I was searching high and low for a website that would do a custom design on only one glass instead of a “minimum order” for businesses. I finally found Glass With A Twist and I honestly could not be happier! I requested a proof with my order so I could see my custom design and they sent it over pretty quickly. I wasn’t happy with the way it looked and they fixed it (four times to be exact) to just the way I wanted! The experience was incredible and they were very prompt and understanding in what I wanted on my glass. I received my glass a little less than a week later and I cannot wait to give my boyfriend his own beer “brand” logo!! It looks amazing. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

We recently placed an order of custom beer can glasses for holiday gifts. The customer service from the very beginning was on point. They emailed me a proof, which I then submitted the order online with ease.They asked about us needing it for a certain day, and made sure that the order was completed on time for shipment. FedEx had a little delay and the company emailed me the morning of to let me know. It all worked out and the glasses arrived the day we had originally anticipated. (Only mentioning this because of their communication regarding the delay)The glass itself is great quality, so was the etching and placement of the image. Absolutely perfect!We were extremely impressed with the customer service, knowledge and friendliness of everyone we encountered within their company.Highly recommend them and we would also use them again!

Ordering online is always a gamble and weve all had poor experiences, but GlassWithaTwist is 100% the best. I am going to keep placing orders with them. The shipping company broke the glasses (twice!) and GlassWithaTwist bent over backwards to fix the shipping companys error, always responded promptly, and made sure I got my gifts in time for the event. They care!

They did an incredible job and expedited each order perfectly. I had 2 friends who lost their fathers this year, and decided to send rocks glasses with song lyrics for each. I ordered 4 glasses for each of them. One order was all the same font and lyrics, and the other order was 4 glasses, different songs, and same font. They were there within a week from when I ordered them and my friends were very happy with the way they looked. I would definitely recommend.

When I ordered etched glasses as a last-minute Christmas gift, the confirmation email ended up in my spam folder. Thankfully, the company reached out by phone to confirm and went out of their way to make sure the items arrived before Dec. 25, even though the delay was my fault. The finished product is gorgeous, and Im grateful for the excellent customer service.

Five stars isnt enough! Incredible customer service. Everyone was very helpful. It took several weeks to get my order lined up, and as their staff went on vacations, everyone I talked to knew exactly what was going on! The product not only looks amazing, it came right in the estimated time frame. It was all packaged very nicely to keep everything safe. Or order is going to make for awesome wedding presents, and at a very reasonable price! Hopefully I will find a need to use these guys for more celebrations in the future, because they are a pleasure to work with!

What amazing customer service! I came upon this while searching for a company that would actually custom design single orders of pint glasses for my fantasy football league. The crew kept close contact with me in the process of ordering and editing my design. They even improved the logo I submitted (Im not the greatest artist) and send me a proof of concept before my glass was made. Im looking forward to the final product!

The decanter I ordered arrived broken, through no fault of their own as it was packed very well. Sent pictures via email and received a response quickly. They handled the claim through USPS and had a replacement etched and shipped before the end of the next day and received it before the end of the week. Great customer service! I would recommend them all day long.

Very Friendly and helpful. They decorate different types of glass, from coffee cups to wine bottles. The decoration options options are two types of engraving (laser & sandblasting) and two types of printing (screen & digital). All are quality products.

Sent in crazy instructions for a design on a glass for my dads birthday. I was super worried that it would not turn out but Glass With a Twist did an amazing job and listened to every detailed instruction I gave!! Very Happy!

We ordered his-and-hers Belgian glasses and a cobalt blue beer glass, all etched with our artwork. The draft process went quickly and within 3 days, we had our glasses. One was broken in shipping and they immediately made up a replacement and shipped it free of charge. It also arrived within 3 days. Greg provided fantastic customer service throughout, including giving us a partial refund on shipping the two orders together (I screwed up and entered them separately) and giving us a price cut on having two glasses made in the same design (even though the text was different on them). We are VERY satisfied customers and would definitely recommend this company! Our glasses are beautiful and will be treasured keepsakes for years to come!

Glass With A Twist did an AMAZING job!!! My fiance’s company just celebrated their 3rd year in business. I needed some custom pint glasses with the business logo on them ASAP. I put in my order, emailed them to let them know the timeline was tight, and they were able to deliver ahead of schedule! The glasses look FANTASTIC and he was ecstatic with the result! I was initially concerned given that some of the reviews talked about glasses arriving broken, but the glasses are so well bubble-wrapped (read: scissors are required to free the glasses) it has to be a carrier problem. I was also a little worried given that many of the designs advertised on the website are cheesy catchphrases and they didn’t have any samples of glassware with business logos. The pint glasses look very classy and are stunning! I’m a very happy customer and would gladly recommend Glass With A Twist to ANYONE!!!

While the customer service was very good during the ordering process, the shipping lacked. Glasses arrived broken, with shattered glass through the boxes. Shipping costs for 64 pint glasses was $70, offered through Fed Ex.Unfortunately, the broken glass made quite a mess when trying to salvage those not damaged during shipping (think tiny shards all over the floor). The company provided quick replacement of the broken product, but no discount or concession for the additional hazard and work caused by damaged product. I was expecting a goodwill gesture since we were repeat customers. Instead, I was told that 9 1/2 times out of 10, this doesnt happen. That made me feel worse!The unbroken glasses are nice. Im just not looking forward to cleaning up the broken pieces and washing all the glasses before giving them as gifts to a sports team. Will seek another vendor next year.
