After being blown off by another flooring company I gave these guys a try. WOW! What a difference! Dimitri arrived ON TIME for our scheduled appointment. He walked through the house with me, inspecting all of the damaged areas of the floor. There were numerous repairs that had to be made to the existing flooring, and some areas even needed replacing. He explained to me how the necessary repairs and replacements would be done, and then handed me a bid right there on the spot. The bid included the refinishing and the complete cost for the repairs.They did an absolutely outstanding job! The job was completed in the time frame they promised. My floors were beyond beautiful when they were done. I highly recommend them.

We recently had our floors resealed by Floorcraft. We were extremely happy with their services. I had received quotes from multiple companies and Dimitri was the only person who didnt come off as a sales person. He was honest and even recommended other companies in the business.After the project was done, we noticed a tiny spot that needed to be touched up and they came out within a few hours to fix it.We look forward to using them again for some other wood flooring projects. We purchased a sand & finish white oak floor from Floorcraft for our family room to match the adjacent kitchen. Dimitri and his staff were very helpful, timely & professional throughout the process. Before the work started we were concerned about the amount of dust, but they did a fantastic job of sealing off the room to contain the dust. They also applied multiple stains to match our existing floor. Love our new floor & the Floorcraft pros!

Flooring update- Floorcraft installed my hardwood floors over five years ago. People visiting my house always ask if I just put new floors down. Honestly, they look as good as the day I bought them. The install was precise and flawless in detail. There may be other hardwood companies in down but they are true craftsmen. Looking for a new floor? Floorcraft is the only company you want to call. Highly recommended!!!!

The receptionist was the most negative, unhelpful and unfriendly I have experienced on contracting work in my 28 years of working in this field. Not only she instantly shut down every question I had for her, but she told me she was JUST TOO BUSY to help.After I recommended that she try to be more friendly and helpful to potential customers in the future, she total said, WHATEVER! We have plenty of customers... I would never recommend this company, nor would I hire them for any job based on the terrible attitude I experienced today.

These guys are real pros! We were in a very tough spot with a half done floor job that was botched by a different company. We needed our whole house re-floored in 2 weeks before family was scheduled to visit for Christmas. Dimitri delivered on everything we asked for ON TIME, with very short notice. I mean multiple crews working simultaneously, including on Saturdays. All there workers are super pleasant and professional. Most importantly, our new wood floors look amazing! We really could not be happier. I recommend them without reservation!

You could not ask for a colder reception from the lady who answers the phone for this company. The lady was absolutely the rudest person Ive ever dealt with in any professional setting. Might as well put up the CLOSED FOR BUSINESS sign.

I guess they didnt want our business. Granted I was late by 7 minutes to arrive at my property, the estimator was no where to be found. The Floorcraft office called me 8 minutes after the scheduled appt and I advised her that I was onsite...45 minutes passes and the estimator never returned. Things happen for a reason and found other vendors that are patient enough to take our recurring business.
