If I could give The Tipsy Grape ten stars, I would. I ordered a retirement gift, a set of stemless wine glasses and uploaded two Air Force logos- one for each side. A customer service rep contacted me with a couple of questions regarding background color the next day. The end product was at my door in less than a week. The logos are crisp and better than came out I imagined. The glasses are sturdy and not cheap or thin. They box was packed very very well. I will be a repeat customer!

I called and spoke with someone to help custom design a birthday gift. I ended getting the stemless wine glasses, including one for myself! The gentleman who assisted me, sent me multiple font options and was very patient and extremely helpful.I had a funny saying inscribed on one side, or names on our individual glasses on other side and our zodiac sign on the bottom of the glass.Im so impressed with how quickly they came, inexpensive they were and more importantly, how nice they turned out!! Couldnt have asked for a better experience. I will certainly use them again for personal and business related items.I ordered in July, took a while to write my review.

I received two wine glasses as a gift from Tipsygrape. Unfortunately the box was crushed during shippinf and the glasses broke by no fault of Tipsygrape. I email Tipsygrape and she had two new glasses boxed up and shipped same day. Great customer service!
