There could not be a better office in town. Dr. Redlinger and his staff are absolutely amazing. The friendly way that everyone greets you and takes care of you from the moment you walk in the door is amazing. My son had his wisdom teeth out and he had no pain or swelling. I was super impressed.

It was an extremely pleasant experience. The waiting room environment was comfortable and quiet. From the moment I was brought back from the waiting room everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and professional. Options were explained to me in detail and all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend anyone requiring oral surgery to come to this practice.

Had my wisdom teeth removed here a few days ago, was an extremely comfortable experience, and I felt almost no nausea or pain after the surgery. Extremely professional service, would recommend.

They were absolutely amazing. I went in for a consultation to get my wisdom teeth removed. I had this really horrible tooth ace from a tooth I just got filled and they pulled it out for me. Im a big baby and they didnt judge me for being upset about loosing my first tooth as an adult. It takes a lot of lidocaine to numb my mouth, but the doctor didnt pull it until he made sure I was numb (9 shots later). The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions without making it seem like it was an inconvenience. I had to take my son with me and they were accommodating for him too!!!! I highly recommend them!!!!

There was some scheduling problem and time had not been allowed for an extraction, just a consultation. They added my procedure at the end of the day. As I was leaving town the next morning, this was very important to me.

The entire office staff pulled strings for me and treated me like family. They were quick to get me scheduled right away for my 4 wisdom teeth to be extracted the same day. Reno-Tahoe Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center - Dr Scott Redlinger and his highly trained team, was the most caring and compassionate I have ever experienced in the dental, and medical field.I was very nervous about getting another implant, and being put under anesthesia during procedure, and Dr.Redlinger and his team helped me to remain calm during my procedure. The results are amazing, and I had little to no pain at all.One final note the prices are very reasonable as well!! Give them a try!!

I had a failed implant in this office. After initial consolation and some treatment, the implant was placed during the second visit. In the third visit after 6 month, i was told the implant was failed. I was not only being charged for the implant, and also the procedure for taking out the failed implant! Worst experience ever!

I was in office an hour and a half. Spoke to the doc about 3 minutes. Mountains of paperwork to sign.Disappointed my 15 minutes procedure would be delayed over a month. Too close to other dental work booked. No other appt made by me.

I had oral surgery done and the staff was very professional and kind. When I had to call with questions later on the day of the procedure and a couple days later I never had to have the phone call returned or had to wait to talk with someone. Dr. Redlinger did a great job!! My consultation was very informative and I felt like the day of my surgery I knew exactly what was going to be happening. The post op instructions provided after my intense wisdom teeth (all 4) removal was very explanatory, I knew exactly what was expected during the healing process! The office staff is/was very helpful and provided great service! The medical staff that assists Dr. Redlinger are also awesome. I felt taken care of and in good hands!!! I would 100% recommend this office and doctor!!!

Just really enjoyed the treatment I received. Im a veteran and at times the va contracts out for medical and dental. And there are times Ive been treatment as if I was given a gift and should appreciate what the provider is giving. Rather then I earned the treatment. I just got two of my wisdom teeth pulled along with a back molar, and Ive never felt more comfortable at an oral surgeon. It was my first time with anesthesia and Dr. Redlinger kept me very calm and made the experience a lot less terrifying compared to what I was mentally preparing for. Plus knowing I would be out of it I was able to pick up my prescriptions the night before so I could just go home and take it easy. I appreciated how simple they made the entire process for me.

This is a follow up from my last review. The Dr called me to apologize. I went to him because I was in pain. All he did was give me an attitude like that I was bothering him. Again, I tried to ask him a question and he cut me off. Told me to ask my dentist. He was pure rude. Nobody deserves to be treated like that. Just because he has an MD behind his last name, It dosent give him the right to treat me like that. I would not go back to him.

My husband had extensive oral surgery this week, and was very pleased with the kindness and care of the staff and the doctor. The doctor even called my husband at home before the surgery to answer questions. His knowledge and confidence in his profession was apparent from the beginning of the process.

My first time experience at Dr. Redlingers office was not pleasant. During the time of my appointment for exam and ct scan he worked on another patient and popped in my room, took a look in my mouth asked a few ? and left. Is my appointment for the Dr. To be available to see me?? Had a ct scan and scheduled surgery. On surgery day, waited and waited in my room. Finally walks in grabs a needle and start poking (about 6 shots) then walks out. Literally!! No warning! Very rough during surgery. Fast forward, day of results, go figure they havent come in yet. 12 days later which was supposed to have been ready in 10. Get a call 40min. before appointment to resechedule. Mind you i have paid for all of this out of pocket. Ct scan, surgery and my future bill comimg from the pathologist. This place sucks in my opinion or just maybe its because Im not the right color. Not playing that card but if it walks like a duck, quacks, its the way it is. Want $ $. Only concern.
