I have always had issues with needles, I pass out, turn white, sweat profusely and often throw up. The lady who took my blood was really awesome, put cold clothes on my forehead and neck, brought me fluids and was very empathetic. I know other people had some negative things to say but to me that shows someone who really cares about the people who come into their office.

I have had satisfactory service at this location for years. About two weeks ago I found a message on the door that the lab was closed, no suggestion for another location or a contact. I have standing order and new order from my doctor. What should I do ????? I just want to get my testing done.

I have always found the techs to be very kind, friendly, and professional. And there is no long wait.

This location was understaffed, backed up 2 hours on Friday. After an hour wait, I finally left staff was leaving for lunch. The facility and waiting room was worn out and felt unclean. I felt bad for staff working there.

Staff is friendly enough, but as you can see, literally no one else here and Im asked to touch the germ Infested screen rather than give me one on one service with eye contact. Instead of making patients feel welcomed, were just here to check ourselves in. Next well be sticking ourselves and doing our own blood draws. Now the people that actually work here just sit around instead of having something to do.

Drove there and in spite of their website saying they were open as of 7AM and calling in advance to confirm their hours... they have a sign up that they are “temporarily closed”. You want to imagine they respect people’s time enough to indicate this during working hours on their website and on their answering service. You would like to think they do anyway.

Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago. Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and checked in from my car and waited for the text to tell me when they were ready for me. Waited 45 minutes only to walk in an see that they had closed. Why was I allowed to make an appointment if they where closed and if they closed after my appointment was made, why wasn’t I notified?

Arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment only to find the place was closed. Called the 1-888 phone number and talked to someone to find my options because my doctor appointment was 2 days after and then put on hold so long I hung up.

The people here are unbelievably rude to every patient in the room. They don’t greet or tell you what they need of you. They have sign-up sheets just sitting on the table, not sanitized and no sanitizer near them. If you ask a question they talk down to you as a child being scorn. I am in the room with 3 elderly families who are also upset at the way the lady and man talk to and disrespect people. The wait is over an hour. Do not come here unless you like to be belittled.

I scheduled an appointment online for this facility. Arrived 15 minutes early and went to their door to check the check-in procedures. Funny thing is they didnt have any check in procedures because they temporarily closed the facility. I guess it was too much for them to send out a notification for those of us who had scheduled appointments.The worst part was when I called their 800 number to complain they told me I could just go to any labcorp facility and wait in line. Excuse me, isnt the point of making an appointment so you dont have to go wait in a line? I took the day off work just to get the run-around from these idiots. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Went this morning at 7:15 and was closed. Looked online and it said it was open but wasn’t. Frustrating!

I HATE NEEDLES! The person I have was so gentle and professional. I didnt feel a thing. It was a great experience.

Since I’ve been pregnant I’ve been coming here for all my lab work. Usually I would sign in get all the paper work filled and wait to be called on. Sometimes I would come in before about 5 people and get called in last but I thought it was because they had paperwork issues so I didn’t mind. I came in a couple days ago to get my blood drawn, 1st one there again, signed in, filled out paperwork and waited. 5 or 6 people walked in 5min after me and did the same. As soon as the worker came to the front, they checked the sign-in sheet and began calling everyone’s name that came in after me. I grew suspicious after the 3rd person and walked up to see that they had marked my name as if I’ve already been seen. Seriously? I asked why was my name marked no one called on me yet and she says “oh were you skipped?” I tell her “well yeah obviously my name has been highlighted.” Obviously I’ve been skipped on purpose because I come there regularly. They finally drew my blood, horrible job by the same guy with the glasses. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. Fire everyone in that office.

Friendly staff who know what they are doing . Jerry did a great blood draw and was very patient with me. ETA: Hellen and Tammy are great too now that Ive had more blood draws. The new system for signing in is a good idea too.

WHAT A JOKE!!!! When a STAT lab is order and you go home instead of send in a lab for a patient that might be having a heart attack. I know common sense isnt that common but you literally have one job incompetence is more like it!

Holy moly! Im never going anywhere else for lab work. Everyone was so nice and I barely felt the needle.

There was one guy with a wannabe mohawk who was such a jerk! I was afraid to say something because I thought he would make it hurt more when he was drawing blood. Everyone was rude and just wanted to get you out of there as quickly as possible! Ive between to almost every labcorp in town and this place sucks!

They refuse to work at 3:45 PM. They are unprofessional and should not claim to be open for business until 4:00 PM. Go someplace else.

Not happy at all.....I waited for almost 30 mins while I waited 5 different people can in and went in front of me....I asked if they forgot me and went back right away.....just very pissed will not ever go back to this office again!!!!
