

It was clean and served our needs. We only had a handful of laundry. They have a change machine, a laundry soap, fabric softener dispenser, and a very friendly and helpful attendant. I would go back if I needed too.

The place is clean, but the attendant decided my load of laundry was too big for the machine I put it in (which is absolutely was NOT), and my husband and I were harassed by a crack head the entire time we were here. Never coming back.

Another fine example of what I am proud to say was an enjoyable and relaxing visit for what is normally a dismal task. Super clean, well staffed with friendly helpful people.

Great place. I needed to get my laundry done, and they had plenty of machines available. I was able to get it done fast and be on my way.

On 8/4 they lost my laundry and now refuse to replace items without a receipt...So now I have to go out of my way to get my clothes replaced...Beware...Ps. They cost me $107.52It has now cost them $910 ($17.50 x 52) a year...Great business practice 👍

Came here to do laundry because the reviews said that the drying is free. After we washed our clothes, we found out that it wasnt free. Otherwise, its a quiet place and kinda clean except for the beetles crawling on the floor.

Its a laundrymat, older building but clean enough. Prices are fair, wifi is free and the attendant provided great customer service.

This is a really nice laundrymat believe it or not. In the past from time to time the neighborhood could be a little rough but this laudrymat was nice. Great attendents. The attendents are almost always here. As far as I know there is an attendent here the whole time its open. Theyve always kept it really clean and well taken care of. Ive been coming here for years. The seven eleven next door is great to grab some snacks while waiting.Today I ran into a problem with one of the attendents, and I would like to talk to the owner in case there is a pattern of unwarranted harrassment developing. Ive never seen this attendent before and other attendents have seen me coming here over the years. I know they have to be watchful of people causing trouble. I have even helped take care of a few violent drunks. So this has nothing to do with that.ThanksEdit: I stopped going here after harassment by one of the attendants. I now go to Duds n Suds on Clear Acre Ln.

The website is incorrect, it said washer loads starting at $1.75, the cheapest washer was $2.50. the website also says ample parking which is also not true, I had to partially Park in the alleyway.

I brought my laundry here from my hotel but after seeing all the addicts hanging around the store front asking for money before I could even get out of the car I decided to use the hotel facility instead.

I come in here all the time. I put my money in the machine and it said out of order without returning my quarters. I was told to wait for the owner to clear out the machine and they would return my money. The owner so-called watched the cameras that showed me putting my money in the machine but decides to keep my money.

Staff began by yelling at me for getting my quarters, then yelled at me for trying to use a laundry cart to get my clothes.Went back today, was yelled at yet again by the same blonde lady. This time because there were no wet floor signs and I was apparently on an unmarked wet floor.

Im tired of Reno psycho...and this place is another representative of everything psycho in Reno. Just do your job. Stop hovering.

Make sure you call before trying to go to this place. I went to do laundry it was only 8:30pm, the place was already closed even though it is supposed to be open until 10pm per the sign on their door.
