Not only were repairs made professionally, but they stand behind their work when follow-up is necessary.

I bought my wedding ring set at a different store about six years ago. I wanted to add another band and I knew that Rogers had sold the same type of rings. Although I did not buy my ring from Rogers, they treated me like I did. They were very kind and immediately helped me in getting my extra band. I ordered it, but when it came in, it was the same band but looked smaller. Connor sent it to the actual manufacturer of the original ring and the made me the same band exactly like the one I had at no extra cost. Everyone I met at Rogers Jewelry, sorry I didnt get all their names, were fantastic. My husband even bought two other wedding bands for himself. Although it took a little longer that I expected, I got what I really wanted and I was asked my opinion throughout the whole process. I am very happy and to top it off, they soldered my ring and did the rhodium flashing at no extra cost. Thanks Connor, Bill and everyone else that attended to my purchase.

I was not a customer but popped in to just ask where I should go to some jewelry appraised. The middle-aged woman on staff that day (wish I could remember her name), went above and beyond. She appraised what I had right then and there and I was out in 5 minutes. She was very helpful and efficient. Will definitely return if needed and recommend them to anyone needing a jeweler.

On Mothers day I lost a diamond from my wedding ring. I was crushed. I drove over two hours, round trip, to take it to Rogers and it was more than worth the drive. I am pretty sure that the folks there work on commission and even though there was no sale involved Adam took care of everything and I never felt rushed. He inspected my well worn ring and got me an estimate to not only replace the lost stone, but build up the prongs on the other stones and get it resized as well.When I picked up my ring it looked brand new! It was so beautiful that I almost cried and the sales lady that helped me even commented on big I was smiling! I couldnt possibly be happier!I would highly recommend Rogers and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I took a pair of diamond stud earrings in TO ROGERS JEWELRY where the studs were broken off. They fixed them within about 1.5 weeks and they LOOK BRAND NEW! They are the FIRST diamonds my husband ever bought me, about 27 years ago!THIS MEANT SO MUCH TO ME TO GET THESE FIXED SO I CAN WEAR THEM AGAIN!

Around 15 years ago I purchased a JB Star ring from Rogers Jewelry in Reno NV. This year, unfortunately, the heart-shaped diamond was damaged. I was heartbroken that my custom ring was lost. Thanks to the unbelievably, helpful Adam, I now have a brand new, bigger and incredibly beautiful new heart-shaped diamond. Adam was able to implement the new diamond and setting into my original ring. It came out beautiful and I am really happy. Adam was so patient and attentive throughout the entire process. Even in the middle of the lock down for the pandemic, we stayed in touch and he made sure we were on track with the progress. I would highly recommend Rogers Jewelry, all of their wonderful staff, and the very special Adam!.

My husband took my wedding ring into Rogers Jewelry for a quote to be fixed. It is a delicate ring with diamonds all the way around and had broken after many years of use. The quote to fix the ring was going to be at least $1200 to repair and re-attach the diamond that fell out....the ring wasnt even that much when we initially bought it! Took the ring to Shultzs Creations in Sparks, NV and got it repaired for less than $100, awesome job!

11 years ago, I bought a beautiful Hearts On Fire wedding ring at Rogers.This last November, there was a situation with the ring that could have been expensive to address, but Susan and Adam went well above and beyond to get it taken care of--quickly and professionally!I am so grateful for their assistance in resolving this! This is hands down the best jewelry store in town. We went to five other stores and none of them treated us like Rogers. We came in wanting to design a custom ring and the salesperson, Connor who helped us made it so easy and exciting. The ring came out more beautiful than we couldve ever expected. Great personnel, manager Adam the was only one in Reno to give us the true value of a high-end ring.

This place is the best. They hooked me up for my wifes wedding band at about half the price of their competitors. The sales person was totally transparent about the ordering and manufacturing process, even showed us the computer and pointed out what was going on.Later when we noticed some porosity in the ring they took care of it right away and sent it to the home office to be recast.Everyone is always friendly and seems genuinely interested in you on a personal level.

I came in for repairs to my wedding ring and I was greeted as I came in the door by Trista. She listened as I explained what was needed and took care of me immediately. She also let me know the cost of the repairs right then so I wouldnt be surprised. She gave me the time frame and I was pleased that I received a call telling me my ring was ready right when she said it would be! So I visited a couple different stores before I decided on Rogers. The staff at Rogers was friendly and welcoming. There was one in particular, TRISTA, she was such a great help and VERY patient with me during the ring buying process. I bugged her more than any sane ring buyer probably should and she was always more than happy to help, and take another ring out of the case for me. This is an amazing business that is concerned with making sure each customer is happy and content with there purchase. They made sure with each one of my purchases that I was well informed on the rings and how much I would be paying for them. Connor Marks at Rogers was the only jeweler in the area who could procure a rare stone we were looking for. Not only did he get the stone for us, but he flew in stones from New York to pick and choose from. Despite all the work he did to get the stones available for viewing, when we chose one, I was expecting sticker shock but the price he quoted us was generously reasonable. To top that off, he then stuck with us through an near 6 month design process that involved intricate replication and a lot of custom work. Im a designer by trade, so I was very particular about what I wanted and I got nervous during the process wondering how my engagement ring would turn out. I was getting nervous that we were going to spend a decent amount of money and it wouldnt be perfect-- Well, I was absolutely SHOCKED when I picked up my ring, it was STUNNING. I mean- this ring looked like an absolute vintage royal heirloom, it looked better than Princess Dianas . I still stare at it weeks later and wonder how this ring turned out so well. Well be coming back for a wedding band and any other jewelry needs in the future. No other place in Reno was even able to get us the stone and after this process- I wouldnt trust anyone else . They nailed it and then some!!

The quality of service is unparalleled and trust me, Ive been basically everywhere in Reno and Sparks looking for a ring. I went in to get a small clasp replaced and they were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Leroy replaced the clasp quickly at no charge and showed me options for chains as well, but with no pressure to buy one. These people will definitely be seeing my family again!

I went in a year or two ago and looked at some rings and found the one but it just wasnt quite time. Then this year I felt it I was ready and went back in and they remembered me and greeted me and were very polite and considerate. Went in with my fiancee trying to find a an engagement ring. Trista helped us. I had NO IDEA what I liked even though I thought I did. I dont have any idea of verbiage for jewelry and She was very patient and explained everything to me as we went. She was super helpful and found something I loved. After ring shopping all day at multiple places I can say without hesitation that she is by far the nicest person to help us, and she managed to make a stressful and embarrassing quest into a pleasant one. Gee, I wish we could rate this lying and conniving trash hole a -5 but obviously cant.. The trash Rogers store is in Reno 89511, and the staff is terrible, rude and a bunch of greedy scam artists. I wont name names but theres one man in particular who lied, yelled at us, and treated myself and husband like garbage while we went there for a warranty repair on my wedding band purchased from them. They said a date for completion which was our milestone anniversary, multiple times (more like yelled at us) when it would be ready and now all of a sudden it not only wont be ready but to protect himself and his disgusting lies, wants to just give it back so that we can upgrade to something better Please find a better place to buy and invest your hard earned money on one of the most important milestones in your life SOMEWHERE ELSE! Dirty scoundrels!

Came here expecting your typical CZs and Mickey Mouse watches. Looking for a present for my wife, weve been in the diamond business for years and dont purchase in the US. Malarie assured us Rogers had the best and, she did not lie. Weve gotten color, cut and quality that we have not found in the Northern Nevada area. In addition to purchasing my wifes flawless VVS1 diamond pendant, Ive gotten my son a Tag Heuer watch, and every time we come in the women in the back keep my daughter entertained with toys, snacks and cartoons. My husband purchased a ring last week. We decided we didnt want it and cancelled the order the next day. The person on the phone confirmed the order was cancelled. Since it had been a week, and our credit card was not credited, my husband returned to the store yesterday to get this taken care of. He was told by the salesperson that when he called they didnt know what was going on so they put the order through! He was basically told that we are stuck with a ring we dont want. They would not refund the credit card for an order we cancelled. This is a scandalous business.
