Matt at Simple Cremation, Reno, through his expertise and kindness, made my sister’s cremation truly Simple. He spent time on phone and email with me in US and with next of kin in Europe, explaining process, forms, etc. We had a time issue and he got my sister’s ashes to us quickly so she could go to Europe. Worst place ever! Was greeted by a horrible man who said You cant come in here without an appt. My father had just passed hours before. The family decided to have him moved to another Cremation Service who showed us kindness and compassion from the moment we called. This place never called us and does not answer their phones. Stay AWAY!Ryan, you were not present when I arrived and were given false information. I demanded nothing - I simply arrived having never been through this process and obviously not aware appts were required. When I kindly extended my hand and introduced myself I received no extended hand by Matt in exchange or was given any greeting whatsoever. Not once did I raise my voice as I noticed a grieving young man waiting in the lobby and when Matt said I might be able to fit you in at 2 or 3, I explained I would be back at work. This very next morning is when our family discussed and decided due to the incredibly rude behavior your man displayed yesterday that we would move our father to a better facility, it had not been mentioned the day prior as you claim. Perhaps you and Matt need to attend a current Customer Service class to refresh your skills. Clientele of your services should never be treated in this manner. I received better service when I had my dog cremated!!!!

Morgan was responsive and kept us informed at every point. This has been a very difficult time for our family after losing our daughter. Simple Cremation made the process easier and was cost effective and timely. We would recommend to any family. No hard upselling.

With all the greif its hard to imagine all that you have to do and I have never had to pay a funeral. I didnt know the first thing to do, but May answered all our questions and even have us info we knew nothing about. He was extremely helpful with the questions at the first meeting and when we decided Thats who we wanted to take care of my husband. I knew my husband was in good hands, thank you.

I went to Simple Cremation on Ketzke Lane, Reno NV. When you enter the office it is a very warm feeling. I spoke with Matt and he was very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend their services.

Caring men came to pick dads body up from the house . It was the wee hours of the morning but they prompt and professional. Great service all the way throughout

Do not use this company. Reno Nevada at least. Customer service appalling. Absolutely no compassion. My father Thomas Deal had died the day before. I just cant believe the way we were treated. 15 minute viewing only, unless you pay a charge for extra time. They wanted to charge $25 to put a shirt on him for the viewing. This man made our experience worse in our time of need. I dont understand how someone could be so cold. They are also closed on the weekends. Please do not put yourself through the heartache that this company will cause. We transfered my Dad to Truckee Meadows Cremations. They were the most compassionate wonderful people.

Matt was horrible to work with. Unbelievable how we were treated on the phone and in emails, never using this company again.

If you have list a loved one expect to have their remains handled with respect and courtesy DO NOT GO HERE. After paying in fullthey disregarded my fathers remains S well as us like we never mattered.

I have been a pastor for over 20 years, presided over 40 funerals. This is the worst I have ever witnessed. I just hope that my wife will be returned to me--in 3-4 weeks (What? Really?).
