We are so happy to have had Best Flooring install our engineered white oak wood floors and carpet. Mario and Juan did an amazing job with the wood install. From Day 1, you could tell that these guys love what they do. Mario had impeccable workmanship and attention to detail. He made several helpful recommendations regarding flooring and baseboards. We enjoy our wood floors more and more every day. We installed carpet for a few rooms in our home. The carpet installers worked efficiently and did a great job. Rosa, who works in the showroom/office was a pleasure to work with. She was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. We walked in and was greeted then shown to the area we were interested in shopping. Jessica then took one of our samples with her to work up a quote. When we found our way to the front desk we saw another girl on her cell and she finally told us that Jessica had left for lunch! She never bothered to let us know or to hand us off to another employee! We promptly left! Not a good experience at all. They need to offer some worthwhile customer service and train employees. We had cash in hand. Ended up shopping at Floor and Decor such a difference in customer service and price!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! First and for most, their selection of floors is the best I’ve seen. I walked into the store and instantly saw a bunch of floors that I loved. The manager, Rosa was very kind and informative. I hesitated to go to this store because I had seen some not-so-great reviews but I’m glad I did. Not only do they have an excellent selection of floors, they also are very helpful. Since my first visit Rosa and the salesclerks have been very quick to respond to my calls and they have very competitive prices. I have been shopping around to see who has the best prices and definitely Best Hardwood Flooring and Tile stands out for me for their great prices and excellent customer service. I also know absolutely nothing about vinyl but left feeling well versed and confident in the samples I took home. We recently selected Best hardwood flooring to install carpet and hardwood flooring. We had previously used Best hardwood flooring to install hardwood flooring and they did a superior job. For our new installation the sales ladies were from the very beginning extremely helpful in referring products and in coordinating installation. Both Jessica, Rosa and Jacklin provided help to select products. Jessica provided exceptional service; placing orders, tracking, and scheduling our project. They were always looking out for us and we appreciate their great work. We are extremely happy with the quality of the installation of both the carpet and hardwood flooring.

2020 has been cruel to the earth however we have had a grand experience with Cesar and Miguel Best Flooring. Our house has been transformed into a rich comfortable home by their Craftsman.With every business you have some employees that stand above the rest, one that we would mention, would be Mario. His attention to detail was second to none on our Sheoga hickory flooring. Mario also has excellent people skills. Owning businesses in the past I would have been proud to have had Mario represent my company.We also are pleased with Jose tile work. I have used Best Hardwood on two occasions and have been pleased both times. They have excellent products installed in a timely, professional manner. The last job was installing hardwood in a hallway. It was done in one day by Angel, who worked tirelessly and was polite and congenial. He did a great job!

I highly recommend using this company for all your flooring needs. From the beginning, I never had trouble getting ahold of Cesar or the front office staff, and I found them to be honest, dependable and thorough. A little background, we purchased a 3400 sq ft home (right at the start of the quarantine) that needed lots of work done: plumbing, electrical, new walls, and of course new flooring. In spite of the Covid-19 lockdown, Cesar met me multiple times at the property and then at the store on Kietzke. He stayed late and showed us multiple samples and advised us on what the pros and cons of each material would be for our needs. I was adamant that we needed all of the work done within 6 weeks, a very tight schedule when considering the house was going to be torn apart. This company was the ONLY specialty that met the deadline, 2 days early in fact! Whats more is we could not be more pleased with the outcome. The design, the flow, the quality of the materials, the professionalism of all workers that entered my home...it was such a relief to see their daily progress and then enjoy the final results! We cannot thank you enough!

The store is amazing. They have so many options from floor to countertops. You can purchase everything you need to remodel your home. The customer service is excellent. Jessica and Rosa were so hopeful and gave me great ideas. They definitely took care of me and answered all my questions. I will be going back to purchase materials when my home is ready. Jaqueline made the process of selecting to purchase extremely easy. She was well informed on all the different products and shipping dates as well. Being new customers and our first time in the store, she also took the time to introduce us to the store manager who was equally as friendly. Great place to shop. I highly recommend this flooring store. The store has a great variety of different types of floors. You can even find countertops.

We had our estimate with Best Hardwood Flooring on the 23rd of February 2021 and was told we would get our estimate in a few days. I had called them 3 times between then and March 26th and was told each time some variation of Im sorry, we will look it up and call back/email it.On March 26th (my final call) I was put on with someone else immediately after explaining the reason for my call. Possibly a manager, even though I didnt ask for one. They finally told me they dont know where our estimate was. They didnt even know that we picked a final flooring, even though we gave it back to the guy who did our estimate and told him which one we wanted the quote done with.Their only solution at the time was to have someone come back out to measure again. She told me there was a glitch in their system a week ago and they lost a lot of estimates. Our estimate was a month ago...did they have the glitch the first couple times I called also?Manager asked if she could call me back. I said yes and so while I waited, I dug deeper into more and more reviews because I thought for half a second I was being ridiculous. Nope! Theyve got reviews on Yelp going all the way back to 2014 that say they never followed up after multiple estimates.The manager called me back after about 10 minutes and she said the issue was because my name was spelled wrong so they couldnt find me in the system. So why didnt the last 2 or 3 people I spoke with tell me they couldnt find me in the system? Also why was my name spelled wrong... they ask for my drivers license in the warehouse?Anyway, the manager told me she found it and would email it over right away. She also said she gave us a discount for the inconvenience and if we chose them, we wouldnt be disappointed.Its been over 7 hours. Still no estimate.If they cant handle something as simple as the estimate how are we supposed to trust them with the final job?UPDATE: Finally received our estimate on March 29th- 3 days after this review. The estimate is expired!! It says their estimates are only valid for 30 days after written. Our estimate was written on February 23rd and thats the date on the estimate they sent us today....March 29th. Ridiculous.

5 stars for best hardwood flooring and design! We had used these guys years ago at our old house and they did a wonderful job refinishing our hardwood floors. They were quick, clean, and efficient so we knew we wanted to used them again at our new house. This time they replaced the old ceramic pink tile flooring with a beautiful LVP. We love it! They did such a good job! Cesar is the man to talk to if you want your remodel done correctly. Andrea was also great at the office.We also went through them for our kitchen remodel and they handled the countertops-quartzite, and our backsplash which both came out amazing! I highly recommend this business for your next project! Thanks again Cesar and your team!

I had the best experience with this business. The prices are great, everyone is friendly and helpful. I purchased tile and also had them install it. From Jackie in the office to Cesar assisting with everything including the estimate (and returning to my house a 2nd time to meet with the people that were getting the area ready for the tile). Mario did the install of the tile for my shower and I cannot say enough about him. He worked hard and did an amazing job and it looks beautiful!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Shame I cant give zero stars. This company was hired by our contractor to replace carpet in our Master closet. A few weeks after they left we noticed that they made off with the HVAC registered and COVERED the opening. We called and left a message with no return. Called again today and the owner says, We just do carpets. We dont do vents. Pathetic. Weve had carpet replaced more than once and all the other installers cut the opening and replaced the vent.

Wow! We could NOT be happier. Our tile installation job was just completed. The tile work was done by Jose and Juan and they are absolute professionals. They worked extremely hard, fast, efficiently and well together. The job was done perfectly. The jobsite was left immaculate. Jose and Juan were polite and courteous. We have wood flooring already installed 10 years ago that is no longer sold. After much research, we called Best Hardwood in and a few other flooring specialist to see if they could match the color and finish. We used Best because their BBB rating, good reviews, and their quote. They installed hardwood, matched the stain to the current flooring in the rest of the house and varnished to the same sheen to match. The color match was perfect. They were honest, prompt, clean, made any adjustments we asked and took some suggestions that they gave. We couldnt be happier and now asking for a quote on some tile work needed.

From start to finish, Best Hardwood Flooring & Tile were very professional and could not have been more accommodating. We absolutely love our new tile floor in the family room. Pricing is in line with the big box stores and they have the best ratings! Would not hesitate to use them again for any flooring need we might have in the future!!

This company was the best Ive ever worked with for flooring. They were professional and extremely courteous. They were able to work with my budget and went above and beyond the call of duty. I was out of town when they installed my hardwood floor. They even took pictures during the installation and sent them to me as they went along. The floor came out beautifully. I promptly scratched it moving something and they were kind enough to repair the damage for me. I really cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this company. They were recommended to me by Floor and Decor in Reno as an honest, fair and hardworking group. They lived up to it. I worked with Cesar and Sandy.

From reading reviews online, seemed like this company was worth a visit. From walking into the large showroom, the ladies greeted us and offered help right away. After taking a look around, I scheduled a free estimate. Cesar was very courteous and came to measure my home. Prices were very reasonable, so we went ahead with flooring choice and install. On the first day of the install, the crew was very professional and worked well to get things done. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is superb from these guys. Anyone can lay floor in the middle of the room, but the transitions, staircase, fireplace edges, closet, crawl space lid is what sets a professional apart from the average DIY. Glad we went with these guys, excellent work!

I have called three times to have Best Hardwood Floors come out to repair several boards they installed last October, 2015 that are creaking when we step on them. I get a nice lady on the phone who gives excuses about how busy they are but will put my name on a white board so if they have time they may contact me to come out. After three weeks I have heard nothing so obviously post installation service is not part of their culture.You should also be aware that during initial installation they measured wrong twice and had to order more flooring so the original quote was low but by the time you add in all the additional flooring it was not as cost effective as originally thought. Caesar is a nice guy but be ware of this contractor on both their quotes and dont expect post install support

Been doing business with ceasar and miguel for years but they and their staff cant be bothered with small jobs or returning phone calls. If they cant be bothered returning calls before a job they certainly wont bother when theirs a problem.

Floors look amazing and service was awesome, wanted to highly recommend them...until the bill. Lucky I was home and saw that there was wood left over or I would have been charged for the extra wood that was not used (about $300). So bummed as everything else was great. I recommend their work but saddened that they were dishonest in this way. I called them on it and they rectified my bill, but i dont think that would have happened without me calling it out. I hope they will read this review and make sure they change this tactic. Everything else was outstanding.
