Such a nice laundromat. The gentleman who runs it is so nice and keeps everything so clean. The bathroom is cleaner than half the public bathrooms in Reno.

Been going to this place for almost 10+ years! But havent been there for awhile..... This place used to be a 5 star for me coz the workers that used to work there would sweep, mop, wipe down machines & very friendly. But other than that its still a nice place to wash blankets/comforters just make sure u go right when they open. Not too busy and u beat the rush.

The gentleman named Doug who operates the building is so very kind . He is also very helpful. Most of all the washer are clean, that is so important . Everything smelled clean looked clean and is clean . I will come back again

Probably the best laundromat in reno or at least on the north west side of town. I love that we can store money on the cards provided to us rather than using coins. The attendant is always attentive and nice and its always smells good and clean.

Its uncomfortable and the pre loaded card scam always leaves me with money on the card or damp jeans

This place is always clean and the workers are very kind and respectful. One of the employees (I think his name is Doug?), walked me to my car one night when it was late and I was by myself. He helped me load my stuff in my car and took my cart back inside for me. I have seen him do that for many people! There is always a staff onsite keeping the place clean and orderly. They make sure that only customers are in the building and bathrooms Are only for customers. Machines are never out of order for more than a week (if that). You use a laundry card rather than quarters, which helps a great deal when we are in the middle of a “coin shortage”🙄 and quarters are hard to come by. Overall, this place is great and I won’t go to any other laundromat. If you have to go through the inconvenience of going to a laundromat, this is the best one in Reno.

My wife and I have been bring our laundry here for years. Some people go to bars to socialize, we go here . We can do our laundry and meet some friendly people too. No RIF RAF if you know what I mean. They use a card system. Its great cause you can put a little or a lot on your card. They reward you too. I usually put $20. and they reward me with $2.00 credit. As long as there doors are open in Ill keep coming back. P.S. they keep really clean too

Launderland is the best and cleanest place in Reno. Attendants are very helpful and courteous. Would recommend to everyone.

This place is very clean and nice. The attendant Francisco was very friendly and helpful while explaining how to load my card to use on the machines. Francisco really goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. He keeps a great eye on new people entering and the regular customers as well. He is very nice to everyone and makes sure the place stays clean and well maintained. Most laundromats get scary with sketchy people who linger around but Francisco makes sure his presence is visible to others which makes you feel safe and comfortable. I will definitely be returning and I will make sure to tell others to come here when they need to do laundry.

Great for a quick was or big loads either way they have you covered. You use a pay card that you get from a machine. YOU MUST HAVE SMALL BILLS. I would not go for the first time with out at least 1 dollar bill and one 5 dollar bill. You will understand why once you visit the facility. Thank me later 😄

The husband and wife team were very helpful in explaining the card system they have which is pretty cool. If youre from out of town like me or if you live here I highly recommend this laundromat!!

As someone who never has had to use a laundromat I found myself in need of one when we did our last re-model. I had no idea of how to even use the machines much less how to use the card system. There was an attendant on duty and he was so wonderful to help me. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the machines as well as the laundromat itself. I would not hesitate to use them again, I couldnt have been more pleased.Thank you again for all your work and professionalism.

This by far the cleanest friendliest laundromat Ive had the pleasure of using. They use a vpm system which allows the user to purchase and reload money onto a card. You get extra money for adding a certain amount which is always nice. Also during the week days prices to wash are reduced. Staff was polite to everyone and kept the whole center including the public restroom clean. Great overall experience.

Ive come to this laundromat a few times I really like that it opens at 530am. I learned today it doesn’t open at 5am but the doors automatically unlock at 530am so don’t expect a employee. Also don’t plan on bringing quarters. If it’s your first make sure you have a dollar bill to get card and then you can put whatever Amount you’d like in. It has different size/amount machines from 1 load machines to 3+ loads. It has never been scary or uncomfortable for me when I’ve been there and it’s close to my home. I plan on using this laundromat a lot

The laundromat was very clean, with good working machines, but they have a complicated card system that was difficult to use (no coins). Putting credit on the card could cause you to leave the laundromat with money wasted. The card was difficult to use with some of the machines and a lot of times it wouldnt read it. We had to slide card two or three times quite a few times. Quite frustrating, I wont be back.

Clean, nice local area. We were in from out of town and needed to do mid vacation wash. The card system worked well. We just donated what we had left over. No attendent yet at 8:15 so no access to bathroom but otherwise good experience.

Clean, well maintained space with Speed Queen front loaders. Restroom and pinball and plenty of parking. Doug is the best!

All commercial washers are out except 2...total disappointment. Many dryers are out of service and some machines appear to be working only to take your money and be out of order. Be careful and check to see if machinery is.operating before spending valuable coin and wasting detergent.

Its a laundry mat. Clean, Lots of washers and driers and usually an attendant there keeping the place clean. I havent been in a while but its our families go to place when big comforters or loads of camping clothes need washed.

Its a great place for locals but if your from out of town you may have to spend more than the laundry cost you. The cards are ones you get there you cant use your ATM card. You put cash in a machine they have there then use that card to pay for every thing else.

I went to this place a few months back, the payment system was very confusing oh, you have to get a pay card and then you have to put money on the card and you use the card on the machines. It was kind of pricey and after I finished doing my laundry, my pay card still had money on it and when I asked the attendant for the money back off of the card, he told me that he couldnt give me the money because the manager was not present and to return the next day to get my remaining balance off of the card.

Called into this laundromat we are overseas travellers. We were not disappointed the attendant was so helpful it was worth while going here just to meet Doug. Laundromat was clean with great facilities.

Went to do my laundry today and my things were stolen. I asked to speak to the Manager he never came out. They have cameras but they must not work so proceed with caution. Very unfortunate.

Ive come here 3 times now and it has a very plesant experience. Its clean and quiet and I really their easy card based paying system installed on their machines.

Anytime my laundry room needs painting or service, I make sure and hit this place as needed.Machines are efficient, place is clean, and its right next to Raleys.

I have been in twice and had to redo clothes a second time because of a musty stale smell. My clothes didnt smell like the detergent or fabric softener I used. The area to put said ingredients was filthy, reserve from FS did not enpty. Upon inspection After I emptied the washers, I found what looked like mold around the door rubber and upon returning home my clothes have a smell on them that is making me sneeze. I have now used all the $20.00 on my card and will not be returning. My suggestion to Laundryland, at the end of the day clean out the area where liquids go, run hot water, vinegar or something to clean them out also check and clean the rubber around the doors.
