I have had great service for months, being that I live in a rural area with no other options, just in the last week I have been experiencing internet failure and got an email with limited info. I have called multiple times, and I still havent heard back. I work from home full time, and I use my internet for part time online school. All I really want are answers, and I would change my review to a five. But, I have yet to hear back and I am super frustrated because I am not sure what to do and NEED internet!

This is a great service if youre rural or mobile.

Awful covers their internet service. Dont waste your time or money.

Customer service is Dreadful! They are quick to cancel when you are questioning services. I paid my bill a couple days late and my device got suspended (which as it should have) after paying my bill, you would think your services would come right on or later in that day... NOPE! 2 weeks later I called the owner and said hey Im a little frustrated and before I could explain he then stated thats okay we will just cancel you, I have 25,000 other people to deal with and I only make 8 dollars off of you so Im not taking a loss good luck finding other wifi for your area. His attitude was extremely hateful and UGLY! That was May 5th it is now May 21st with no wifi and they had the nerve to charge my card again with 119. Purchase at your own risk.

Ispmint saved us big time. we had internet up and running within a week of ordering it. And its mobile, so we bring it to events with us.

We get 45mbps on our boat while on the lake. It is awesome.

Great customer service and fast and reliable wifi internet

I live in Ruth, NV, and Im paying $129 a month plus nearly $400 for setup and on a very good day I can get 4.0 mbps download speed, which is barely serviceable. Most days are not very good days. Like today.

My husband and I are full-time RVers who work full-time. We travel all around the U.S. and absolutely must have internet everywhere we go. We have had unlimited AT&T ToGo Roadlink but had to find an alternative since they are discontinuing their $360 per year plan. New plans were crazy expensive and not comparable. I heard about ispMint from another RVer who worked for Google and swore by their service. We had a few months of AT&T ToGo Roadlink remaining on our contract but went ahead and signed up with ispMint in order to have 2 options. Our AT&T ToGo Roadlink throttles to painfully slow so we started just using our ispMint service instead. Super stoked to have solid WiFi for a reasonable price with good coverage and no throttling. Seriously a lifesaver for us!
