The staff are sweet and amazing very understanding got my kids in their right away the doctor is supper last with kids that dont like getting their teeth work done..very happy with this place and definitely goin to be coming back

Worst dentist ever. I went to both locations the one in stead and Sun valley. The staff are unbelievably rude! At both locations. They tried to tell me I could not go back with my 4 year old son even though he is terrified of dentist. And then they didnt even finish the job they were supposed to do they gave up trying after 3 minutes and said we are not doing it so I pay 100 dollars for nothing. Im so pissed at how rude and unprofessional they are. I will NEVER go there again. I rather drive an hr then to do that again!

My family and I really like Dr. Goodman and the staff at Desert Valley Dental in Stead. The team was great with my three year old. They are friendly and are genuinely interested in making sure you are taken care and your concerns if you have any. They make going to the dentist enjoyable!

This Place is awsome they got me into my appt on time the Doctor anbd Hygenist are very thurough. The office staff is excellent no pain during the cleaning and the Dr. Checked each andd every tooth individually. Excellenr service excellent staff all around excellent

Very fast at appointments, staff knows what their doing in regards to care for their customers in being gentle with their teeth but always ask if your hurting to raise Y arm to let them know.Service is as fast to get it done, but very caring staff, always asking if Y have any questions and gives Y the quotes of prices when Y done and paperwork, very efficient.Best of the best in dental work.

The customer service here is top notch. They valued my time and even took steps to make sure i was comfortable with my payment options. The cleaning was probably the best detailed cleaning ive had in my life. Morgan was courteous and efficient. Took very little time with obvious results. And Robyn wwa very professional explaining everything i need to know about my upcoming dental work.

Have had several procedures here, just a few minutes away from our home in Stead. Great staff and a nice dentist. Extraction was smooth and painless, not sure what other reviewers are on about. You gotta speak up if it hurts! Haha they arent mindreaders. Have had fillings as well and they went just as smoothly. I reccomend this dental office. Always remember why you are there in the first place. Take care of your teeth!

I saw the endodontist for a root canal and he was amazing. Always checked with me to make sure I was ok and made sure I was numb. When he put the needle in for the numbing he was so gentle. He was a delight to spend an hour with 😁

Desert Valley Dental Great!! The dentist is fast and very nice, the nurses are very nice and the front office knows about what my insurance pays. I could not be more happy with my dentist!

Staff was helpful and friendly, Dr. Goodman was very patient and helpful, she made sure I was comfortable and gave me the option to stop and go a different route if the pain was unbearable. I will definitely be going back.

My last two visits have been terrible. The place generally looks dirty and their practices are unsanitary and seem rushed. During my last X-rays the tech set her tools on her laptop keyboard. The cleaning was rushed and I doubt Mrs good man spent 15 seconds looking at my teeth. And she left without so much as a thank you. Getting my fillings done she was very rough and seem rushed and again left without a thank you, see you next time. Overall very poor service and a malpractice suit waiting to happen.
