I had one of the best experiences with a gentleman from this company by the name of Juan. We unfortunately had a pipe burst under our house slowly filling or crawl space with two feet of water. All of this happened during a huge storm that Reno just had and everyone was in desperate need of services. Juan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond explaining everything. He even gave is his own personal room comps when we had to leave for a night due to not having water. I will ALWAYS use this company because they truly value the customer. Thanks again Jaun Ibarra.

These guys are the ambulance chasers that showed up behind the firetrucks at our house the day it caught fire. Although we didnt have renters insurance our landlord told us they would take care of everything and to only take the things you need. I dont know what kind of deal they made but we were left out of the decision making assuming that because we didnt have insurance we couldnt pay for it. Well when REDS crew came in to haphazardly move our things into storage one of the guys got a little handsy with a ring set that was hidden away in a tiffanys bag in a jewelery box. Now theres no way we can prove it was stolen but its definitely missing and no one seems to think that its their problem. These guys may be doing good work but they let some scum bags into my home wearing one of their shirts to do their work and someone is accountable for their actions. I dont expect to ever see the rings again but I feel someone should be held accountable even if its only through this review.
