Visited this laundromat while i was on vacation.Located near the Casinos where the group & I stayed for 1 week, The Row, Silver Legacy.Very clean machines, easy to use, photos everywhere explaining how to use machines.You can use credit card ( $20 hold on card, each time you use credit card ) I’d recommend taking cash. There is a machine there to get quarters.The day I went there was an area where all the laundry baskets were set up ( put away - very organized ) but there were what seemed like 100 flies because of some old clothes sitting there overnight, maybe left in a washer.The owner was trying to swat the multiple flies with a fly swatter.I recommended putting original pine sol (50%) & water (50%) in spray bottle ( this helps eliminate flies ).Overall easy to find location, machines were nice & easy to use.Thankful the tables were out to fold clothes.

Cool place. First laundromat Ive used that you can pay for your wash and dry via card instead of quarters.

Clean and good value. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. While we were there they had a difficult customer, but they only tried to help and didn’t deserve the grief they copped.

Visiting from out of state and this was the closest laundromat to my Airbandb. Very clean and machines worked. Love that I can use my debt card on the machines. I recommend this place as even the staff was friendly. Yes there is a hold on your card but places do that all the time even when you get gas.

Vet clean and tidy laundromat. New machines and dryers. All equipment take credit cards and quarters. Easier to use credit cards which is what i do. Read the signs and instructions posted around the place so you know how the washer machine works and where to pour the detergent.

Very nice machines also very clean but as far as customer service go they dont want to help a person out, poor customer service, I had an issue, management told me there is nothing he could do, I wont be back

Despite its clean and modern appearance, this is not really a customer friendly establishment. Although convenient to be able to swipe a card, they put a 20 dollar hold on it, no matter how little you spend. You cant split tenders so if you put money in a machine you cant finish paying for it with card and it will still hold your card for $20 and it wont wash your laundry! They wont break $20 bills but you also cant put them in the change machine which can be extremely inconvenient and when you tell them that something is broken or not working they almost downright refuse to help you or refund your money or put you in another machine if I didnt have to go here I probably wouldnt

Clean and quiet laundromat with everything you need. Machines are a little expensive, but they are well taken care of. They are quiet and fast.As of Jan 2021 they are requiring and enforcing mask ordinance.Attendant on duty to make sure nothing too crazy goes on.

Very nice, up to date washers and dryers.The ability to use a card instead of coins. The staff are really nice. The location is next to Gold Dust West so you have something to do while you wait for your laundry to be finished.

This place is terrible. Yes there are new machines but the customer service will make you want to wash your clothes by hand. And as was said in another review you need to go around and read the 109 signs they have posted cuz they will hold a 20 for a 5 dollars wash.

Just a touch above average: as for laundromats go. However, management blatantly ignores covid restrictions at allowing several people to have NO coverings not even stupidly under chin.Machines are clean & actually run quietly.

Surprisingly clean. New machines. I was really impressed. It starts out at $4.25 per wash. There is also lots of places to sit in here. Its air conditioned. TV. Nice vending machines. So far this is the best laundry mat Ive seen. They even offered to fold my laundry can you believe that sh#%!

The only place I do laundry. Its very clean with new great running machines. Ive never had an issue here but if so the owners are both extremely friendly and helpful they are an older couple that are so friendly. They keep the place clean and dont allow people hanging around and begging. All over a test place to do laundry especially with the extremely cheap dry.

This is the very best laundry in Reno. Thanks to the owners, it is clean, comfortable and well-maintaned. The machines are excellent and masks are required do it is safe as well. Highly recommended.

I used to frequent this place every week as it was always clean and the owners took pride. Over the last month it has really gone downhill. What bothers me the most is the last of mask wearing by patrons. People coughing, runny noses, sneezing etc. all without wearing a mask.I no longer feel safe using this facility and will have to go elsewhere, despite it being walking distance from my residence.

Best place to in town for sure. Sue and her husband are fantastic. Very nice couple and very helpful. When I bring my grandson with me and she sees I can use a hand with him, sue is happy to hold him or occupy him which is so helpful. This is the only laundry mat I will go to.. Wow, this is a very nice place!! The owner, Sue, helped me unload my comforters from my suv and she continued to assist and chat with me. The place is spotless and all the machines are new. Sue and her husband are on-site during open hours, ready to assist. It was the best laundromat I have ever been to and I will return to have something altered. Sue is meticulous about everything. Definitely a 5 star establishment!!

Dont you just hate when you go to a laundromat that provides no customer service when a machine eats your quarters, you have a question or need assistance? Well, definitely not at this location. For being so close to downtown this place is clean, comfortable, well staffed and- just plain nice. Fairly priced with new efficient machines. I really cant say anything negative. Owned and operated by a lovely, seemingly retirement aged Asian couple and the wife made everyone feel welcome and at home. The obvious choice of laundromats in the Reno area, definitely.

I’m an otr truck driver. I called this place to see if they had parking for my tractor. Ms Sue answered the phone. She was very pleasant and reassured me that I would be able to park. When I arrived she offered to help unload my clothes from the truck. She assisted me on how to operate new high quality machines step by step🥰 She even help me purchase a laundry card. Her hospitality & generosity is impeccable. Great job Laundry Depot!

This place is a full on scam / rip-off. I used ny card in the machine it charged me $ 20. He refuses to refund my money ...i suggest another place.. Then he wants to get mad at me . while hes got my $ tied up for days. What if i needed that to pay something important.Its just so wrong to occupy another persons money .for no reason. If i didnt have quarters for dryer id have been theyd have $33xtra of my money...The sad thing is he doesnt care!!!!

This is the cleanest laundry mat in all of Reno! The owners of this locally-owned business are hands-on managers who are always present, providing the friendliest customer service and positive atmosphere Ive ever experienced at a laundry service center. Simply put, the best!

Excellent, clean and nice staff.

I watched the owners remodeling the building as I walked my dog everyday and they did a GREAT job!ALL new machines which use coin or card. Washers actually use hot water through the entire wash cycle so whites come out white. Dryers run 8 min on a quarter, it only took 75 cents for a good size load. Its a clean place with several tvs to watch, vending machine, and a restroom for customers. I recommend this laundromat and will be back. 👍

Finally a laundromat that is worthy of being compared to the comfort and cleanliness of ones own home! This facility is absolutely AMAZING! New machines that give you an option of either paying old school (quarters) or by reloadable cards you purchase there, once for ONE dollar!! The owners are on site for the most part, if not them a dedicated employee, there solely to assist those not too familiar with the laundering process. I have been to several laundromats in the Reno/Sparks areas and I have to give it up, Laundry Depot is truly the BEST! They’ve surpassed multiple snags with being in the downtown neighborhood of transients and careless drug abusers to a shiney diamond in the rough!! Thank you two!
