I have been shopping here for 5 years and have made other postings about the FANTASTIC service and people here.Long story, short version. Home invasion, thousands lost in jewelry, one call and 24 hours later....Lisa had our entire purchase history over 5 years ready for pickup...IN TRIPLICATE with pictures and receipts! No charge! The ONLY jewelry store in town I will ever shop at! You cant BUY service like that. Thank you Lisa and Kenny G ❤

Kay is amazing!! She got me my dream engagement ring for an unbeatable price and in such short notice!! Within a matter of days she pulled strings and put everything together and I was able to get my ring a day before Christmas! Best experience anyone could hope for when shopping for something so monumental.

Ella and the team there are wonderful! I had lost a diamond on vacation and they got it fixed so quickly and at a reasonable price as well! I also got both my engagement and wedding band resized and cleaned. I was initially told it would take 10 days for everything. I was called less than a week later that it was done! I would highly recommend!

My fiancee and I went to Kenny G several times looking at wedding bands, necklaces, and to have existing jewelry resized. They were consistently patient and very helpful. We never felt rushed or pressured. The jewelry we purchased is of high quality and we feel that the price was quite fair.

I got my engagement ring resized here. All of the ladies in the store are so sweet and helpful! The jeweler is incredible as well. He got my ring done in under a week! Very impressed with these guys.

I would highly recommend this jeweler! They have top of the line customer service and are extremely knowledgeable. I would absolutely trust them with any of my jewelry needs. I went in there with my two year old frantically trying to get a band changed on my husband’s Breitling we had been putting off for months! Kay and Patty were so kind and helpful they made everything a breeze! It was truly an enjoyable experience! They were even able to help me with some ring issues I had been putting off while I waited there! I will definitely be returning to have a few other adjustments done soon! It is so great to have a family owned local jeweler I can trust!

My husband and I had some loose stones that wed been carting around for quite some time that I thought we could have made into a necklace. After taking my grandmothers opal ring to Kenny G & Company Fine Jewelers for repair (they did a great job) I decided to see if they could make the necklace I had in mind.I worked with Ella on the necklace and she was so wonderful and accommodating. She worked with me closely on picking out the chains and tightening up the design. She was super patient with my decision making process and helpful in making suggestions. I would totally recommend Kenny G & Company Fine Jewelers!

Stop considering other big name jewelers and go with Kenny and G, by far the best customer service experience I have had at any store of any kind. They looked to take care of my wife and I from the start and never tried to push us into any decisions or timelines. They custom designed our wedding bands and we could not be any more pleased with the product and especially the customer service from the entire team (especially Shaun and Kay)! One year after purchase we still cant get over how amazing the rings turned out, thank you so much Kenny and G Reno!

I love this store and all the employees there. Shaun, Ella, Fabulous, Kay, Meg, Cassandra, Erika and last but not least, Jerry the Jeweler, are the greatest. They treat me like family when I come in to just have my jewelry cleaned and checked. Jerry and Shaun have combined their knowledge and imaginations to create some beautiful and unique rings from scratch for me.I would recommend this store to anyone needing anything fixed, checked, or designed. They do outstanding work and the cases are filled with gorgeous and delightful pieces for every budget.Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Shaun is the boss and hes a super guy! Jerry is my favorite jeweler ever!

The customer service provided at Kenny G is superior. It is apparent that they genuinely care about their customers and continue to go above and beyond to meet expectations. We purchased a wedding band and diamond and then had custom work done as well; it has always looked fantastic!

The quality of the diamonds on my wedding band and ring are outstanding. I reccomend going during their bridal events- you cant beat the price for the quality you receive. Just went back and purchased a diamond pendent and its beautiful!

Had an unpleasant experience working with this business. The last straw was making it to our set appointment with the sales associate Kay and recieving a lack of interest that we were on time. We were told by another associate that Kay was too busy to work with us because she was closing a sale with another couple and to come back in an hour... I knew what I wanted to customize but after 3 meetings with this I decided to take my ideas to someone else who can give us the service we need.I would not recommend working on designing a ring with them if your interested in getting it soon. The system they have is not organized and you will be forgotten. It is possible we were forgotten because we are a younger couple but nonetheless we were potential customers.

Very good service and genuinely nice people.i discovered them while looking for batteries for some of my watches .But after getting it know them on repeated visits I am impressed with their services and good business practices. Highly recommend 👍😎
